Zinio Zinio Review: A Vast Selection of Digital Magazines at a Great Price

Zinio is a website that offers a wide variety of digital magazines for readers to enjoy. They have a huge selection of magazines on every topic you can think of, from fashion to sports to cooking. I'm not a big reader, but Zinio has definitely met all my magazine needs. The prices are pretty average, but I can easily find what I'm looking for and I have a subscription that gives me full access to read anything without having to buy it. It costs $9.99 per month, which is a pretty good deal if you ask me.

If you're looking for a simple and easy way to read your favorite magazines, then Zinio is definitely the way to go. They have a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to find what you're looking for, and their subscription service is a great way to save money while still getting access to all the magazines you want to read. I've been using Zinio for a few months now and I'm really happy with it. The only downside is that sometimes the magazines take a little while to load, but that's not a big deal.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Zinio to anyone who loves to read magazines. It's a great way to save money and still get access to all the latest issues. Plus, their selection is so vast that you're sure to find something you love. So if you're looking for a new way to read your favorite magazines, give Zinio a try!

Zinio Zinio's 40% off subscription offer turned out to be a bad deal - charged in USD without notice and poor service

So, I was checking out Zinio (zinio.com) and saw they had a 40% off subscription "offer". I thought it was a good deal, but it turned out to be a bad one. They charged me in USD, even though it wasn't stipulated anywhere. In the past, all my purchases were CAD charged. According to their own policy, they should charge in the currency of the credit card. This is not cool, man.

I've also noticed that Zinio has been going downhill lately. It's not working as well as it used to, and some things just don't work at all. I've been trying to get a refund, but they're ignoring me. It's now a dispute with my credit card company, which is a real pain in the butt. This is just a form of fraud, and I won't stand for it.

Zinio has permanently lost me as a client. I'm not going to put up with this kind of nonsense. If you're thinking of using Zinio, I'd think twice. They're not worth the hassle.

Zinio Beware of Zinio's Sneaky Auto-Renewal and Overcharging Tactics

Zinio is a website that's been giving out some free issues of certain magazines lately. They give you about 2 or 3 issues, but they don't tell you that once you're done with those, they'll automatically renew your subscription on your credit card. They don't even give you a heads up or anything! Luckily, my credit card company declined the charge. They told me that if I didn't want the auto-renewal, I should turn it off. Like, really? Also, they charged me way more than what they said on their website. They charged me $69.99 instead of $99.99. It's pretty sneaky if you ask me.

Zinio Going Digital with Zinio: The Future of Magazine Subscriptions

I gotta say, Zinio is pretty cool. I got a free subscription to Sound and Vision on my laptop a while back, but I didn't really use it much. I didn't really see the point, you know? Who wants to read a magazine on a laptop when you can just get the real thing? But then, for my birthday, someone gave me an iPad, and now I totally get it. Zinio is the way to go.

I mean, seriously, who needs paper magazines anymore? With Zinio, you can get all your favorite magazines in digital form, and it's so much easier to read them on a tablet or phone. Plus, they have all kinds of interactive content for iPads, which is super cool.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty hooked on Zinio now. I've got subscriptions to all kinds of magazines, and I love being able to read them wherever I am. And the best part is, I don't have to worry about all that paper cluttering up my house. It's all right there on my iPad.

So if you're looking for a way to read your favorite magazines without all the hassle of paper subscriptions, definitely check out Zinio. It's easy to use, and it's a great way to stay up-to-date on all the latest news and trends. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Zinio Zinio's Website and App: A Frustrating Experience for Magazine Readers

I've been trying to read my favorite magazine, The NZ Property Investor, on Zinio's website for a while now, but it's been a real struggle. I've had a hard time accessing the library and actually reading my magazine. I reached out to Zinio's online support team and they gave me a password, but it didn't work. The app is also pretty tough to navigate, and it doesn't give me immediate access to the library. I just can't seem to get into the library through my account. It's not user-friendly at all, and the overall level of service is pretty poor. I don't understand how this site is still successful.

Zinio Zinio's $50 Voucher for Magazines - A Frustrating Experience with No Customer Support

So, I just got myself a brand new android phone and it came with a sweet deal - a $50 voucher for Zinio! I was super excited to get my hands on some magazines and get reading. I followed all the instructions and submitted my request for the magazines. I was told that I would receive an email within 24 to 72 hours when the magazines were ready to view. But, guess what? I never received that email. Instead, I got an email trying to sell me more magazines. What a bummer!

I was determined to get my magazines, so I decided to call the tech support number in the brochure. But, when I called, I got a recorded message saying that there were no tech reps available at the moment. What?! How am I supposed to get my magazines now? I didn't give up though. I tried the chat with tech support feature, but that didn't work either. I got a message saying that the problem couldn't be resolved using the chat feature and the session was terminated. What a waste of time!

So, now I'm stuck with a $50 voucher that doesn't work and no way to get any help. I'm really disappointed with Zinio and their lack of customer support. It's frustrating to have a voucher and not be able to use it. I hope they can fix this issue soon and provide better support for their customers.

Zinio Zinio Customer Service Fail: Empty Library, No Response, and Frustration

I gotta say, I've been using Zinio for a while now to read all my favorite craft magazines, like Bead & Button, Beadwork, and Interweave Crochet. But lemme tell ya, I had a real shocker when I logged into my account a couple weeks ago. My Library was empty, my record of Subscriptions and Purchases was empty, and my archives were empty too! I was so ticked off, I couldn't believe it.

So I tried to get in touch with Zinio customer service, like, five freakin' times. I sent emails, I tried the chat, and I even called their phone numbers. But guess what? None of the phone numbers actually connected me to a real person! There was only one number that let me leave a message with all my info, like my name, phone number, and problem. And I'm still waiting for Zinio to get back to me.

It's been over a week now, and I haven't heard a peep from them. No response to my emails, no response to my chats, and no response to the message I left on 7/14/2021. Can you believe it? I'm so frustrated right now, I can't even access any of my back issues or my current subscription. It's like I'm stuck in limbo or something.

Overall, I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with Zinio right now. I mean, I've been a loyal customer for years, and this is how they treat me? It's just not right.

Zinio Zinio's Credit Card Processor is a Nightmare - A Frustrated User's Review

I've been using Zinio for a good while now, and I gotta say, it's been going downhill lately. Their credit card processor is just plain bad. Whoever's in charge of this site needs to be canned. I've tried to buy stuff with four different credit cards in the past few days, and every time I get the same stupid message: "There was a problem with your Credit Card." Like, seriously? Maybe I messed up the first time, or even the second, but come on. I followed the instructions to update my credit card info to the letter, and it still didn't work. What gives, Zinio?

It used to be so easy to use this site, too. They even took Paypal, but not anymore. What's up with that? I'm getting pretty fed up with Zinio at this point. I might just start buying directly from the magazine sites or even go without. It's just not worth the hassle anymore.

Zinio Zinio Review: Disappointing Upgrade, No Touch Screen Functionality, and Slow Performance

I gotta say, if you're using Zinio on a Windows device with a touch screen, you might wanna think twice. I've been a loyal subscriber for years, but recently they made me upgrade from ZR2 to ZR5. And let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. First off, there was no heads up from customer service that ZR2 was getting the boot. I only found out after I couldn't access my subscriptions for three whole weeks! And get this, ZR2 is still available in the Microsoft Store. What gives, Zinio?

So I reluctantly made the switch to ZR5, and boy was I disappointed. Even on my top-of-the-line MS Surface Book, it's slow as molasses. And forget about using it with a touch screen. There's basically zero functionality there. No pinch-to-zoom? Seriously? It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age or something. What's the point of having a digital subscription if you can't even read it comfortably?

Honestly, I'm so fed up with Zinio's software development management team (not the coders, mind you) that I'm cancelling all my subscriptions. It's just not worth the hassle. If you're looking for a smooth reading experience, I'd steer clear of Zinio.

Zinio Zinio is now Total CRAP

I have used Zinio for the better part of three years. Slowly but surely this site has Crept down the path of doo-doo-dumb. Their CC processor is total crapware. I don't know who manages their site but they should be fired. In the past four days, I have attempted to make purchase with FOUR different Credit Cards, and I keep getting: There was a problem with your Credit Card message. Perhaps I could understand that I put in the wrong information the First time, albeit maybe even the Second time... But when you follow the instructions word for word on a site on how to update your cc information, and you do it, then you would expect it to work right? Wrong, not with this site. Also, it used to be so easy to use Zinio, they accepted Paypal, now they don't. Anyway, I am so done with Zinio. Going to see if I can buy directly from the Magazines sites from now on or do without.

Zinio Disappointing Experience with Zinio: Poor Customer Service and Website Performance

I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for days now, but it seems like they're always busy or unavailable. It's frustrating because I paid good money for these magazines and I can't even read them.

I also noticed that the website is a bit slow and clunky. It takes forever to load and sometimes it crashes. I wish they would improve the website's performance so that I can access my magazines more easily.

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with Zinio. I hope they can improve their customer service and website performance in the future.

Zinio Disappointing Shipping Times from Zinio for BHG May 2020 Issue

So, I decided to give Zinio a try and ordered a back issue of BHG May 2020 in early June. It's now July 3, 2020 and I still haven't received my order. This is really frustrating and disappointing. I mean, come on, it's been over a month! I expected better customer service from Zinio. I hope they can improve their shipping times in the future.

Zinio Zinio Review: Great Way to Read Magazines Online, But Customer Service Needs Improvement

Zinio is a website that lets you read magazines online. It's a pretty cool idea, but there are some things that could be better. For example, if you have any questions about signing in or billing, you can't call them. You have to fill out a long form with your question and wait for them to get back to you. It's not the most convenient way to get help.

They do have a live chat feature, but it seems like they're always "busy" and unavailable. That's pretty frustrating when you need help right away. Overall, I think Zinio is a good idea, but they could improve their customer service. If you're willing to put up with a little bit of hassle, it's a great way to read magazines without having to leave your house.

Zinio Disappointing Customer Experience with Zinio's Magazine Reading Service

Zinio is a website that lets you read magazines online. It's supposed to be great for reading offline, but I've had trouble with that. They say to click on a pop-up, but I can never find it. It's frustrating! And when I tried to contact Customer Support, it was like they were hiding from me. I couldn't find them anywhere. It's a shame because I really wanted to like Zinio, but the poor customer experience is making me think I should try a different service.

Zinio Zinio Needs to Add Micro SD Card Option for Purchases

Zinio ain't got no option to save your purchases on a micro SD card, which is a bummer if you're running low on internal memory space on your phone or tablet. I tried reaching out to them about it, but they straight up said no. Like, come on Zinio, Pocketmags does it, so why can't you? It's a basic feature that would make life so much easier for us readers. Hopefully they'll come around and add it in the future, but until then, I guess we're stuck with what we got.

Zinio Shady Business Practices: My Experience with Zinio's Automatic Subscription Renewal

I gotta say, this Zinio company is kinda shady. They got this thing where they automatically renew your subscription without even telling you. Like, what's up with that? And if you try to call them up to cancel, they just send you to their website and tell you to click on some help link. But guess what? That link don't do jack. Zinio Disappointing Experience with Zinio: Magazines Not Downloading and Poor Customer Support

So, I was having some trouble with my magazines not downloading, which was a real bummer. I tried updating the apps on both my Android tablet and my Surface, and that seemed to do the trick. But then, I started having a new problem - the magazines kept freezing up and I couldn't read them offline. It's been a real headache, let me tell you.

I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but it's like they don't even exist. I couldn't get a response from anyone, no matter how many times I tried. It's really frustrating when you're paying for a service and you can't even get any help when you need it.

To make matters worse, all 5 of my subscriptions are set to expire within the next 2 months. I don't think I'll be renewing any of them, to be honest. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I'll be looking for a new service that actually works and has decent customer support.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Zinio. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like it. But when you can't even read your magazines offline without them freezing up, what's the point? And when you can't get any help from customer support, it's just not worth it.

Zinio Zinio Magazine Subscription Review: A Dodgy Hassle or Worth the Trouble?

So, I was thinking about getting my buddies a 12-month subscription to Zinio for Christmas. But before I did that, I decided to test it out for myself with a Men's Health magazine. And let me tell you, it was a bit of a hassle.

First off, the website kept asking me to authenticate and pay through PayPal multiple times. I was starting to get suspicious and thought I might be getting scammed. It even sent me back to the shop and made me pay again. That was a real pain in the neck.

I was so worried that I took some drastic measures. I cleared my browsing history, locked my PayPal and credit card, and even killed my browser. I just didn't want to take any chances.

In the end, I gave up on the whole thing. It just seemed too dodgy for me. I'm going to keep an eye on my account to make sure I wasn't hacked.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with Zinio. It was just too much of a hassle for me. I might try it again in the future, but for now, I'm going to stick with my old-fashioned paper magazines.

Zinio Disappointing Experience with Zinio: Buggy Website, Lacking Customer Service, and No Refunds

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Zinio. I tried to order a magazine and ended up getting a boating magazine instead. I mean, I ain't never even looked at boating magazines before! And when I tried to get a refund, iTunes said I didn't qualify. What a bummer.

To make matters worse, Zinio's website is full of glitches. It's like they didn't even test it before they put it up. And don't even get me started on their customer service. They used to have phone support, but now all they have is a chat. And let me tell you, it ain't great. They couldn't even see the boating magazine in my cue and didn't know what to do about it.

This ain't the first time I've had issues with Zinio, either. I've had problems in the past, but they were always resolved over the phone. Now that they don't offer phone support, I don't know what to do.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Zinio to anyone. Their website is buggy, their customer service is lacking, and they don't even offer refunds when they mess up your order. Save yourself the trouble and find a different way to get your magazines.

Zinio Zinio Review: Discontinued Service and Billing Issues

I've been using Zinio for a long time now, but lately I've been having some issues with it. For the past year or so, I've been having trouble swapping out magazines. It's been a real pain, and it's made it difficult for me to keep up with my reading.

To make matters worse, I've been billed for the past four months, but I haven't received any magazines. I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, and they told me that they've actually discontinued the service. I was shocked! Why didn't they let me know?

To make matters even worse, they're still collecting money for the discontinued service. And when I asked for a refund, they told me that they couldn't give me one because it's their policy. What kind of policy is that? It's so dishonest!

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Zinio. I used to love this service, but now I'm not so sure. If they're going to discontinue a service, they should let their customers know. And if they're going to keep collecting money for a discontinued service, they should at least offer refunds to their customers.
