This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I requested my vehicle to be towed on 8/21/23 and when I picked up from auto shop the control arms were damaged. I contacted AAA and I was told to get an estimate and file a claim for reimbursement. I learned days later about the member relations department. I was getting the run around for days with AAA reps giving incorrect information I am upset because AAA hired the service provider and saying they aren't liable yet the application to become a service provider indicates they must list AAA on the COI insurance. AAA is the one who hires the service providers and should ultimately be responsible. I am finally dealing with the service provider while AAA is in the background acting as though they aren't liable when they ultimately are. Today is 9/4/2023 and I still don't have a resolution to my vehicle being repaired and been ubering everywhere. This is unfair because I entrusted my vehicle with AAA and now it's damaged and may never be the same. In the meantime I'm on foot and have no transportation.

Desired outcome: I need my vehicle to be restored to it's prior condition and be compensated for the days without a vehicle and days off work.
