Damage to leather seats during service appointment
I brought my 2017 Lincoln Continental in for a warranty repair to my passenger door on 6.29.23 to Kirk Ford located in Vicksburg
, MS.
When I got home I looked on the backseat and there was a hole and black markings on my backseat consistent with the door handle being replaced! The blue plastic was left on the chrome of the door as well!This is ridiculous!

Me and my husband have been asking for a refund from Kirk for the gap policy we bought from them in October. We have been calling them for months but still haven't received any refund.
