Wanted to order two Christmas ornaments. Was able take care of one. Was given a phone# of a store #1940 that has several. It recently opened and they were unable to ship. ( the store is 65 miles away) I was told to Call 800 Hallmark back and tell them to manually do it. They informed me that they couldn’t for the store was not corporate. Asked for corporate # and there giving me the same number I just called. They connect me to tech care and trying to find a corp. store that ended up being in Hawaii. They told me to call and they would ship. I called and they informed me they do not, for they have had issues in the past. Called Hallmark back and they told me to call every morning to see if they get more in. I am so disappointed in Hallmark. We had Amy’s in Midlothian,Va for years until they lost their lease. Those ladies on the ball new customers names and went out of their way to help. My husband has informed me he won’t be back! I think I’m right behind him. I Have been a loyal customer since the late 1970’s,I do believe I won’t be back! November 15, 2023
