Charged for something I didn't sign up for
You have charged my £39.95 through my credit card but I didn't approve this purchase. I am a free user through your website and am extremely upset that you have done this.
Please refund the charge made over the last few days. I sent a card recently but my account is a free account. Charge of £39.95 has appeared on my credit card bill and I didn’t approve this.

123 were so helpful and immediately resolved what turned out to be my fault. Refunded without hesitation. I can't praise them enough - wish all companies were that responsive and quick at sorting problems out.

On the morning of January 1,2024 I inadvertently purchased annual subscription to 123cards.com I did not realize this until 01/15/24 when I saw the $49.95 charge on credit card bill. I immediately canceled subscription. I contacted the credit card company and they said I should request refund ($49.95) from 123cards.com before initiating credit card company's process for refund.

I tried the service using the free trial, I sent 1 card, canceled the next day and I was still charged. I emailed to get a refund and no response. I wanted my money refunded. I was charged September 1st iao$41 and I've been trying to reach someone for about 3 weeks. The only number I found rings as a fax, although its listed as a phone number. I've emailed 2-3 times and it says 2-3 business days but there were no response after that time.
Desired outcome: Refund of illgotten fees.

I signed up for a free trial from 123cards. After canceling the trial period, they charged my debit card $41.88. I called the bank to report this fraudulent charge. 2 day later they charged my card 41.88 twice for a total of $83.76. I had to call the fraud dept of my bank again and the only way to stop them was to cancel my debit card all together. I don't recommend this company to anyone and I hope this review helps someone else from getting scammed.

I found a payment to you on 5th Jan 2022 that I do not recall authorising, or even ever utilising.
The payment was for $39.48 AUD on Jan 5th, 2022.
Is this perhaps a mistake, maybe a typo? Otherwise, I cannot imagine what I would pay that money for.

On December 18, 2022, I signed up for a free seven day trial of this service to see if I liked it. I cancelled my subscription December 24, but I was charged anyway. I have made repeated requests to be reimbursed, but I get no response from the company.7-day free trial period. I have not been able to get a response from the company despite repeated requests.

I agreed to a free trial of 7 days for 123cards. My plan was to cancel before the subscription kicked in which unfortunately I missed, the subscription was written as Membership plan: Annual (GBP £2.39/mo, annual billing). I was unaware I had signed up for the annual plan which was actually £28.68. When this amount came out of my account I was alarmed. I contacted my bank to investigate but as the payment was still pending I was unable to report it. I have checked the help section on the 123cards site, there is no phone number to contact. I am very unhappy that they mislead people this way, they default to the higher amount of annual rather than monthly. I don't recall being asked to choose between the two options.
Desired outcome: Refund minus the monthly fee of £2.39.
They also don’t list the amount of a subscription only the monthly charge and I just got caught up in this “net”. Because I missed the cancellation date, but as I’ve read in these complaints they don’t honor their cancellation.

I started a trial offer for seven days and the day the trail period was over the same day they charged me 38.99 to my credit card without my permission and it’s like pulling teeth just trying to get my money back. They keep lying saying that I never canceled my trail offer but looking at my account it says that the account was canceled.
The day the trial ended was July 11, 2022
So they charge the customer before the trial period is even over.
Desired outcome: I would like my credit back to my account and like to inform people to be careful with this company.

Trilogy inhaler Rx. An extremely expensive drug
Prescription Assistance 123, LLC is a scam. We called them for assistance and after a month received nothing the took a $50 deposit and $47.95 from the beginning and after waiting so long for the prescription my husband started having breathing problems so we requested a refund back and not one but 2 representative were really rude. They only refunded $47.95 telling me they don't refund the deposit. We never got the drug and should've been reimbursed. Don't go through this company. They use other people's money. We're seniors and my husband is struggling with terminal cancer this should never happen.

I was asked to provide my credit card information for a trial subscription and immediately my account was charged $72.44.
This was way, way, WAY more than I ever expected to pay.
To unsubscribe there is no link. Many others, I see, are upset by your business practices. To end the trial seems to be deliberately difficult.
I find it hard to believe the so-called happy customer reviews.

After my 7 day trial period I was charged for Premium Service. I have sent requests to have the premium service removed and a refund. I have made several attempts to reach this company from their customer support form and no one has acknowledged my request. I was able to cancel service, but it will not take place for 1 year.

I signed up for a free trial subscription and before expiry date came, I tried numerous times to cancel the subscription and was unable to find the correct site to officially cancel the subscription. I contacted the customer help center and they said I ordered a premium membership with I did not do. I originally only signed up for a free trial. My profile page says it is a free membership. They offered to change my membership to a quarterly fee instead of the premium membership and refuse to cancel the membership and will not refund my charges. I am unable to find the page they talk about to cancel the membership so will have to cancel my Visa card. This is a very poor business practice. Greatly disappointed.

On Dec, 2020 I signed up for a 7-day free trial of 123Cards.com. I used the website to send an e-card to family members. Surprisingly I did not get a confirmation from the website that my card had been sent!
On Jan 17, 2021 I tried to cancel my free trial but found that the website would not recognize any of my mail IDS or sign-ins. There is no way I can cancel my subscription! Meanwhile, I have been charged $27.43 equivalent to 23.88 EUR for the subscription.
The cancellation message is : "Your membership will be cancelled automatically when your current plan runs out".
I would like them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount of $27.43 equivalent to 23.88 EUR I have been charged. Jan 1st would have been 7 days of free trial. I did not use the service since then and just today I access again the site and messages for checking why I was charged. I consider this a planned theftwith small amounts of money and the company shall be punished due to the charging not made services.
