I made an order for a GE Appliance Part #***368 like almost a month ago, man! On April 26th, I was itching to get my hands on this part. But, let me tell you, I still haven't received it! Man, what a bummer! I called their customer service line to get some help and find out what's going on with my order. Can you believe it? They transferred me 4 times before finally ending the call with no solution! What kind of customer service is that, right? Just bouncing me around from one person to another with nothing to show for it. I was so bummed out! And what's worse – they didn't even give me a refund! So, now I'm stuck here with nothing to show for it. Man, I wish I could get my money back!
Overall, I would say my experience with GE Appliance Parts hasn't been the best. Their customer service is lacking, and their delivery system needs some serious work. It's tough to recommend them to anyone, honestly.

Ordered up a storm from GE Appliance Parts (geapplianceparts dot com) on 17th Juin, and here we are more than a month later and still no handle to speak of. I gave 'em a ring, waited on the line for a full 120 grueling minutes - nothing! So, I figured I'd give their chat feature a go... but guess what, folks? The ol' computer was down! Classic! The customer service rep said they'd call me back, but that never happened. Honestly, at this point, I'm starting to get a little sus about this whole operation. It's not like we're talking about pocket change, mind you - I shelled out a solid 58 bucks for this handle that's nowhere to be found!
After my shambolic experience with GE, I was ready to chuck it all in and call it a day - until I stumbled across PartSelect dot com. Holy smokes, folks; they got that handle to me in just two days flat! Needless to say, they've won my business for life. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of GE Appliance Parts.
GE Appliance Parts customer service fails to deliver
Oh man, I feel ya on this review. So here's the deal: I bought four different parts from GE Appliance Parts and everything was going smooth like butter until one of the parts didn't show up. Unfortunately, it was the most important one I needed. So I called GE Parts four different times and they said it was supposed to be delivered by Pilot Trucking. But they couldn't give me any sort of timeframe for when I would get my stuff. They said it was my job to figure it out, not theirs. Like, come on, GE - how you gonna sell me something and then not even help me get it when it doesn't arrive?! They need to change their customer service name to No Help Dept. that's for sure.
Unreliable GE Appliance Parts: Poor Shipment Tracking and Customer Support
I recently got some Water Filters for my fridge from GE Appliance Parts. They sent me a notification that my "Shipment was coming," but when I tried to check where it was, it only said "Your package is being sorted". It's been forever, like 3 weeks, all the while telling me the same thing. I have tried reaching them, all in vain. I first called their number that went unanswered. Then, I emailed them twice that only got me an answer once. No reply to my response as of now. Lastly, I tried the "Chat with an Agent" option that was lame. I felt no support whatsoever. The fact is, they could promptly take my cash, but where are their words when I have a problem?
Disappointing Experience with GE Appliance Part & Suggested Paint for Fridge - Review
Ordered GE Appliance Part a few weeks back, it was for the Wr97X***88002-1-EBS. They suggested it to me so I gave it a try for my fridge DSE25JMHECES Serial #VG409129. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit properly. I was expecting a perfect match because that's what GE promised. I could have easily used a dark grey paint to get the job done but instead, ended up paying $29.53 including tax and shipping for a tiny 3/10 ounce of paint that doesn't even match. The amount I spent on this paint could have practically bought gallons of paint from a regular paint store and would also have given me a better match. It was not what I was expecting, and I am not pleased with the outcome.
Poor Customer Service and Long Wait Times: My Experience with GE Appliance Parts
I had a recent experience with GE Appliance Parts that I want to share. I placed an order for a pack of 3 water filters for my GE Profile Fridge on 09/08/21. The price was quite steep at $170.00 for the three filters. However, I needed them and assumed that they would arrive shortly. Unfortunately, it is now 09/22/21, and I am still waiting for my order to arrive.
They claim that their tracking system is easy and quick to use by visiting their geapplianceparts.com website. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I tried to track my order using my order number, which is ***445, but I have not received any information about the status of my shipment.
To make matters worse, GE Appliance Parts uses a chip in their filters to prevent you from using aftermarket options. This means that you are stuck with paying exorbitant prices for their products. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. If this is the level of service I can expect from GE Appliance Parts, I will not be purchasing another product from them in the future.

Poor Customer Service and Wasted Time: My Experience Ordering from This Company
This company just ain't great to deal with. I ordered a part and I paid extra for two day shipping. The next day I had a look-see and I got an email sayin' that their system for ordering online was busted and that I'd have to re-order the part. So, I went ahead and cancelled the order. I didn't think nothin' else would come of it. Then guess what? Two days later that darn part shows up like it got a mind of its own. Well, I called their customer service line and the only thing they told me was to send the part back for a refund. I don't have time for all this rigmarole. It's already costin' me an hour of my time, and now I gotta go to the post office or somewhere else and waste even more of my time. These folks just don't care a hoot about the time or inconvenience they're causin' their customers. Ain't no respect at all, in my opinion.

So, i had occasion to call GE Appliance Parts (geapplianceparts.com) to get a part number for my oven. The rep was helpful, got me the number and placed the order. Problem was when it arrived. It was wrong. So i called back and they told me it was a substitute part, which doesn't always work. They were supposed to send me a return label. But it never came. So i called back, and surprise surprise, i had to call a different number for the label. The rep i spoke to before must have just been giving me the runaround. So now i have to jump through more hoops just to get a refund. Not happy at all with the service i got from GE Appliance Parts. Guess i'll have to look elsewhere for my repair needs. Avoid if you can!
Disappointing GE Water Filters and Lackluster Customer Service
We recently got us some GE water filters from Lowes for about 108 bucks - model number XWFE. At first, things were going just fine and our water tasted great. However, the water started coming out slow after a while and we had to swap the filter. The same issue kept coming back and we had no choice but to get a technician. Spent 109 dollars on them, only to find out that the GE filters were causing the issue and needed replacement. So, we contacted the ol' GE customer support online and they said that we ought to go back to Lowes.
When we went back to Lowes, they gave us credit for one filter which we had. However, they gave us no joy for the other one, because both filters were bought six months ago and they were out of warranty. So, they said we had to go back and complain to GE. So, we went back to ol' website and sent GE the emails and requests for replacement - but no response came from GE. To put it nicely, the customer service was downright disappointing - they didn't even seem to care about our issues.
In conclusion, we'd say that we wouldn't recommend buying GE water filters, since they come with such lackluster support. It's totally unacceptable that we have to shuffle back and forth between Lowes and GE for a problem that is not even ours. Honestly, it feels like we've been cheated out of our hard-earned dollars.

Frustrated and in need of a working microwave, I decided to try a local appliance supply store instead.
To my surprise, the local store had the part I needed in stock, and I was able to purchase it and fix my microwave immediately. However, this left me with a part I no longer needed from geapplianceparts.com. I followed their instructions and requested a return, but was disappointed to find out that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. Additionally, they would not reimburse me for the original shipping costs.
After waiting three weeks for the part to arrive in the first place, I was frustrated to have to pay more money and wait more time to return it. When I called their returns department to ask for a full refund, the customer service representative I spoke to, Shantal, was disinterested and unhelpful. She even seemed to suggest that they didn't care if I left a negative review, as they were a big company and could handle it.
Overall, my experience with geapplianceparts.com was disappointing. The shipping time was much longer than advertised, and the return process was difficult and expensive. The customer service I received was unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. While they may have the parts you need, be prepared for a frustrating and time-consuming experience if you choose to order from geapplianceparts.com.

GE profile refrigerator/freezer
We have a GE Profile refrigerator that keeps giving us issues. GE has come over twice already, May 2022, and June 2023, to repair the same thing that we are having issues again with. This is not good protocol for GE, giving it a bad name. We are CONSISTENLY having frost build up in the lower right-hand corner of the freezer. It's the same thing over and over again. The technicians that GE sends are not doing their job correctly or we wouldn't be having this problem every 7 months or so. We want this fixed "free of charge" since we had you guys here 2 other times to fix the same thing and was charged for it. Poorly desighed washer
As the attached invoice indicates, I purchased this GE washer in 2019. From day one, the machine emitted both extreme noise and vibration of the agitator. It is obviously poorly constructed.
On December 4 the machine ceased to drain and spin. I obtained the services of an appliance repair company and was told that “the pulley nut backed off and the belt had come off. Put belt back on and ran test and found the noise was coming from gear case and advised client gear case would need to be replaced at quite an expense. My advise would be to purchase a new machine other than GE.”
I remind you the this machine is only four years old. The last washer I had lasted about thirty years. I am left with only one choice; to purchase a new machine and have this machine taken to the nearest landfill.

Induction range with double oven
When using the induction range with a pan on induction coil, will appear to be working for 30 seconds with a solid light around the control nob, then it will blink until you turn it off, with out heating the pan. I have warranty coverage and have been trying to get this fixed for 7 weeks. I had one GE tech look at it several weeks ago, he said he ordered parts and would be back to finish, part never arrived nor did the tech. Talked to customer service, they could not see where the parts were ordered and didn’t know who the technician because they said his name was Richard and the second tech that came out was Richard and was never here before. So now it’s seven weeks I have the parts but no technician.

The part shown in the image is physically in the freezer and it’s connected to the fan and hence the fridge is not cooling at all. The freezer is working fine. GE said it's unrepairable and offered 50% credit towards a new fridge which sets us back by $750. Do you think a private mechanic could fix this? After 6 years the Magnetron in this Monogram product has gone bad (part no. WB27X10682). I just paid a GE Monogram technician $140 to tell me that the part IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I have been told by Noreen at GE Customer Relations that I have no choice but to buy a new microwave oven Model No. ZEB1227SLSS for $765, $300 for the Trim Kit Part No. ZX2127SLSS, $99 for delivery and $140 for another service call to have it installed. That's a total of $1304 plus sales tax.
The fact that a GE Monogram part, for an appliance that was first made available in 2015, is no longer available, is unbelievable.
That GE sells a product with what can only be described as Built-In Obsolescence is beyond disappointing.
All of my appliances are GE Monogram, Double Oven, Built-in Refrigerator, Built-in Freezer, 2 Dishwashers, 48" Range, 48" Hood, Washer and Dryer.
To be honest, I find myself stuck in a holding pattern; as much as I love my GE Monogram products, I am extremely reluctant to invest my money and faith in a product for which replacement parts could very well be discontinued in a few years.
Desired outcome: I would like GE to offer me a more reasonable discount for the newer model ZEB1227SLSS and to waive the delivery and installation fees.

Me and my cuzin tried to order some appliance parts from the GE websight and boy was it a mess. The site was down half the time and when we did try to put in an order, we got a 404 error message and it wouldn't go through. We tried all week and it was still messed up. I swear, sometimes I just don't understand what's happening with companies these days. I bought some GE appliance parts from geapplianceparts.com on 03/02/21, and they only charged my card on 03/05/21. That already seemed like a bit of a wait, but I figured it was just taking some time to process.
But then it got even worse. On 03/15/21, I called them up to see where my parts were, and they told me the parts had been on back order. That's kind of annoying, but okay, I get it. Things happen. But then they said the parts were back in stock and would be shipped that day. I talked to someone named Michelle, who seemed really nice, but I couldn't understand a lot of what she was saying because of her accent.
Now it's 03/16/21, and guess what? My parts still haven't shipped. This just goes to show you that you can't always trust people. If they say they're going to do something, you have to follow up with them to make sure it actually happens. I don't like calling companies and being that "annoying customer," but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience so far with geapplianceparts.com. I just hope my parts eventually arrive (and that they're the right ones). I really don't want to have to deal with another back-and-forth just to get what I paid for. Fingers crossed everything works out in the end!

I recently ordered a bolt from GE Appliance Parts, or so I thought. Turns out these guys aren't actually part of the GE brand, they're a 3rd party selling GE appliance parts. I placed my order and everything seemed fine, but after two weeks the online order status still showed "picked" and had been that way for over a week. That's when I tried calling customer service. Let me tell ya, I was on hold for a good 30 minutes and then finally gave up. I decided to try sending an email instead, but after three long days I still haven't gotten a reply.
It's frustrating to say the least. I mean, I paid good money for that bolt and now it's just sitting in "picked" status limbo. You'd think an independent company like this would at least have decent customer service, but apparently that's too much to ask for.
Overall, I can't say I'm impressed with my experience with geapplianceparts.com. I'll probably end up finding a different seller for my GE appliance parts needs in the future.
The GE dryer I purchased in November 2023 from Lowe's came with a faulty purple wire. It melted and popped my breaker almost causing a fire inside of the machine. I had to pay an electrician to come service this new dryer. GE should recall this dryer.
