Towing company damaged control arms on back of vehicle
I requested my vehicle to be towed on 8/21/23 and when I picked up from auto shop the control arms were damaged. I contacted AAA and I was told to get an estimate and file a claim for reimbursement. I learned days later about the member relations department. I was getting the run around for days with AAA reps giving incorrect information I am upset because...

My granddaughter is a college student in Corpus Christi so I bought AAA membership for her. On 10/02/2021 she needed a tow in Corpus Christi Tx. They called it in and 3 hours later still no tow. I'm sure whoever they contracted with is as much to blame but AAA should be calling the client to see if they have been helped and find another tow service if...

I had a falling out with my roommate approx on 05/19/2020 which led me to leave the apartment, I had two cars so I left with just one and had planned to pick up the second one later. When I do come to pick up my other vehicle, a 2014 Mazda mazda3 grand touring s, I come to find it had been vandalized and all of my property inside had been stolen. I tried to find how this could have happened for months and had no luck with getting anywhere until I met someone who was a friend of my roommate, he informed me that my roommate had been bragging and laughing about how easy it was for him to call AAA for a vehicle he was locked out of... But before leaving he also asked and paid the driver that came if he would unlock a second car that also was his. The second car was my Mazda. I've called AAA multiple times and they have completely shut me out, they confirmed that the call was made on that day, that the account used was not my roommates but it was a friend of his names Sean, but then said that AAA has no liability, responsibility, and definitely no intention or even portal to which a claim can be filed due to the fact that they "open cars that don't belong to the cardholder often, people share vehicles and it's very common, so we don't check for ownership and just verify the account holder using their ID" I supplied them with undeniable and unquestionable proof that this happened, and that my vehicle became totaled because of it. My insurance company is denying the claim because they don't want to pay out and a write-off if they don't have to, they told me that I need to supply them with evidence, I've spent months gathering evidence, driving over an hour to go back and ask everyone I can in the nearby apartments if they remember anything or saw anything, I finally found evidence and now my insurance says because the vehicle was repossessed (because I'm not paying for a car when my insurance told me it's going to be written off and paid out) I am no longer able to make any claim on the vehicle and only the landholder is capable of doing so. I had great credit before all of this, now my credit is destroyed, I can't get into an apartment and I have no car to sleep in. I'm sleeping in a tent watching my credit become destroyed and being made a fool of by AAA and my insurance company.
Desired outcome: Settlement for damages and being an accomplice to a vehicle theft and vandalism
tow
Aaa is a worse company and horrible customer service
This is a horrible company I ever seen. My car stopped at fry-way and I requested a tow truck from aaa the agent she started her business to enroll me to be a member and pay yearly I patiently give her my account information and they charge me for my membership. After being charged she said she will transfer me to dispatch they assure me that tow truck is coming within 30 min after waiting for n hr I called them again they said no we cannot send you to tow truck because member ship is new so I requested a tow truck and I agreed to pay from my pocket. I waited another 6 hr then tow truck came. When after dropping my car I requested to cancel the service they denied that the membership service is non refundable.
roadside service phone line
Jan. 3, 2018 This morning my car failed to start. I began to call AAA Roadside Assistance at 9:30am. It is now 12:30pm and I have yet to get through. I call every 5 minutes. The phone line(s) are busy. I would like to have AAA address the issue of a constantly busy line. Customers pay for a service. We could at the very least be able to get through to a...

AAA Roadside Assistance is broken - they cannot deliver and install a group 65 battery in my van as advertised because - rural area (92239), per Parker AZ towing - is AAA lying or is the towing company? Why am I paying for a non-service? Very poor service, not even one star.
