I bought a car from Zettes Auto Mall in *** on 11/29. I've been having problems with it and still don't have the car. I can't get in touch with anyone. Every time I call, they say they'll call me back, but they never do. I'm spending more money on cabs or buses. I have kids who are in the cold, and that's why I need a car. But they don't care. They just want the money for the car note. I called the bank and told them to get in touch with the dealership. Please help me. Thank you.

I bought a car from Zettes Auto Mall on April 25, 2022. It was a 2008 *** 650 I convertible. They told me it was in perfect driving condition and had just been serviced. I paid for it with a cashiers check for $15,865.50. When I drove it home, I noticed a lot of shaking with the steering wheel. I took it to a mechanic on May 1, 2022 and found out it was completely unsafe to drive. The car was out of coolant and low on engine oil due to a leak. There was also a loose engine bolt near the water pump that was leaking coolant. Both control arms were bad and needed to be replaced ASAP. They poured stop coolant leak liquid into the coolant reservoir to cover up the leak, which will now clog my engine and radiator. This car is a complete lemon! I want my money back. Zettes Auto Mall is a sketchy company and should be investigated. They put my life and my kids' lives in danger!
