This morning my car failed to start. I began to call AAA Roadside Assistance at 9:30am. It is now 12:30pm and I have yet to get through. I call every 5 minutes. The phone line(s) are busy. I would like to have AAA address the issue of a constantly busy line. Customers pay for a service. We could at the very least be able to get through to a person or have a person call us back when their line is free so that we could get the roadside assistance that we need.
