I went into the store on Sunday 9-1-19 I told the gentelman that I wanted the electronic bed base with the massage and I needed it cordless. he seemed very helpful. looking for what I wanted he gave me the price. I told him that was fine and gave him my credit card to purchase it. he then told me that the earliest I could get it would be Tuesday I said that was fine. That if my son decided to pick it up he would call which we never did call so it should have been delivered on Tuesday which it never was. When I called he said no I said Wed. then he says well your son didnt call I said exactly so it was to be delivered. He said well not until tomorrow. then the bed was delivered today it wasnt what I thought I was paying for it had no massage. When I called the store and expained that they delvered the wrong bed the guys says oh no you would have to pay double of what I paid. Then once again the guy that helped me called me a liar saying that is not what was purchased. I cant believe that this is the way they treat customers I wasnt asking for something for nothing I just expected to receive what he told me I would get for the price I paid. I have purchased many items from your company but I wont again. I have never been treated like this ever when Im spending money. Nothing I was told was honored.
