So there's this sales dude named *** from CPOS Inc. who keeps bombarding me with unwanted text messages, trying to push their card payment machine on me. It's seriously annoying, man. I mean, who wants to be bothered like that?

I told this company to stop spamming my business phone number, but they don't seem to care. Every time I reach out to them, they give the same excuse (oh, I'm sorry, it's some system error).

I got the same problem as all your previous complaints. I got a text on my business phone with the same message. Some person named *** from CPOS is trying to give me a free payment terminal. I never reached out to them for this kind of product/service, and I don't know how they got my business phone number. I blocked the phone number, which is *** in Belleville, even though the CPOS company seems to be in Ottawa.

I stopped using CPOS on November 1 'cause they were doing some shady sales stuff. But then, on December 1, they started takin' money from my bank account without my permission for rentin' their terminal. I sent the terminal back to 'em and they got it on October 25 (check out the confirmation from Fedex I attached). So far, they've taken $82.88 from my account: $41.44 on December 1 and another $41.44 on January 4, 2022. I reached out to CPOS on January 4, 2022 'bout this issue and they said they'd fix it in 1-2 business days. It's been 3 business days now and I haven't heard anythin' from 'em.

This company keeps spamming my phone number with unsolicited text messages with some offers to use their credit card services. I asked them to stop, and in response, they started to send me even more messages daily, and every day. The ignorance this company practices is just ridiculous. Not only that, but I was personally their customer a couple of years ago, and after a month when the real picture of CPOS & *** face was showing, I ended my relationship with them very disappointed and feeling ***. I complained about them in any places that was possible, and only after that, they decided to cancel the 4-year contract to rent some primitive equipment that I was never aware of. And now they're here to remind me and all of us what a *** they are.

This thing's been going on since April when I did a call request on their website. The day after, they called me to set up service. I emailed and called to cancel 'cause I had to go back to work early from maternity leave. The terminal hadn't even been sent out yet. They said it shouldn't be a problem. But now, after 20+ phone calls and emails, they keep charging me $23 every month for a service I canceled before it even started. I've asked for a return label many times and finally got one that I could use. I sent it back and now the company ain't responding to my emails or voicemails. Every time I try to call, it goes straight to voicemail. I want a refund for all the money they took from my account, plus the bank charges 'cause of their theft. And don't forget about all the time and frustration they caused me.
I've been a CPOS/Elavon customer for about 5+ years
I've been a CPOS/Elavon customer for about 5+ years. Their merchant services were okay, nothing special. But after using their services for many years, we decided to switch to another company because their customer service was really lacking. Their terminals would always have problems, and when we asked for new ones, the new ones would come without pin pads. Then we had to request the missing pin pads separately. They even sent me an empty box once, maybe as a passive-aggressive move? Anyway, when we called them in January to cancel our services, they responded quickly and made us feel like they understood the situation. But after we filled out their form and sent it to their loyalty manager (***), we didn't hear anything back from them. So we assumed our services were terminated after returning all their equipment and sending the formal notice. But in February, we were still billed, which I thought was normal to settle any remaining fees. Then March came, and we were still charged $3xx.xx for services we didn't use or want. We tried contacting their phone line, but the level 1 service staff just forwarded our issues to the managers (***, again). We even tried contacting *** directly, but got ZERO response. At this point, they're basically stealing our money, and nobody is taking responsibility. I'll escalate this with my bank since it seems like they're not willing to help us at all. They're a bunch of crooks.
