Yesterday, I was unable to send out Happy Valentine's Day ecards to about 30 people. Yesterday evening, I tried over and over again, nearly 30 times - copying the text into the selected card, ticking the names in my address book, and then clicking the new PREVIEW AND SEND BUTTON. They gave me the capcha as usual, which I did correctly, but it still refused to send the card, and the card just disappeared. The usual screen that comes and shows any problems with any addresses does not come up. I tried again using the Back Button several times, and then again using Safari browser, which, unlike my Chrome, does not have any adblock, but even on there it did not work. I tried again today in the early afternoon using a different Wi Fi connection, but I'm still having the same problem. I suspect it has to do with the new combined "Preview and Send" button...previously, the Preview and Send buttons were separate. I've been a 123Greetings customer for about 25 years, and never having had any problems sending cards. I have been able to send both individual and mass ecards to 100 and more people, at least one a month, mostly using the website, from both PCs and Macs and from Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and on various slow connections in different Asian developing countries. This is the first time I have EVER not been able to send a card! What is going on?
Desired outcome: Please fix this problem with the new Preview and Send button not sending the cards. It would be better to have the two buttons separate
