AAA Roadside Assistance review: Tow call

My granddaughter is a college student in Corpus Christi so I bought AAA membership for her. On 10/02/2021 she needed a tow in Corpus Christi Tx.
They called it in and 3 hours later still no tow.
I'm sure whoever they contracted with is as much to blame but AAA should be calling the client to see if they have been helped and find another tow service if necessary. It's a good thing her father went and is waiting with her or she would be in Corpus in the dark.
I just learned at 9:10pm that the tow truck they notified declined the call at 7:21pm and another tow truck had not been dispatched.
Sorry service and I will not be renewing.
