Cards not being delivered
I ordered three cards on the 11th of November 2022 2birthday cards, 1 christmas card to be delivered to australia by the 20th of december, the money has been taken out of my account but the cards have not been delivered, i checked on the order and it says it had been confirmed but nothing has been sent out, can you sort this out for me the order number is 22315LGN8LZ email address is [protected]@gmail.com
Yankee candle in glass jar arrived smashed
I received a Yankee Candle from my son who lives in New Zealand.
The glass jar that the candle was in was smashed to bits. Obviously not enough packing. The Yankee candle was just wrapped in a single piece of paper. Not wrapped in bubble wrap which would have been expected as it was a glass jar.

blackhole 404 - try again

I ordered a 13th birthday for my nephew (Cole Holmes, keighely, w. yorkshire) when I choose to pay by my mastercard, i received a message saying WOOHOO black hole 404, try again.
So I did, only to find that the same card went through more than once.

I have had someone called Jolly Smith order over 39 different things from you from the 26 of April 2021. These amount to over £500. Obviosly my account has been hacked. Could you please look into this for me.

Desired outcome: Money back from the 39 cases Jolly Smith has used you under my account.
Disappointed
I've made a card on www.moonpig.com website and thought it was sent but it wasn't. When I contacted customer service their rep said they'll check what was going on and promised to contact me back later.
They finally contacted me two days later and said that they did not have any information about me sending any cards.
Their cards are great, prices are low, but their website is a complete nightmare! It was a birthday card for a dear friend of mine and they messed up the whole thing.
The card is late delivery and has caused upset . I posted something my self 4 days later and arrived at the same address today . I feel so upset that I was not informed of a
