123InkJets Toner for my brother printer

I ordered toner for a brother printer on 2-12-24. When I received the toner it would only print on one side of paper it was like there was no ink on one side of the toner. I called several times and left messages but never heard from them I also sent an email to customer service but never heard from them I never talked to anyone because each time I called the message said they were busy, not open but leave a message and they would get back with me but that never happened. I would like to be refunded my money.

Desired outcome: I would prefer to be refunded my money.

123InkJets No product delivery

I ordered products December 20th which was never delivered. I spoke with "Fernando" on January 9th and he ordered a new set of ink cartridges to be sent out (order [protected]). It never arrived either. I researched online at the website and it shows that order had never been sent out and was on "HOLD". Then I was told that it was out of stock and they wouldn't be sending it out until they received all of the cartridges. What a bunch of BS.

Then today 2-15-2024 I was told they were going to "Investigate it"...after almost 60-days, they are just NOW going to investigate. I still have no printer ink. They tell me to have patience and to wait another 7-10 days for the outcome of the investigation. KEN is PISSED

Desired outcome: REFUND MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

123InkJets Scam fraud site

This site is totally fake using diffrent email domains daily. You can not stop the spam by using block domain because every day it changes. DO NOT FALL VICTIM. No trust worthy company is going to falsify their domain name.

123InkJets Non delivery of product

I purchase $176 worth of cartridges and it did not come. Fedex showed they delivered it but no Fedex came to my house on the day it was "delivered". I have been disputing this with inkjets for a month with them putting me off for that amount of time. Today 7/31/20 they finally said that Fedex denied the claim. No one signed for the delivery, I was home all day when they said it was delivered. I have video of the truck going down the street and coming back with no stop at my house.

inkjets said to file my own claim against Fedex. I did not buy the items from Fedex.

123InkJets terrible

I went online to order ink as I am out of ink
they promised 2 day delivery
after 4 days no order I call and they tell me that they have to verifiy
me, my account because of internet scams (really) and large dollar orders
(mine $38)
after confirming all information I am told that now ( 8 days later) my order will be shipped. Not only ten minutes later I get a call from them stating that they need to confirm info with me
needless to say I did not call back- I sent an email "were is my ink?" no reply
that has been over ten days ago

REALLY? company SUCKS

I ordered a refill kit for a Pixma 3620. They sent some kind of tank in which you place the cartridge and refill it. The tank did not fit my cartridge. They demanded I take a picture, refusing to accept my word . I did and they said they would send the correct kit. They sent THE SAME THING. I went through the same process...pic and all. I finally got them to send me a label to return it. That was two weeks ago and they have said they have yet to receive it. Do not deal with this company...PLEASE. Years ago, I had no problems. Now they are terrible to deal with. Something changed.

123InkJets A scam on their part

Why is it so hard to provide a perfect service without anything wrong?
I'm a regular customer and often order colored inks and cartridges sometimes. But there are always items that are out of work or defective ones. What is this? They are not that cheap. And you know I would never ask for a replacement if you didn't send me 5 defective cartridges.
What kind of a service is this? I won't be using them again.

123InkJets spam

I keep getting spam emails from this website 123InkJets. When I went online and checked the reviews I found out that I was not the only one who is getting spam messages from 123InkJets. I have no idea what this site is, I never used it and never ordered anything. I would like to know where did they found my email and why are they keep spamming!
I get at least 15 messages every day and have no idea how to stop that! Tried to contact their customer service but did not receive a reply.

123InkJets bad service

In the past, I ordered from this company and always found the experience to be at least adequate (god prices, responsive customer car, etc.)

However, on this last set of orders all the merchant's correspondence is coming from a new domain name (certifiedink.com), and email headers identify another entity (corp.valueclick.com) which I had never seen associated with the company before. The experience current experience was unpleasant and unsuccessful.

I placed a large order for various ink cartridges, and every item ordered was claimed to be in stock at teh time the order was placed.

The following day, an email was sent to me including the following text:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to fullfil your order (#2584614) at this time.
Due to heavy demand, some of the items on your order are currently not available. As soon as we receive your items (probably within the next 10 days), we will ship your order and you will receive email notification of the shipment."

The vagueness (both of about items and timing) were disconcerting. I immediately wnet to the website to check the status of the order. The entire order was blocked as "backordered", but there was no item-by-item breakdown of what was in or out of stock.

I then opened anoter browser session and checked each SKU that was in my "backordered" order. Each and every item was listed as "In stock" and available to be added to the cart in that other browser process.

After this, I used the form specifically provided on their website for order inquiries to ask specifically which items were in sotck and which were backordered, and if a partial shipment could be made or if the order could be broken into mltiple orders in the interest of getting osme concrete answer.

I received the following stock response, quoted in its entirety:

"On Mar 04 2008 3:02:57 pm, a member of our Customer Service Department wrote: Thank you for your inquiry, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please call us so we can handle this situation quickly and efficiently. Customer service can be reached toll free at [protected], Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm PST. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you Customer Support Team"

Obviously the written inquiry I had placed using their form hadn't even been read, and the wording is vague enough that it would be difficult to establish that it was ever looked at by an employee rather than simply having a stock response bounce from a bot. Never had anythign like this happeend in my previous orders with te company.

I have (again using 123inkjet's web support system pput in a written request for my order to be cnacelled in its entirety and for written confirmation of this to be given. I am still awaiting response.

123InkJets scam

I recently placed at least 2 orders with 123inkjets. One was placed July 7, and I cannot even find the other confirmation. I may have placed even more orders. My memory is awful and I took it for granted that my order would be filled as always. I have purchased ink cartridges from this company for years, and therefore, did not pay much attention as to when and if I would receive the order until now, since I finally ran out of ink.

I have not received my orders or any communication. I only realized this today, and now I will check my credit card bills for any charges from 123inkject.com. I justed wanted to warn people not to trust this company anymore.

I don't know yet, if I have been charged for these unreceived cartridges.

I contacted them regarding cartridges my printer did not recognize - they sent me a prepaid label to return them for refund, I returned them with a delivery confirmation for my refund. I tried to log in to see the status of it and was unable to, so I phoned, they said something about the cartridges they got back weren't from them, he had to go to the warehouse to find out what was going on for sure and would call me back.

He never called me back and they have locked me out of logging on to my account on their web site. I'm out $51.16.

123InkJets rip off

Just FYI - I phoned about the cartridges, one fellow (Matt) says they'll refund since we've been a good customer. Hang up and 10 minutes later another fellow calls and says we can't do that. I ask to have our cartridges returned then, he says ok.

That was 2.5 months ago. No refund or cartridges so far. Lost $52.00.

123InkJets purchases

I purchased printer ink for a very low price 6 months ago. they debited my account $22.0. I've never received the cartridge. I called them 4 times over last several months for my ink. they said it would be sent out. I waited 6-8 weeks, it never came. I finally called after 9 months, requesting a refund they were very nice and polite. I have'nt received my refund or ink cartridge as of this day. Don't buy from them. there are frauds.

123InkJets they does not honor guarantee

This company does not answer its phone, does not respond to complaint emails and does not hohor its' "money back guarantee." It does not hohor its' 100% satisfaction guarantee. When I called its "customer service" number [protected] I was put on hohd for over 8 hours until the phone hung itself up with a recording the entire time telling me that they were experiencing a high call volume and that my call would be answered in the order it was received. This was obviously a lie. I warn everyone that if you do business with this firm you are throwing away your money.

123InkJets they took money and did not send cartridges

On 4-7-2017 I ordered 2 ink cartridges from 123 Inkjets .Two days later I received an empty envelope via (UPS) 2nd day air. I have called 123 Inkjets three times and was assured I would be contacted back the next day by a supervisor that never happened! My credit card was charged $34.44, still no cartridges and no contact by 123 Inkjets. I guess they are an untruthful company with a bad customer attitude. Telling everyone I can, what this company is and not to buy from this company!

Save your money and time deal with a truthful company!

I have used 123inkjets & recommended it in the past but can no longer do so. In the last 3 years I have had to return some 12 cartridges of 123inkjets because my printer won't recognize their cartridges.

I am sick of returning them, I am sick of trying to get them to work...restarting the printer over & over. They should STOP selling the replacements & only sell stuff that actually works! They don't even have real Epson cartridges in stock anymore so you have to buy their crap & just return it a day later...because IT DOES NOT WORK! Why do they even bother anymore...if they don't even try to make it right?

I'm telling everyone they don't care anymore & 123Ink STINKS!

We purchased 2 cartridges, a black and a color. The 1 year warranty is not up, we just opened the color cartridge and it is dried up. Tried priming the printer, let the cartridge stand upright several hours as recommended in package. Won't work. Tried calling company for a couple days, several times. Was always told by recording that there was an unusually high volume of calls. Last time was put on hold for an hour! In order to get exchange or refund we need RMA number and were supposed to call. Went to website and had no luck there either.

Looks like they try to discourage complaints by putting you on hold. Very disgusted with this company.

I ordered two sets of inkjets. They came in quickly, faster than I thought they would. But the ink was not working! I did call customer service and did try to help. Unfortunately, he gave me instructions to let the computer to sit for a while. The ink spilled through the printheads and ruined a 200.00 printer. I did return the inkjets at no cost, but now will see if I do get the refund, but I am sure they won't replace my new printer!

Ordered 4 ink cartridges 2 weeks ago, have not received my order nor an explanation as to where the order is and after trying several times to call and receive the"high volume of calls" message and reading all the negative comments about this "business" I am guessing I will never receive my order or my money back.

123InkJets ne refund, poor policies!

I ordered 3 ink cartridges on jan. 15 2007 to be delivered in2-3 business days. On the 19th I called to track shipment because I didn't receive them. I was told to wait 1-2 more days then call back. I asked for a credit so I could just pick them up ( I live 10 minutes away from their store/ warehouse. They said they couldn't do that. So I waited till the 22nd and called. I was told to wait 2-3 more days that there was nothing that they could do. "the computers won't let them issue a refund until after fifteen business days" I explained that I didn't want a refund,that I just wanted a credit so I could pick them up. I asked them to track the package and was told that they could not find any tracking information for"some reason" and to call back . I called back on the 24th and 25th and was told Their was nothing I could do but wait 2-3 more days. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told she was busy and would call me back. I never got a call back. again called on the 27th to give it one more shot I spoke to a customer service rep. I was told their was nothing they could do that they shipped it and I would have to wait until the post office agreed the the package was lost. This could only take place after the 5th of February. After again just asking for a credit not a refund I got the same answers. Even after finally speaking to a "supervisor" she said her hands were tied by company policy and their was nothing she could do. Sad to say after being a customer for 3 years I will have to purchase my cartridges elsewhere. And inconvenience me by having to contact my credit card company and protest the charges. So much for 123inkjets and their poor policies...
