I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service that is not usable. Please give me any assistance you can... An address... Phone number... Email address... Anything to help. Thanks!

I downloaded 360 Share Pro using my credit card which cost me $50.00 Australian dollars and now I cant use it nor update it or find out what happened!

This company charge my card twice and Iclain a refund they never refunded my money and now the program just don't work at all.

This is by far the most deceptive, no, blatant scam I have seen. I've read that some victims thought it was Limewire, Bearshare, in my case the logos of several known p2ps including Winmx and others were listed along the bottom of the page. When I call the toll free number I wind up as a member of the Music club or something like that yes its bogus, they say my username and password don't exist. By Far my worst internet experience. $76.00 for lifetime membership to nothing. Thieves like this need to receive a merciless Payback in addition to giving back every cent. Rev.Diaz

They took £30 from my when they said it was going to be a one off payment of £11. Not only did a lot of the files not work, some corrupted my PC and i have not been able to get back on for a long time now. What a waste of time and money, i seriously urge everyone to stay away from it. Worthless piece of [censored] that it is!

I had sharepro for bout year it has worked great till the last few days i bought the lifetime program. I downloaded limewire but unless i pay extra for the pro it doesnt work good. Id like to get sharepro to work again i have uninstalled and reinstalled it. But it still won't open.

I purchased 360 share pro Jan 15, 2007, the service promised has not been of any value. I can't get any help or resolution concerning this matter. I paid $51.71 and have not been able to use the service as promise. This sounds like a breach of contract and i would very much like a full refund. When i called [protected] or [protected] i only reached an automatic machine telling me the wait time is 30 minutes. 360 share pro sucks and its creator. It is a scam and should be held liable for this scam.

The only problem I have with 360 sharepro is that i found it looking for bearshare. I paid 19.95 for a lifetime of downloads and never had a problem downloading. Once in a great while I need to go and retrieve my incomplete downloads from the library. I just wanted to let people know that it does work I have had it for a very long time now. I am sorry that people are having problems and I hope that never happens to me. I am not saying it is the best and that it is not a scam, just saying it works great for me.

The best info i have gotten is to file an afadavid at your financial institution
They will have in record when your money was taken out and notify these thieves, hopefully this is helpful to whomever...

I paid to sign up to 360 Share over a year ago and still can't access it or e-mail them to complain. It disappeared from my desktop after they had taken the money out of my account!

I purchased 360pro share and it no longer works. It seems from the complaints that the folks behind this program are running a scam. I either want my program restored to working order or want to know how to form a group to take legal action.

My program quit working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It still does not work, I can't get it to open at all. I bought the lifetime membership. I have had it for over a year and it has worked great up until now.

I had the same problem. Their customer service number is [protected]. May have a long wait. My email was misspelled on their end; caused the 'account expired or does not exist' error. Corrected. www.360share.com/fix has instructions to uninstall/reinstall.

I bought 360 Share Pro thinking it was Limewire and now it does not work. I dont know what has happened. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and it still will not work. I agree this was a rip off. I would like to report this site to the Better Business Bureau!

My 360 just stopped working and when i try to log on to download it again it wont let me in and does not recognize my email for forgot password... So now i paid money for a service i am not getting.

The exact same thing has happened to me, except i bought a life time membership and it did work for a year, until a few days ago when it suddenly stopped and wouldn't open up, we should definitely do something about this!

I too am very upset with the service I signed up for lifetime downloads for my 10yr old daughter and it worked for a week or so then nothing it will not even load this really burn my butt it is not like I am made of money know I need to find another place to download music but to tell the truth am afraid I will get ripped off again. I get the run around when trying to complain and request a refund. If someone finds out how to reach company or has any ideas on how to bring them down let me know, thanks.

I, like all the rest here, was downloading a different program and got this worked great in the beginning. I paid for lifetime and movies and had to problems, then all the sudden, cant contact anyone by phone or email. What the heck is going on? Lifetime of who is what i am wondering what a scam they have going and they are awful sneaky too. So now what do all of lifetimers do get screwed? What is up with no one being honest anymore? So wrong, so wrong, i am so pissed about this.

I paid for a lifetime subscription and after 4 months it stopped working. I would like info from any one getting a refund from 360 share pro. Stealing from all these people will come back to this company sooner than later I hope.

I agree I got to use Pro Share for one or two days and after they got my money I could not use the site anymore and would like to be refund but don't know how to get a hold of them. Does anyone know how. Dixie.

I have purchased this program (LIFETIME) 3 times now... yes I`m an idiot. When I have it it works great however I don't know whoas lifetime they refer to when u buy it. Also it is supposed to cost under 25 bucks but when they charge my card its 67. I go for customer support and they say they don't know me.

People do not make my mistake!

Well, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that has had problems with these crooked ###. I have been dealing with them since Dec, 2006, and have reached them by 2 different 800 numbers, same story from both, they are supposedly a third party call center contracted by the parent company and do not have any real authority to do anything. I have been told on three separate occasions that my membership had been approved for refund and someone would be calling me for details. Needless to say no one ever called and when I finally did get back through to customer service, they told me that their decision had been over ruled and there was nothing they could do. Face it everybody, WE'VE BEEN SCAMMED BY A PRO! There is no way to contact them directly you can only complain by fax and customer service is a third party call center, they're good. If any one has any solution please let me know. Even if I don't get my money back I would be happy to know that some body is getting justice.

We brought pro360 shared, now we have windows vista, it wont work. I send e-mail, no reply... I just running, i think it should work windows vista or they need to upgrade for a software for windows vista. I need if anyone can help to get work... I paid for lifetime membership, why cant get it to work!

I`m trying to get my 360 Share pro back after my computer got a virus and erased it. My subscription is paid for so please hook me back up. I also have had the same problem as all those complaints!

You cannot click the f asked q link, they say they will reply to your e mail within 24 hours, i have sent 18 and after a month i still have had no response. They have now changed the name of their site and are cloaked under around 5 other names, and all of them rob you blind, at least dick turpin wore a mask.

This program sucks! I bought the lifetime warranty for about 60 bucks and it worked ok for about 4 months then it started to get worse and worse. Sometimes when i typed a search, my computer started to beep really loud. It is bull**it. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago but no answer back, of course. The best thing to do is to delete it. Then i went and searched for a different program that actually worked. There is a program that is pretty good. It's called frostwire. It just like the limewire setup but works awesome. I thought that i was getting a better version of limewire with 360 share pro. but i guess i was wrong. But definitely get the frostwire program. it's also set up like share pro, but it actually works.

Same situation of everyone here . I paid the 1 year unlimited access for 23.45 and I received an email info. telling me that I purchased a download protection for 17.88, a netspy protector option for 19.95 besides my 23.45. Of course my bill was a total of 61.28. I will report this company to the federal agencies. I almost sure they are a fraud. They have not answer my email of august 5, 07 and the [protected] is always busy.

Hello folks, This is my first post here.

I had the problem of not connecting to 360. I went to the members area, logged in and sent an email asking for help, and this was the response. I hope it also helps some of you. Thank you for the email. We acknowledge the connectivity issues you are having. We updated 360Share Pro on December 2, 2006. Please do the following steps even if they appear similar. It is important to follow the steps in order to ensure a fresh installation of 360Share Pro. Please follow the steps below in order to obtain the latest version of 360Share Pro:

1. Press and hold the “CTRL” and “ALT” keys. Then press the “Delete” key.
2. In Windows Task Manager, click on the “Processes” tab and if there is a “java.exe”, select it, and then click on the “End Process” button. If you do not see “java.exe” in the list you may close the window and go on to step 3.
3. Go to “start” and then choose “run”.
4. In the text box, type in “control panel” and press “ok”.
5. Then double-click on the “add or remove programs” icon.
6. After the list populates, click on 360Share Pro and click on the “change or remove” button. This will uninstall 360Share Pro. Follow the uninstall instructions. If you have more than one 360Share Pro in the list please repeat the steps until they are all removed. If you do not see 360Share Pro at all you may close the window and go on to step 7.
7. Then go to the “My Computer” icon on your desktop.
8. Double-click on Local Disk C: (this is your hard drive)
9. Double-click on the “Program Files” folder
10. If you see a folder called “360Share Pro”, please right-click on it and choose “delete” . If you have more than one 360Share Pro folder please repeat the steps until they are all removed or if you do not see any folders with 360Share Pro you may close the window and go on to step 11.
11. Go to the “My Computer” icon on your desktop.
12. Double-click on Local Disk C: (this is your hard drive)
13. Double-click on the “Documents and Settings” folder
14. Now double click on the folder that says your name or “Owner” or “Administrator”. If you see .360 Share and/or 360 Share Pro folders, please remove them. If you have more than one 360Share Pro folder please repeat the steps until they are all removed
15. Restart your computer and follow the final step, which is step 16.
16. When 360 Share is removed, you need to re-install it from the following link:

** If you are unable to uninstall 360Share pro, it may be because you are not logged in as the system administrator. Please make sure that you login as the system administrator, or “main” account, and then follow our directions. Also, check if there are any “smiley-face” icons on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, just to the left of the time. If so, please right-click on the 360share pro icon and choose “exit”. If you have any other questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

I changed internet service and now have a different e-mail address. I have know way of contacting 360 pro share to in form them. I paid for a life time service and now I can't use it. Is there any way I can contact them? I've been trying for months without success.

Guys:
All you need to do, is delete any java programmes you have installed, share pro does not like them and prefer to use its own.
Delete any old 360's from add/remove programs and from your programme files.
Download 360 again and it will install its own jave enviroment, allow access to java and 360 through your firewalls and it will work, just done it with mine and i am downloading like crazy. Good luck.

I had to re-install my Windows XP operating system so I also had to run the "setup" program for my "360 Share Pro" too. Now the program won't connect. People stay away from this scam software!
