Received 22nd February 2023
I have never purchased an item from this company and today have received a package with my name, address and telephone number on the China post label. My husband had to pay 6 Euro before the postman would give it to him. He thought that I had ordered something so accepted it.
When I opened it there was a Christmas stocking for a dog! I knew there was no way I would have ordered this item.
Now I have something I really don't want and had to pay 6 euro for it.
My concern is how did they get my personal details. Do they receive the money that was paid to the postman? If so they will certainly be earning out of the scam.
When incidents like this happen it makes you very dubious of ordering on-line.
Desired outcome: Be able to get the 6 Euro back. I don't expect this will happen but it's the fact that they should not be allowed to do this sort of thing.
