Unfortunately, it didn't seem to be pumping properly and I decided to test the output. Using a stopwatch and a 2-gallon pail, I found that the output was only 160 gallons per hour.
Naturally, I was quite upset about this and decided to try and return the pump for a full refund. However, when I contacted 123Ponds.com, they refused to take it back, saying that the problem was with the manufacturer and not with them. I found this to be quite frustrating, as I had purchased the pump from them and expected them to stand behind their products.

I was annoyed that I had to reinstall a failed pump just to take a photo of it, but I did it anyway. I also took the other required photos and filled out the form as best I could. I submitted it and waited for a response. It took a few more days, but eventually they approved my claim and sent me a replacement pump.
Overall, I was not impressed with the customer service from 123Ponds.com. It took a long time to get a response, and the process of getting a replacement pump was more complicated than it needed to be.
