OutdoorLivingUK Terrible Experience with OutdoorLivingUK: Unreliable Service and No Delivery

I had a really bad experience with OutdoorLivingUK. I ordered a water fountain from their website and I never received an email confirmation. I waited a few days and then decided to call them to ask about it. The person on the phone told me that the confirmation email should have been sent and that I would receive my fountain the next day. I was relieved to hear that, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

After waiting for five weeks, I still had not received any email or my water fountain. I was really frustrated and decided to get a refund through PayPal. It was a hassle and it took some time, but I eventually got my money back.

It seems like I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with OutdoorLivingUK. I've read some reviews online and it seems to be a common problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

OutdoorLivingUK Poor Customer Service Experience with OutdoorLivingUK - Not Recommended

I recently had an experience with OutdoorLivingUK and I must say, it wasn't the best. I had purchased a water feature from them and unfortunately, it wasn't working properly. I reached out to their customer service team and sent them pictures of the issue. The response I received was quite disappointing. The person I spoke to had a really bad attitude and didn't seem interested in helping me at all. They told me that it was the manufacturer's problem and that they wouldn't be able to offer me a refund. I was really frustrated because the water feature was only a few weeks old.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend OutdoorLivingUK based on my experience. The customer service was really poor and I didn't feel like they cared about my issue at all. If you're looking for a reliable and helpful company to purchase from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

OutdoorLivingUK Unfair Policies and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with OutdoorLivingUK

I recently purchased an outdoor clock and thermometer from OutdoorLivingUK and unfortunately, it didn't keep accurate time. I was disappointed with the product and decided to return it. However, when I contacted the company, they refused to refund the postage costs of ?5.00. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund the return postage of ?5 and charged me an additional 10% admin cost of ?1.63.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received from OutdoorLivingUK. It seems that they are not willing to take responsibility for faulty products and instead, they charge their customers for their mistakes. I was shocked to hear that they claimed that all of these charges were acceptable with Trading Standards.

I would advise anyone considering purchasing from OutdoorLivingUK to be very cautious. This is not a company that values their customers or takes responsibility for their products. If you do decide to buy from them, be aware that you may be charged for any issues that arise with your purchase.

Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is poor and their policies are unfair. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to enjoying my new outdoor clock and thermometer, but unfortunately, it was not meant to be.

OutdoorLivingUK Pottery Water Feature from OutdoorLivingUK: Faulty Product and Terrible Customer Service

So, I bought this Pottery Water Feature from OutdoorLivingUK and it looked great at first. But then I noticed that the glaze was all messed up. I tried emailing them about it, but they never got back to me. So, I decided to call them up and it took me over 40 minutes just to get through to someone. Finally, I talked to this guy named Mike and he said he would look into it. But it's been 9 days now and I still haven't heard anything back from them. And now, I can't even get through to them on the phone anymore. I've been waiting on hold for over an hour and the line just keeps ringing!

It's really frustrating because they were so quick to take my money, but now they won't even respond to me about this faulty product. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company again. If you're thinking about buying something from them, I would suggest checking out some other review sites first. Don't waste your hard-earned money like I did!
