Undelivered brita filters
On 12/02/20 I placed an order for three brita filters which I have not received. I contacted the company and I have been advised to check around the property as the courier could leave the parcel outside of I have not been at home. I checked around and with neighbours but I couldn't find it.
The parcel has not been delivered.
I have obtained legal advice as follows:
Under the Consumer Rights Act you as a retailer Ozaroo are responsible for the goods until I or the person nominated by me physically receive them. This means that if the goods I ordered have been left in an insecure location around my house that was not agreed upon, and they're stolen, they are in breach of contract and are legally responsible for putting things right.
I have not agreed for the goods to be left outside in my absence.
Desired outcome: A full refund for undelivered items

I ordered Brita Jug with 6 water filters. The original packaging claims that the filters are made in Germany. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that the filters had printed packaging stating that they were produced in the UK. This makes it false advertising which is illegal.
Also the jug was broken due to lack of care in packing. The boxes are very thin!
I would like a full refund and for them to stop breaking the law with false advertising.
I recently placed another order with them and sent them an email asking them to make sure this doesn't happen again but got a very shocking response (see attached picture as evidence) . It's clear that this company does not care about customer service.

sent a product I could not use, despite the original purchase requesting an Australian plug or do not send.
Then forced to pay return shipping of $66 for a product worth $78
sent back the unopened product in original shipping as they sent to me NEW NOT OPENED AT ALL and they said it could not be resold as new now trying to rip me off more on the refund

It doesn't make sense to pay return shipping of $66 for a product worth $78. It's very unfair indeed. They're a big company which ships thousands of items per day. If they continue treating customers like this, their sales will drop and their company will go bankrupt! They need to realize that customers read reviews these days as we live in the internet age!

How can this be explained?
They sent me 5 items out of 6, but they charged me for six.
Upon receiving the package I notified them about this and instead of just shipping this missing item I already paid for, they shipped it but charged me for it. When I noticed the charge I called them and asked why the hell they took my money without my confirmation. They said that the price has suddenly increased and that's why they charged more than expected. And never answered my main question: why they charged me if I already paid for this item? Who cares how much it costs now if I bought it one month ago at its previous price? Questions without answers...

Bad experience !
I ordered an item I unfortunately can't use in France. It doesn't fit to the electrical outlet. I returned the item and paid 15 € for that. They received the parcel since more than 1 month but I did not get any refund !
I send them 3 emails and got no answer. I called them and they said they are going to send me an email as they do nt have any access to the datas.
If you receive exactly what you need, it is ok but in case of problem, you can't get your money back even it is writen they refund within 1 month !
