I am absolutely shocked by the experience I had with 1 Sale (1saleaday.com). It took them a whopping 77 days to resolve my issue, and only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I had sent them dozens of emails and received no resolution. It's clear that they took my money, as well as the money of thousands of other people, and didn't even have the merchandise in stock. It's a total rip-off. I've seen thousands of customer complaints about this company online, and it's high time that the authorities shut them down.
I can't believe that they're still allowed to operate after receiving so many complaints. They take customers' orders and money without even having the product on hand, and then they hope that people will either forget about it or give up after trying to get a hold of them. I almost gave up myself. If they're a legitimate business, then why don't they have a customer service phone number? I found one number on the BBB site and called, but no one answered. There wasn't even an appropriate business greeting on the phone. It just told me that "no one is available to answer at this time, leave a message." That's a clear sign that they're running a shady business.
It wasn't even about the amount of money I was going to lose. I just want them to stop ripping people off. I saw the owner's interview on CNBC about how he became a multi-millionaire, and I'm sure it wasn't through honest means. Someone needs to shut them down before they hurt any more innocent people.

This website was pretty good in the past! I've been shopping here for like two years now and never had an issue until the last two months. I ordered some bath rugs on April 25th, along with another item. I got the other items within the normal amount of time - but as of today (June 13th) my rugs have not even shipped. I've contacted customer support on more than one occasion, getting the EXACT same e-mail back with no information AT ALL on where my item is. All I ask is for honesty. Instead I get "I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused. We are working to rectify this issue as quickly as possible and we aim to have the order shipped shortly. If you no longer wish to wait for your order to ship, please let me know and I will try cancelling it for you."
I've received this same e-mail from them on FOUR occasions. I even went as far as to message them via Facebook. At least that time I got a response that was different, but telling me the same thing. They did offer me $5 in credit but not until I ordered something else and ONLY once it had shipped. Are you kidding me!?!?
I just want my bath rugs. If I didn't want them, I wouldn't have ordered them. The only thing missing from my bathroom remodel is the rugs. WTF?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - because if you have an issue, you will get NO WHERE. I'm so mad right now, I could scream!

1saleaday.com's business practices are really questionable and disgusting. I ordered a hot wheels playset for my child on December 2, 2013, as a Christmas gift. The website said that the item would ship within 1 to 2 weeks. But after waiting for about 3 weeks, my order was still in the "processing" status. I tried to contact them several times, but they didn't respond. Finally, they told me that the item was advertised as shipping within 1 to 2 weeks, excluding weekends or holidays. But when I pointed out that the advertising didn't exclude weekends or holidays, they didn't respond.
After almost two months of waiting and getting the run-around, I requested a refund in writing on January 9, 2014. But once again, they didn't respond. So, on January 17, 2014, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Finally, on January 22, 2014, the company responded to my request for a refund. But they said that they were unable to return my money since my order was still in processing! Then, about four hours later, they sent me a message saying that my order had shipped. But the tracking number was unverifiable.
I will never do business with them again. I won't even accept free merchandise from them. I only gave them one star because I had to rate them to submit a review. Is there a garbage rating? I don't know. But I hope that other people will read this review and avoid doing business with 1saleaday.com.

Also, be careful about "no brand name" watches, headsets, etc. The chances that they are going to work even for a few days are minimal. Another important thing to remember is that you should not expect your order to be in your hands before one month since the date of your order. If you think you found a really great deal on their website, order it and relax. I think they either have a lack of employees or their warehouse is empty, and they "place their own order after they know how many orders from us were actually placed."
I would also suggest using an American Express Credit Card if you have one because AMEX is really good when it comes to disputes. So, I would consider this website as going for fishing. According to 1Sale's FAQ page, a refund should show up in my account within 3-5 business days, and the response time from their customer service team may take up to 3 business days. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me.
I initiated the return process for the first defective item on 11/03/2013, and the second item on 11/04/2013 via email. The average response time to my emails was six business days, which is longer than the promised three days. I received RMA for both items and returned them via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. 1Sale received the first return on 11/09/2013 and the second return on 11/14/2013.

To make matters worse, 1Sale has not responded to my comments/complaints in the survey, and I doubt they ever will. Offering me a pre-paid return shipping label after 1Sale had already received the returns was ridiculous. It also implied that 1Sale would cover the return shipping cost. Reimbursing my shipping cost of $11.70 ($5.85/return) would be an honorable gesture considering all I had to go through just to get my refund. But alas, this request will probably fall on deaf ears.

These were sold as brand new in box (BNIB), so I was understandably upset.
I immediately contacted 1saleaday.com and have been in constant communication with them for the past two days. They tried to persuade me into purchasing today's deal on the Note, promising to refund my money and cancel my previous order. However, I was not willing to do this as I had already spent $584 and did not want to risk losing more money to a company that does not even have a customer service phone number.
After much back and forth, I was finally informed at the end of their business day today (4:30 PM EDT) that I would NOT be receiving a refund after all. It turns out that I am not the only customer who has experienced this issue, and instead of taking care of their customers who have already invested money in their shady venture, they want to conduct an "investigation" into how widespread this problem may be.
I even signed a sworn affidavit attesting to the fact that I did not receive the phone, only the box and accessories. Despite this, they still refuse to refund my money or send me the phone. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or their reputation.
