Never Watch Hallmark Movies Again
Our family was sitting and Watching Hallmark Movie "Home Run Christmas" tonight with the kids. All of a sudden 2 men started kissing! This is sickening to our stomachs! Leviticus 18:22 states "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination"1. Romans 1:26-28 states "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature"2. The Bible condemns sexual activity that is not between a husband and wife, whether it is homosexual or heterosexual conduct. We will never watch Hallmark Movies again! This is supposed to be Family oriented movies! It is not! This is OFFENSIVE to Christians!
Recommendation: DO NOT WATCH HALLMARK MOVIES!!!
A Heartfelt Review of Karen's Hallmark Shop
As someone deeply connected to the essence of heartfelt connections and meaningful gestures, I must say that Karen's Hallmark Shop embodies the spirit of spreading love and joy through thoughtful cards and gifts. While some reviews express concerns about service and product quality, it's important to remember that every experience is unique. Just like in life, sometimes there are challenges to navigate, but the intention behind each card and gift remains pure. Karen's Hallmark Shop is a place where you can find that perfect card to convey your emotions, celebrate special moments, and connect with your loved ones. Remember, behind every card is a story waiting to be shared, and Karen's Hallmark Shop is there to help you tell it with sincerity and care.
No Easter Greetings for my Family
I Purchased Easter Cards for my family weeks in advance. No Notice or feedback when they were way past deliver date on Hallmark Canada order #27252
When I called I am told it was due to a subcontractor who was having issues. So not my problem. Did they contact their customers to at least advise them so they could make other arrangements in time - NO!
I had to find out myself. Now I don't have time to go out and buy the Easter cards somewhere else and get them in the mail in time. I will never rely on Hallmark again. I used to think they were an amazing company.
Recommendation: Don't rely on hallmark to delivery - have a backup or better yet order elsewhere
-
Pros
- Wide range of unique gifts
- Personalized card options
- Seasonal merchandise variety
- Nationwide store presence
- Loyalty rewards program
-
Cons
- Limited appeal to younger demographics
- Competition from digital alternatives
- Seasonal sales fluctuations impact revenue
- High dependency on physical retail channels
Hallmark Movies - LBGTQ
When you feel that you have to insert LBGTQ people in your movies, please mark the movies with a LBG so Christians are not surprised seeing gays half way throughout the movie. You are catering to the political left and making your movies non-family watching. Your latest one is "A Taste of Love". It would have been a great movie - then you through to gay men in the middle - had to turn it off. Why do you try to appeal to the minority audience?
Recommendation: Complain loudly about Hallmark getting away from good family entertainment.
Please produce your movies to be good family non-political entertainment.
LBGTQ is a far-left political movement that ignores Christian values.
I agree with Hiawassee Scott. I not only do not like to be ambushed by gay or lbgtq people or events in the middle of a movie I thought was family-friendly, I am upset that the channel handles this woke idealogy at all. You used to stand for families and support Christian values in your entertainment. I am about ready to cancel my subscription, which I have had for years. Stand up for your original target audience! We're the ones that support you monetarily.

Crap service
Hello,
My name is David Gesink, Rewards Member # ***.
Since Monday Jan 2nd, I have attempted almost 20 times to order the Star Trek Mirror Mirror ornaments (Kirk, Sulu, Scotty, Dr. Mc Coy & Chekov) off your web site, either through Mobile or my PC. Every time I went to check out I would get an error message that said my credit card could not be processed and that I needed to check my payment method and try again. I tried several times, double checking the Billing vs the Shipping, called my bank to make sure funds were available (which they were) and to verify the correct Billing address.
I discovered that although I wasn't allowed to check out, Hallmark had charged me over 17 times (all my attempts to check out) for a total over $600. I have been on the phone with support staff and a supervisor several times this week. My money has been in the process of being refunded, but still. This case has been "escalated"@ least 3 times that I'm aware of.
This morning I get an e-mail from Hallmark as follows...
"Thank you for contacting Hallmark. We understand how frustrating this was for you and please accept our apologies for this issue. After the proper research we have completed your request and now you will we able to place orders on the Hallmark.com website. Once again please accept our apologies for this issue, please contact us for any further concern that you might have. Thank you for being the BEST part of Hallmark. We look forward hearing from you. Regards, Hallmark Customer Care
www.hallmark.com ref:_00D61YgwD._5004N1EJHlX:ref"
So I try again to order the ornaments I wanted only to find one of them (Dr McCoy) is out of stock, which in and of itself *isses me off and I proceed to the check out. AGAIN, I'm not allowed to proceed, AGAIN I am charged.
You are getting a public review from me. It is my belief that I should get those ornaments for free from you. This is beyond ridiculous. I manage a retail setting and have for many years, my customers would have been taken care of@ the first sign of trouble. Had their issue been escalated and unresolved like this I would have made sure I made it right and sent them on their with with a wiped fanny and a massive Thank You for their understanding.
I have taken a decade long break from collecting ornaments and was excited to get back into it and this is my experience. Yuck.
Unable to obtain ornament
Wanted to order two Christmas ornaments. Was able take care of one. Was given a phone# of a store #1940 that has several. It recently opened and they were unable to ship. ( the store is 65 miles away) I was told to Call 800 Hallmark back and tell them to manually do it. They informed me that they couldn’t for the store was not corporate. Asked for corporate...
Read full review of Hallmarkcannot get a credit reissued to me as current credit is on a registered paper that needs to be re issued
I received a refund for item that was brought back to hallmark store and was issued a paper receipt for credit that from being in my wallet had faded but I managed to retrieve the bar code and transaction numbers on it and date issued and product that was returned and the store will not issued credit back to me as they said they could not type numbers that I retrieved from receipt to issue me a legiable receipt for the credit and I will fight this until that do as it is a matter of principle that they want to keep our hard earned money so they do not have to give us back our credit due to a return
Desired outcome: A credit for item returned in the amount of $37.31 for a 70 Bday wine glass

Product availability
I have been a loyal customer with Hallmark for years and spend hundreds of dollars each year during the July and October Premiere. I am totally disgusted with the lack of availability of ornaments both in July and October! There has never been an issue like this and I am highly considering giving up on Hallmark if this is the type of customer service YOU...
Read full review of HallmarkService charge
I have been shopping at Hallmark for nearly 30 years. Yesterday I shopped my local Hallmark store, Elams Hallmark Shop, in Laguna Niguel California. When I was paying for my purchases, I noticed a small sign by the register that said there would be an additional "Service Charge" of 3 precent added to my bill. I offered to pay with cash and not a credit card to avoid the additional charge.
I was informed that it didn't matter how I paid there would still be an additional charge. That is an insult to me. Why would I pay an extra charge for a retail purchase? Bottom Line. I will never shop at a Hallmark store again.
Desired outcome: Remove the ridiculous "Service Charge."
Helium balloon
I purchased a helium balloon to welcome my first grandchild to the world.
On arriving at My Son’s house ( 30 minutes drive away from the store/ junction 32, Castleford ) the balloon had already deflated, evidencing either poor quality/ faulty or not been blown up correctly. I had bought the balloon to put in my Son’s home as a welcome home from hospital .
I then had to travel to the nearest town to purchase an alternative.
The alternative was a much bigger balloon and appears to be of a much higher quality and yet was the same price ( 4.99 )
I am not being unreasonable in expecting at the very least a refund of 4.99. Without having to return to the store.
Please see attached the receipt and photograph of the balloon
Regards
Theresa Fensom
Desired outcome: At the very least a refund of cost without returning to store . Ideally my fuel costs would be factored into the refund along with the inconvenience caused in having to purchase an alternative .
The LUME Commercial Itself
I enjoy the Hallmark TV shows, The movies and The seasonal shows you put on that are family friends. However your LUME commercials is not family friendly to the channel that claims to be family friendly.
I am annoyed and fed up with seeing the LUME commercials. Every time there is commercials that comes up. And for the Hallmark channel especially it is not appropriate to hear about the ladies private body parts. It is very inappropriate for TV and especially the Hallmark channel. Especially being a family orientated channel to hear about private body parts is not right. I used to not need to mute commercials, until that one came along.
I don’t know who to contact about the commercial. Hearing about private body parts I mute the commercials every time the commercial comes on and because it makes me angry, upset and nauseous. I have also sent a complain to the Hallmark Channel themselves and let them know my angry concerns and say they need to use different language. If you are going to continue the naughty commercials at least use better language that makes it family friendly. Saying private body parts does not make it family friendly. I know times have changed over the years. But this LUME Commercial its not family friendly anymore.
Desired outcome: Take the commercial off The Hallmark Channels, and everywhere else.
Gift bag purchased for mother’s day gift
A substandard gift bag I purchased for a very expensive Mother's Day gift that failed and my vintage carnival glass bowl fell and broke in the driveway,
The ribbon pulled through the eye of the bag, causing the bag to fall out of my hand and hit the concrete driveway,
It was wrapped in tissue paper and we hoped it hadn’t damaged the bowl but upon unwrapping it we discovered it had indeed broken and ruined Mother's Day for our mother, we have a tradition for 20 plus years
Now that, we gift her a vintage bowl on Mother's Day.
Desired outcome: replace my gift
Cost of product
We purchased a stuffed pink bunny on March 8th for a great niece. The price on the tag read $22.98. We thought it was a bit expensive, but we shopped the Hallmark store at 5865 Sky Park Pond, Loveland, Colorado, because we knew they would have a quality stuffed animal. After we made the purchase, we left, and I was thinking they must have really high taxes because it rang up to $27.91. I looked at the receipt and discovered that we were charged $24.95 for the stuffed bunny. Since we were still nearby, we returned to the store, and I asked the store employee (a different person that we originally dealt with) about the difference in the price and he simply answered that what was in the computer was accurate. I realize it is only a couple dollars, but I won't trust the price marked on a product at the store again. Other locations honor the price marked on a product, it is kind of a truth in marketing issue.
Desired outcome: We would have liked the employee to offer us a refund for the difference between the price on the tag and the price in the computer.
Hallmark movies
Gallup finds 7.2% of U.S. adults identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or something other than straight or heterosexual. Why is over 80% of your movies LGBTQ? The frustrating part is you often wait until the last several minutes to reveal your Gay people? Quite slamming your Woke agenda down our throats. Get away from your liberal agenda. Please eliminate LGBTQ from your movies. Get back to our family roots. You are losing a lot of your audience including my family.
Sorry Hallmark Channel...ALI LEIBERT AS A LESBIAN? NOT BUYING IT! It's getting to the point where all this slobbering over homosexuality and lesbianism is convincing me that I am done watching your virtue signaling, Gay/Alphabet Mafia movies! What happened to your family oriented movies? Please stop with all this woke garbage and get back to the family values that made your movies special! I now understand why Candice Cameron Bure and others have abandon the Hallmark channel to do movies that have morals and family values. I hope more people vote with their remote and change the channel until you decide what's more important...main stream American values or Gay/Alphabet Mafia fantasies!
Agree 100%
The one thing we could always count on was the wholesomeness and true family values that hallmark has been known for. Please leave out the gay and lesbians from your programming so I can watch something with my family and young grandchildren again! I don’t care about gays and lesbians, I just don’t want it shoved down our throat. It is not normal in my opinion.
Lacy Chabert taking peoples money
Hi I want to complain about a lady on Hallmark show her name is Lacy Chabert I chatted with her for a while, I was mentioning about a friend, she said that she can help me $ so I believed her, now she blocked me after she told me she said she doesn"t know what I am talking about. I just want the money I sent her, she is taking avenge of people its so sad. I am that needs money not her. 3/15/2023
Hallmark mysteries
We love your movies but... the background music is so loud that it drowns out the voices. We've noticed this seems the normal for the Hallmark Mysteries. Regular Hallmark movies are just fine. Could you please tone down the background music so we can hear the characters? McBride is one of your shows we really like but it's so hard to hear the actors when your background music is so loud.
Desired outcome: Please reduce background music in the Hallmark Mysteries so the actors voices can be heard
Rude manager towards employees and incompetent with customers
After shopping at the store in Sierra Vista, AZ over the past few years there has been this one manager (Judy) that is always belittling employees under her and always has trouble ringing customers up. I have myself stood there arguing with her basically telling her how to do her job since she has no real idea what is going on. I have been in the store when you can hear her degrading the employees under her and basically telling them they don't know anything and she's the manager, so she is always right. I have talked to other customers that shop there and they say they hear the same thing from her when she's in the store working. Though she doesn't work often we have agreed upon leaving the store if we see her working, usually coming back later that day or another day.
Desired outcome: Better training for "managers" or replacement.
Hallmark movies
Hallmark Movies used to be such a great channel. We have stopped watching Hallmark movies because it's become almost impossible to watch one without hearing/seeing your promotion of leftist lies and LGBQT+ trash. We don't want to have you try to indoctrinate us or our children with that type of programming. We don't need it and have found several outlets for better material.
Desired outcome: If you want to encourage people with traditional values to return to watching Hallmark, delete the trash from the lineup.
I totally agree! I stopped watching as well!
“the way home.”
Normally I'd be interested in a sci-fi production by Hallmark. But I will not tolerate this LGBTQ nonsense as NORMAL. Over my 68 years, and my marriage to the same women for 44 of those years, I've seen this gradual chipping away at the Divinely mandated man/women marriage covenant and it sickens and appalls me. It isn't right. It's certainly not condoned by God, and it flies in the face of why a man would "leave his mother and father, and cleave unto his wife, and they shall become one flesh". As usual, you give the devil and inch and he'll take over the entire human race. I won't be watching anything by Hallmark in the future, which I thought was the last Bastian of wholesome entertainment.
Desired outcome: Either eliminate the homosexuality nonsense, or cancel the series.
Recent Hallmark programming
We are deeply offended by your insistence on including a gay or lesbian couples in most of your current movies. The actual percentage of those couples is very low in our country, so why are you pushing it so strongly? You have made your choice - woke. So we are making our choice too. We will be switching to the Great American Family network as soon as possible. Additionally, we will be urging our friends to do the same.
Desired outcome: Goodbye. Go woke, Go broke.
If I see it's about that, I don't watch the movie...
Hahhaha! Who cares?!
Hallmark Channel
I am very disappointed in the Hallmark Channel movies lately and will no longer watch by cancelling this channel. Hallmark continues to push the envelope expressing gay agendas just to see how much of the mostly conservative women viewers will tolerate. When I see this in two of your movies in a row, I know it's time to say goodbye. Hallmark is no longer interested in supporting its core audience, but into pushing an agenda that we do not want to pretend is normal. Please accept my immediate resignation as a permanent and no longer Hallmark viewer. Someday, when the channel is cancelled because Hallmark put its agendas ahead of its targeted audience, Hallmark will be remembered as just another broke channel that made the wrong decisions.
Desired outcome: It may be too late. Hallmark clearly will not stop pushing undesired agendas.
Especially “sweeter than chocolate”
February Fourth, 7:00 p.m. -9 p. m. central standard time.
We are deeply offended by your insistence on including a gay or lesbian couple in most of your current movies. The actual percentage of those couples is very low in our country, so why are you pushing it so strongly?
We will be switching to the Great American Family net work as soon as possible; and wish we would have done so much sooner. Goodbye.
Desired outcome: Quit pushing the gay and homosexual agenda by including them in your movies
Hallmark has gone woke
What made hallmark great was their dedication to producing content that represents wholesome and dignified family values. Consequently, their silver is tarnished and their fan base is vacating, due to their wokeness and departure from their traditional family values. After viewing several of Hallmark’s recent movies we can no longer in good conscience support their brand. We hope they return to their former content model and wish them well. We have decided to make The Great American Family Channel our first choice in family entertainment.
Desired outcome: Return to former business model
The new Sunday night series 'The Way Home'
White I love Andie McDowell (and she was the reason I decided to watch it), this show just didn't pull me in. The first episode was confusing and in fact, I turned it off before the 2 hours were up. This is a BIG miss for me. I don't know the actors well enough to highlight specifics, I'm just going to say I wasn't pulled in. I didn't connect with any of the characters. I won't be watching again.
I also wondered where these men went, then I realized they probably don't want to be pushed into homosexual roles with other men! That's what this channel is turning into.
I find "The Way Home" interesting & am wondering what the outcome will be.
>>>>ALSO, i haven't seen any NEW Hallmark programs with some of my Favorite actors: Ryan Paevey(love him), Marc Blucas, Victor Webster, Cameron Mathison, David Haydn-Jones, Aaron O'Connel, Dylan Neal, Trevor Donovan, Brant Daugherty, Lucas Bryant, Chris McNally, Wes Brown,
Peter Porte, Ryan McPartlin, Chad Michael Murray, Kristoffer P, Kavan Smith, & OTHERS!

I am not a parent, but for pride month 2023 there were commercials with MEN, (they can claim they are female all they want but they have certain body parts) were wearing dresses. I don't want to explain to a ten year old why men are wearing dresses. If I were to, I would probably say they are sick in the head.
Welcome to the 21st century where this type of wokeness is considered "normal" Sadly, the majority's needs are not met. It is not just Hallmark, but society in general. These people are trying to force us to change our opinions of what normal is. What they consider normal is FAR FROM NORMAL. LGBT has a pride month, but there is no pride month for us straight normal people. When you were a kid, I am sure that there were only two genders male, and female, God made you male or female. Not trans. In our time there were only two genders. Now apparently according to LGBT and all the other titles they are adding there are 72 genders, and that does not include lifestyles like the two men kissing. I saw an ad at Walmart for Valentine's Day with two men kissing after one boyfriend gave his boyfriend chocolate as a gift. It is like you have to leave the country or planet because these people are forcing their lifestyle on us. You and your children who are normal should not have to do this. Instead they should open up their own shops, make their own channels, or move to a remote island to promote their warped values.
