If Abra is not a bona fide scam it's really close to 1. they say it's a wallet and it's located on your phone but yet they are able to seize your funds. You have no control over your cryptocurrency whatsoever. Within 24 hours they changed their terms of service which allowed them to hold the funds deposited by their users for 60 days. They claimed it was because of fraud however the uses that they already have who has been withdrawing from their account should have been excluded in whitelisted. Do not I repeat do not use this sudo Exchange which in actuality you can only purchase and withdraw 4 cryptocurrencies.

One of their service clerks emailed me and asked me to provide the Swift Code, claiming there's an issue with it. I provided the code to her and double-checked it's correct with my bank. I haven't got any reply and explanation from them since Dec 31, 2020. I tried to contact them many times in different ways, and all the responses were automatic replies. Everything looks like a scammer or thief. At this point, I may be looking to pursue legal means to get an answer.

Decent platform, difficult to profit on any scale
I just wish it didn’t cost so much for transactions. I chose to invest in two choices, one being bitcoin. With my initial $55 investment I ended up being able to recoup my network fees but it costs another transfer fee to withdrawal rendering short term profits and day trading virtually useless. When I invested another 145 it seemed like the same percentage was taken and it was not more beneficial to do so. It’s like you’re just doing the work for them in a sense
Edit: Yes Andrew but it’s done a little more sneakily and it’s not as transparent as you claim, you claim not to profit on exchanges while your partner company is the one scraping off of the top. I understand having a high priority in the process, and also understand that Abra maintains some wiggle room in pricing as well. I’d also appreciate the wallet’s address or the ability to verify my crypto’s value through transaction ids for the blockchain and not a confirmation number that I can’t verify elsewhere

My Abra account has been locked for over a week now, with my money in there. I contacted Abra multiple times and ways and have never gotten a single response I used the Abra app on Feb 10th to send money in the form of EOS cryptocurrency at a value of $100. The money never arrived at the destination. I double checked and everything looks normal like in times past when I did this, the money simply did not show up. I checked with the website that was the intended destination and they asked for the hash info, which wasn't listed on my transaction record, so I have to get that info from abra. So far after multiple emails to support, Reddit dms, Facebook posts, and Tweets, I still can't get anyone to actually help me or even respond. All I've ever gotten is a canned response saying they recieved my message. I need to get my money back somehow or at least get that extra info I need but it seems impossible now. I can't believe they can just keep people's money and never respond but it's happened to scores of other people as well. Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.

Yes, I made an account with ABRA. During their making of thr wallet you can SKIP even writing down the wallet phrase. This was on November 12th. I had made my origional deposit to get my airdrop / welcome bonuses I then got upwards of 100People to sign how using my referral code. (25$ reward per person). An automatic update happened and then I could not log bag into my wallet using the pin. I had to "recover" my wallet. I tried to contact on 11/26th thru website issue that I had Rewarda (upwards of $2,000) that would be credited to my account/ wallet in the coming weeks after that. I asked since I did not have my Wallet recovery phrase could they then Credit a second wallet with these benefits that come Directly from them and only them. They did not answer me for almosr 4 weeks. They could not recover my wallet nor move any bonus/funds. I inquired about. The *** token that would be credited to me after my referrals held their 1$ + 15$ in equivalent of *** . and since you could not withdrawal *** around this time in December qnd the price went up. Everyone more than completed it. They waited until AFTER the funds hit my wallet and then decided to contact ,e back finally. I sent probably a dozen emails over 3 weeks. And had to leave a review on the play store to finally hear back. These rewards Come from them they have records of this and I contacted them with ample time to mend this. On November 26th I was told to open a new account which I did right away of course I can't do nothing with it because my identity is being used on another account. My last reply from them was on December 2nd from Beau saying he would love to help me this email was sent from a different email account giving all three of our Abra account numbers and have had no reply since then. The ticket number Abra gave me was XXXXXX. At this point we just want our funds securely released so we can move them into the new account. Until this happened I had nothing but praise for Abra but I would warn anyone to think twice about using their platform it's going to take awhile for me to regain their trust if we ever get resolved.

I opened an abra account a little over a year ago. After getting a new phone I went into the abra app to find all of my money was missing. I had cash not yet invested in*** and a lot of money in***. My bank account is connected to this account as well. After reaching out to the company they told me they have no way for me to access my account now that I have a new phone and don't remember the passcode. During the setup, you have to do a personal identity verification including my social. They have stolen a large amount of money from me and refuse to allow me access to my account.

Sent XRP to Abra wallet but transaction shows sent to Bittrex
I sent XRP coins to my Abra wallet from another wallet. However, I did not receive the coins. The transaction details indicated that the coins were sent to Bittrex instead. On January 29, I created an Abra wallet and attempted to deposit 1000 XRP from my other wallet. The transaction appeared successful from the sending wallet's perspective, but there was no confirmation from Abra. Upon reviewing the transaction details, I noticed that despite entering the correct XRP address and Destination tag for my Abra wallet, the funds were directed to a Bittrex wallet. This discrepancy is concerning as it suggests the coins may have been transferred to an unintended recipient. I have provided the XRP address and tag as instructed by Abra, along with the transaction details from the sending wallet confirming the transfer, which erroneously ended up at Bittrex.

Greetings, I have contacted Abra numerous times regarding closing my account and wiring the money to my bank. My emails have gone unnoticed and/or no response. The company has made it extremely difficult to contact them and resolve issue without involving a third party. After reading some of the complaints filed, I noticed my issue does not seem uncommon. I have contacted Abra after receiving a new phone and had to download the app. I could not restore my wallet due to having the incorrect recovery phrase. I had written down the 12 word phrase but it continues to tell me it's incorrect. Why would I write down a random 12 word phrase that is completely meaningless without the 13th word that is needed in order to restore my wallet? I have all of the other information necessary, my phone number, email, user ID and PIN, this is ridiculous. There has to be a way to access my wallet, all I did was get a new phone...
Withdrawal from Abra account pending without explanation
I attempted to withdraw funds from my Abra account and have not been told why I have not received my money or any significant help. I withdrew funds from my account and after nearly three weeks of not receiving my money or hearing anything from Abra about the situation, I emailed them through the app. I received an email from a representative named Rocky who said that my case would be "escalated to our banking team". After not hearing anything for a week, I emailed Abra directly asking to be given direct contact information with the banking team so that I could communicate directly to the people dealing with this problem. As of today, I have not heard back from the representative or the banking team. My last attempt to reach out was again on the Abra app where I explained my situation and asked for assistance. I received an automated email stating that due to high demand on the support team, it would take longer to get a response and to this day I have not received any correspondence on my new complaint.

I signed up to the Abra app on August 22 and deposited $300 into Bitcoin. That account grew to $*** and I deposited another $250 about a year later. I recently lost my phone so when I downloaded the app again it told me that I needed a recovery phrase which made no sense. When I contacted Abra for help, they told me that if I don't know the phrase then my money is gone and there's no way to recover it despite the fact that the only thing we were ever asked to put in when accessing the app was a PIN number, which I still have. The recovery phrase was something that was randomly generated upon sign up, literally 13 randomn words no one would remember and again, being required to put a PIN number in was the only thing we needed the entire time. So it makes no sense why I can't use my pin and the fact that they simply state that the money is gone makes no sense. This feels like a real scam and now that I research it, apparently it is.

They have refused to comment regarding the agreement they made with me and are clearly acting in bad faith. Per other online review sites, this has happened to hundreds if not thousands of other users who signed up for the same promotional offering. Simply, the company is using arbitrary rationale for refusing to honor an advertised promotion and then subsequently refuses to communicate with the customer as a means to avoid taking responsibility for honoring their agreements with customers. Instead of disabling the accounts as a means of not honoring advertised agreements with customers, they need to take ownership, allow the customers to use the accounts in the advertised manner in which the customer can actually act on completing the agreement for the promotional sign ups, and the company needs to educate their employees to actually respond to customer issues instead of ignoring them and disabling customer accounts as a means of "mitigating" customer issues.

Did an ACH transaction from Abra to my bank. Policy states 2 dates. Bank says money never came. This is my 2nd time doing an ACH transaction from Abra. AFTER I already transferred my money from my Abra wallet to my bank, I contacted them a bunch of times via email and social media with receipt and all. At this point it is a week past the deposit deadline they have in place. After emailing them again they say I cannot use a bank account because I didn't submit verification (never had that problem before). They didn't even bother to notify me of the status of my deposit or issue with verification. So I submitted my verification, and days later STILL NO DEPOSIT. NO RESPONSE EITHER. The money is nowhere to be found. They refuse to answer emails (they also said they respond within 1-2 days which they never did). My bank doesn't understand why abra hasn't deposited it to me even tho the receipt stated they did. I'm threatening legal action if they don't give me my money immediately. This is terrible business, inconsiderate, and shady to say the least. I contacted their partner prime trust and they're now trying to help resolve it as well and they aren't sure of why abra hasn't given me my money.

Received no response. The bank shown on the transaction details is my bank, and the last 4 digits of the account number are correct. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but would appreciate having the $*** that was misplaced in my bank account. Supporting documentation includes screenshots of transactions from the Abra app, as well as screenshots of the bank account where the money was supposed to go, covering the date from the transfer to current.

First I had a problem trying to add money to my Abra Wallet and I received an email from Customer Service on Feb 17 stating: Thank you for contacting Abra! We are experiencing very high demand, so our reply time may take longer than usual. Our support team is available from Monday through Friday. We will reply to your message within 2-3 business days. On Feb 23 after no response, I replied to the email asking: Why can't I add funds from my bank account? I received this back the same day: Thanks for reaching out. We're terribly sorry that you're having a poor experience with Abra. Your case has been escalated to our banking team. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I followed up on Mar 8 asking why I hadn't heard back from them yet. I started getting concerned and began a transfer on March 8, from my Abra Wallet to my bank which was to take 2-3 business days. The funds were deducted from my Abra Wallet that day and I still don't have my funds. I have sent more messages and left bad reviews on the App Store but have not heard back from them.

I signed up and completed the kyc which required I send them personal sensitive information including my ss driver license and biometric selfie. After I completed this is sent them and email and said I know it has not been 24 hours but I want some confirmation that my usdt is on its way. I got a response saying I need to now send $1 now. Which wasn't a requirement but I figured what the heck so I sent almost $3 bch to them which now completely the new requirement. I sent them an email to confirm my money was in the way they replied now I just need to wait. I waited 72 hours and no response. So I sent another email they replied they don't know why I had not received my $20 but they would investigate. I heard nothing back from them. I sent another email some time later they said they would escalate my investigation. It's been over a month and I have sent many more email and at this point they won't even respond back to me. I had a substantial amount in my ABRA wallet on 11/23. I tried to restore the wallet on a new phone, but it won't work and they won't contact me. I need help. I opened an ABRA account a few years back, transferring a significant sum over time. I invested in ABRA's cryptocurrency suite and traded various cryptos, leading to a considerable account value as of 11/23. After buying a new phone and transferring data, I followed ABRA's instructions to restore my account using my 13-word wallet restore phrase, which is supposed to be valid indefinitely. Despite this, my wallet balance, which was over a significant amount, did not restore and shows zero. Attempts to restore it on another device failed. I've emailed ABRA about 10 times, receiving only automated responses echoing their website's restoration instructions. I've provided my phone number, yet they haven't reached out. I'm worried ABRA might be fraudulent and that I may never recover my funds. This money is crucial for my future, and I can't afford to lose it. Any assistance to compel ABRA to help me complete the restoration process and access my funds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On Feb 25th 2021 I joined Abra and made an ACH deposit of $200 (picture included). The money was taken from my bank account that day. According to the Abra app, the money should be available the "next day".(picture included). Today is March 31st, 5 weeks later and the $200 is still not available in my account. Ive emailed Abra a dozen times and have received only 2 responses. On March 1st,(30 days ago) a rep named "***" responded and said the issue would be elevated to the banking team. After several additional emails, nothing had changed, the money was still not in my Abra account. I continued to email them through the "Contact Us" option through the App, and received a second response March 24th (23 days later) and a rep named "***" told me "From our records your latest deposit has successfully funded your Abra wallet". That is a complete fabrication, there is $0 dollars in my account at Abra. I still have the same message when i go to the transaction page, telling me that the money was deposited by me on Feb 25th, when i click the message box, it says my deposit is on track, and still being processed. Something went wrong on their end because as of today 3/31 the funds are still not available, the site tells me that the funds are,(even though they aren't) and there is no way to solve this problem because they dont have the decency to respond to emails, which is the only way to contact them. The customer service is terrible and im not going to continue to use a site that doesnt care. I want my money refunded to my bank account or deposited on the app so i can move the money and close the account. Im no longer interested in being a member of this site.

I was targeted by a scam
I was targeted by a scam. I was unknowingly investing with a fraudulent company who asked me to move money to the Abra app. I did so on two attempts but it appeared it was unsuccessful. 3 days later I found that ***$ was moved from my bank to Abra. By this time I had realized the investing company that asked me to move money to Abra was a scam and filed an *** report as well as a fraud report with my bank. I then reached out to Abra and their parent company *** to ask them to slow me to move my money back to my bank and that I had no I tentions of investing or using Abra app. I have emailed their support team 4 times as well as Prime trust and have received no response. My money was sitting in the invest portfolio portion of the Abe's app. I did not move it and have watched it to make sure it remained in a non investing portfolio of the app until I am cleared or given the ability to move my money back to my bank account. On December 3rd ***$ was moved out and is no where within the app. A transaction history claims that Abra "recovered" the funds and also removed money from my bank account despite me blocking their efforts with *** banking. They have taken my money for unknown reasons and refuse to communicate with me to any extent. I have unauthorized the movement or use of this money. I did not authorize the movement of my money from my bank to Abra on December 3rd and I did not authorize the use or investment of ***$ from the investment portfolio of Abra. Abra has disabled my bank account on their wallet and will not let me know how to resolve the situation so I can take profits. I am a senior citizen who invested part of my retirement savings with the Abra wallet in 2017. I bought and sold cryptocurrencies successfully with Abra, until recently when they decided to "disable" my bank account on the wallet without even telling me, thus not allowing me to take profits at a time when the market is rallying. When I asked them why they did this, they told me that I apparently have two wallets, and that I need a different bank account for both wallets. I responded by telling them that I only have one wallet. It's just that I was prompted to change my password when I bought a new iphone and logged in on my new phone (both iphones use the same 13-word phrase, so they have to be the same wallet). Despite my explanation, they just cut me off and have never responded back, which really *** me off because I have waited patiently to build up a sizable balance in my wallet, and I need to take profits NOW in order to pay some of my bills. Apparently, the customer service staff (*** and ***) at Abra don't give a ***, because they have just cut me off and will not communicate with me. I have about $25k in my wallet...which for me is a large sum of money! Are they just going to ignore me forever so they can just steal my money from me? Why won't they contact me and tell me how to remedy the situation? I would advice cryptocurrency holders NOT to put their crypto holdings with Abra, because their customer service staff is HORRIBLE, and clearly don't care about their clients. Also, the CEO of the company, ***, is totally impossible to get in touch with and probably doesn't care either. The company has no phones or live chat online, so if you have any problems, you're totally at their mercy. It's a very helpless feeling...especially when they're holding your money! Don't go with this company!

Yes, I made an account with ABRA. During their making of thr wallet you can SKIP even writing down the wallet phrase. This was on November 12th. I had made my origional deposit to get my airdrop / welcome bonuses I then got upwards of 100People to sign how using my referral code. (25$ reward per person). An automatic update happened and then I could not log bag into my wallet using the pin. I had to "recover" my wallet. I tried to contact on 11/26th thru website issue that I had Rewarda (upwards of $2,000) that would be credited to my account/ wallet in the coming weeks after that. I asked since I did not have my Wallet recovery phrase could they then Credit a second wallet with these benefits that come Directly from them and only them. They did not answer me for almosr 4 weeks. They could not recover my wallet nor move any bonus/funds. I inquired about. The *** token that would be credited to me after my referrals held their 1$ + 15$ in equivalent of *** . and since you could not withdrawal *** around this time in December qnd the price went up. Everyone more than completed it. They waited until AFTER the funds hit my wallet and then decided to contact ,e back finally. I sent probably a dozen emails over 3 weeks. And had to leave a review on the play store to finally hear back. These rewards Come from them they have records of this and I contacted them with ample time to mend this. And now I can't even make a second wallet. When I attempted to do the *** `You already have an account` comes up. I have screen shots of my wallet ID and numerous screen shots of my Pending rewards from them. How can a Business give bonuses to accounts but not have the ability to repeal/move funds accordingly even when given ample time? I just want the PENDING *** equivalent of close to 2,200$ given to me. But at today's rate. Since I emailed them WEEKS before it would be credited. Screen shots of referral numbers and lists are from a few days before the day I lost access.

I tried and tried to remove my funds and then the just disappeared . I know I deposited over 100$ and then when I tried to remove it was denied., Errors or it was only a fraction of the worth...( like 52¢ total ) what do I do?
I transfered my bitcoin per ABRA requirement in USA before 8-31-23 and it never made it to new wallet and no one will answer me at ABRA. New wallet verified address to them was riight but never got BTC from Abra and Abra will not respond to my chat email or other meaans of communication. This was over $9000 in funds.
I transferred my ADA from my Binance wallet last Wednesday, July 19 (9:58 AM) and a 'pending' notice could be seen in my ABRA wallet. It says that a deposit has been made and to wait for 30 minutes or more.
However, the next day, that notice was no longer there! And I have just been waiting and waiting.
My account has being locked by Abra, with my money in it. I have tried all possible means to reach Abra to restore my account, no response from Abra so far. I got an email from Abra the day my account got locked with some questions, which I answered yet no further response and my account is still locked with my money in there
