As it was expected that my parcel would arrive to me between 10-18th OCT 2022 to me, I was waiting for it, so I contacted the service number provided in the email for an update regarding my parcel, they intimated to me that Pat Pat is not handing their parcel to us for delivery since many days and your and other parcels are all pending at Pat Pat warehouse Pakistan and advise me to wait. I again called them on 12 Oct and they again repeated the same FAKE inability and this happened, again and again, finally, i called again on 17th Oct on the same number [protected], and again requested for the delivery of the parcel to me, the female person introduced her namely Ms. Mehwish repeated the same story and said we are no longer working with PAT PAT and your parcel is not with us and suggest me to approach PAT PAT for further assistance. i did the same and PAT PAT negated their stance and advised me to wait for one more day so the maximum time for delivery is passed so they can escalate things with the logistic partner.
As the last date for delivery is passed the logistic partner updated the parcel status as DELIVERED. which is not correct and misleading actually they have stolen my parcel and deceived everyone. kindly help me over the issue my email is
