1st United Credit Union I'm having trouble getting into my online account

I'm having trouble getting into my online account. I've been trying to get a hold of someone at 1st United Credit for two days now. The first day, I had to hang up because the wait was so long. The second day, the message said the wait was only 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and still no one answered. I called back and the message said the wait was only 6 minutes, but I waited for 15 more minutes and still no answer. This service is really bad and I'm thinking about closing my accounts with 1st United Credit soon.

1st United Credit Union I been with this bank for like 20 years now

I been with this bank for like 20 years now. They did a website 'upgrade' but took away one of the basic benefits of doing online banking. I tried to check my money market account online using this new website, but could only view a few months back which was a total surprise to me since I was able to view the life of my money in that account ever since I put money in there in 2017. This recent website 'upgrade' took this feature away. Now you can only view 18 months back from today regarding your account. If you want to know the history of your account, you gotta pay $5 a month for it and it gotta be mailed to you. Wow, talk about saving trees and being in a digital world. I should be able to view the history of my investment with any organization. I messaged 2 representatives. The 1st one didn't seem to know the basic etiquette of professional messaging. The 2nd one kept repeating herself and not at all answering my questions about why I could not view this history after the 'upgrade'. She kept saying that this feature was not available before and that I have to pay for every month before 2020. I should be able to see what interest my money has gained from the beginning of me putting my money in this account since 2017. I was told by the 2nd representative that any information before 2020 was PURGED! WHY? These are histories of people's accounts and should be available online anytime for the members. Asking $5 for every month just to see the history of your account before 2020 seems so wrong. This bank is supposed to be for the members but it seems they are trying to nickel and dime you for information that should be readily available online. Just to be clear, before the 'upgrade', I could view the history of my account but now, you gotta pay $5 per month for them to mail you a statement from before May . Certainly a step backwards from the rest of the digital banking world.

1st United Credit Union I got their credit card in April and was paying my bills on time

I got their credit card in April and was paying my bills on time. In February , I moved from one place to another and asked them to send the bills to my new address, but they didn't. I didn't have online access to my account, so I couldn't change the address online. After a while, a collection agency called me, but I didn't pay them because it wasn't fair to me. I had an auto loan with them for $43000, which I paid on time and in full. The balance on my credit card was only $1800, and I would have paid it if I had received the bill at my new address. Does it make sense that someone who paid off $43000 couldn't pay $1800? I want the business to remove this from my credit report and send the bill to my new address in ***. I'll pay it right away.

1st United Credit Union I had a debt of $18,122 with 1st United Credit Union for a car loan

I had a debt of $18,122 with 1st United Credit Union for a car loan. I called them to see how we could fix it and remove it from my credit report. The lady told me I had to pay the whole thing to remove it from my credit report. I said I couldn't pay the whole thing, but I could make an offer. She said they don't make deals to help people who owe them and that if I didn't have the money, it didn't make sense to make an offer. She also said it would stay on my credit report for another 7 years. She was rude and not understanding. I told her I was going through a lot at the time and I was sorry the car was repossessed. She said that had nothing to do with her and hung up on me.

1st United Credit Union I went to 1st United CreditUnion in Hayward to deposit $1400, but the machine broke down and took my money

I went to 1st United CreditUnion in Hayward to deposit $1400, but the machine broke down and took my money. It was frustrating because the lady at the front desk, ***, talked to another client instead of helping me. The manager, ***, made me wait for 25 minutes before retrieving my debit card from the back of the machine. However, my money was not returned, and it did not show as a deposit in my account. *** told me that I had to wait until they opened the ATM to count the money, and there was no guarantee that I would get my money back. She was not apologetic, and I felt like nobody was trying to help me. I called corporate, but they told me to deal with the bank directly. This was the worst bank experience ever, and I felt like my own bank was robbing me.
