I have had the opportunity to purchase products from zivame.com on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times I was left disappointed. Despite paying a hefty sum of 2500, the fitting of the products was far from satisfactory.
One of the products I purchased was a full coverage bra with three pins. However, I soon realized that it was tight under my arms and not as full coverage in the front as I had hoped. To make matters worse, the edges of the bra were poky and made it visible in the front, which was not a desirable look. I would advise against buying T-shirt bras from zivame.com as the fitting is very poor.
I was extremely disappointed with the fitting of the products and felt like I had wasted my money. I would caution others not to be fooled by their offers as well. My brother showed me an introductory video into the program. Since I trust my brother, I went ahead with a phone call just to see what it was all about. I had a great conversation with *** and he allowed me to visit with my wife before we made the commitment to join. He called me later that evening and my wife and I committed to join the program. We did everything the *** brothers suggested and we were one step away from securing a *** (we still owe too much on our mortgage to qualify for the ***). Unfortunately, we were denied for the *** and werent able to start the process in paying down our outstanding debt. After a few conversations with trying to make it work, the *** brothers graciously refunded the full amount. If you are having reservations with trying out the program, please know that the *** brothers are men of their word and are running an *** and business. Hopeful to get signed back up once we can qualify for a ***.

I purchased two products from them and when I tried to schedule a return, I was told that pick up on my postal code cannot be scheduled as they are dealing with third party courier services. This was not mentioned when I placed the order and the 15-day return/exchange policy was reflected. It is a total scam and they are just fooling their customers.
I was very disappointed with Zivame's customer service. They are not providing the facility of easy return/exchange policy that we expect from online shopping. Instead, they are asking us to courier the product back to them by Indian Postal as it will cost less and they will give us 100 coins. This is not acceptable and it is a total con.
I would advise anyone looking to buy lingerie online to go for Clovia rather than Zivame. Clovia has a much better reputation and their customer service is excellent. Don't waste your time and money on Zivame.

Zivame.com is a total rip-off! Don't believe their flashy ads because they are way too expensive. And if you want to return something, forget about getting your money back. They will just suck the blood out of you and leave you hanging. I made the mistake of shopping with them and now my money is stuck with them. I've tried calling, emailing, and chatting with their customer care but no one ever responds. And don't even bother with their "Chat to us" section on the app because it takes forever for someone to attend to you. They have no respect for their customers or their time.
If you do decide to return something, you have to courier it back to them and they will only give you 100 zcoins (not real money) even if you spent 200 rs. And even worse, the zcoins can only be used for courier and they will never be refunded to your account. So beware before you even think of shopping with them. They only refunded 50% of my money and the other 50% is still pending. They even removed the zcoins from my account and are denying to do a 100% refund for the product I already returned to them at my own expense.
I attached a screenshot of my email conversation with them which clearly shows that they owe me money. They even agreed to it but now they are not responding to my emails. And forget about chatting with them because these lames are probably sleeping all the time. Don't waste your time and money with Zivame.com!
