Crystal Broadband Network I gotta say, Crystal Broadband Network ain't impressing me much

I gotta say, Crystal Broadband Network ain't impressing me much. This dude I know told ComplaintsBoard.com that they cut off his service 'cause they couldn't fix the dang cable. And to top it off, they took away some of his channels! He's been trying to get in touch with them to fix it, but no dice. Check out the deets in the attachment.

Crystal Broadband Network I ain't had no cable TV since last Thursday, [protected]

I ain't had no cable TV since last Thursday, [protected]. I done called them three times already and they keep saying ain't nobody working and they don't work on weekends. The problem started on 2/11 and I still ain't got no cable TV! They keep pushin' back when they gonna come and fix it! I done called three times and ain't got no date, time, or nothin' on when they gonna show up!

Crystal Broadband Network I signed up for Crystal Broadband Network 3 years ago and they gave me an account number of XXXX XXXXXXX

I signed up for Crystal Broadband Network 3 years ago and they gave me an account number of XXXX XXXXXXX. They ran their service close to my home, but not close enough. They said they would come back later, but I've called many times and get the runaround. This company received grant money to provide high-speed internet to rural Breathitt County. Can anyone help me?

Crystal Broadband Network I had problems with Crystal Broadband Network's service and customer service from the start

I had problems with Crystal Broadband Network's service and customer service from the start. It took them more than a month to replace my modem to try to fix the issues, but it only worked for a week. I sent multiple emails complaining, and they did take 50% off one month's bill. They told me they did work outside and fixed the issues, but it's still not fixed. I keep complaining, but no one is getting back to me or fixing anything. Their prices are too high, so I expect their service to work.

Crystal Broadband Network I been having problems with the cable for 3 weeks now

I been having problems with the cable for 3 weeks now. I can't watch any shows or news. A technician came out and said he fixed everything but he didn't. I called and they told me the same thing. I have a white and black screen that makes a terrible noise with no picture. This has happened about 3 different times in the last 3 weeks and it lasts 3 days at a time. I never get my bill lowered for the amount of days I can't watch TV. I pay the same as if I watch every day. I'm not the only one that has this problem. We have to wait on a technician to come in and serve our area, from out of our area. Until that happens, we are without service. It has been 2-3 days or whole weekends without service waiting on an out of area tech to come and no credit on our bill.

Crystal Broadband Network My cable been messed up

My cable been messed up. I can't get local channels or news, only shopping channels. This been happening since August 17 and it's now September 20. I called and they said they were switching from 4 to 5 g and it would be fixed in a few days. I called again 3 weeks later and they said they were trimming trees. I been a customer for 17 years and never had issues until the last 3 years. It's frustrating because service quality has gone down. Every time there's weather or no reason, service is interrupted or non-existent. I just want what I pay for and feel like they're ignoring customers. I want decent service and to be treated like a valued customer.

Crystal Broadband Network I want my cable to work, but it doesn't

I want my cable to work, but it doesn't. I've been calling for months, but nothing gets fixed. When it rains or snows, we lose service. Even on good days, channels are fuzzy or have no sound. Customer service says they'll tell the tech, but nothing happens. I asked for a manager, but the lady who called me isn't one. The cable station is only 10 miles away, but every day another channel is out. I pay for this service, but it's terrible. They say they'll fix it in a few days, but they never do. I'm looking for other options because I'm tired of waiting. I don't recommend this cable service.

Crystal Broadband Network I waited for 3 weeks for internet from Crystal Broadband Network

I waited for 3 weeks for internet from Crystal Broadband Network. They said they could give it to me, but on the day of hook up, they said they couldn't. I called them for internet and cable services, but they said they only provided cable in my area. I said I wasn't interested in cable if I couldn't get internet. Then, they said they would run a pole and lines to provide fiber optic cable and internet to me. They said it would take 10 days for the pole to be ready. 10 days later, I called to check on the status and spoke with a different guy who said their technical team was currently working on it. He said it would take an additional 8 to 9 days. Yesterday, a technician called to hook up cable and internet since the pole was ready. But, he said they only do cable and not internet in my area. I explained what the previous guys told me, but he didn't know why they would give me false advertising. He asked if I would be around for 15 minutes while he called his boss. His boss was supposed to call me back within 15 minutes, but it never happened. I called them back today to try and resolve the issue, but I'm getting the same run around. Over the past few weeks, I've turned down an internet offer that will now cost me a $300 deposit because I waited for a company that lied to me.
