Purchased a XL Taupe dog on 6/24 and was charged $64.99. Poorly packaged dog bed arrived from CHINA on July 6 and it was difficult to open without damage to the bed, it was poor quality and obviously a scam. I contacted Absolute Pet by email to share my disappointment and request a return of my $64.99. I was told I would need to return the bed to China to receive the refund. This company is a SCAM and they should be shut down for false advertising and not mentioning on their website that returns only possible if you pay the postage to CHINA. Very disturbing that they are taking people's money for such a poor product and getting away with it. I plan to report them to everyone and anyone who will listen! Anne Atkinson

Wow, I Wish I had come across this post before I ordered a $90 "soothing orthopedic rug". This "rug" is the shape of a auto chair cover, and reeked of glue (or some other chemical) to the point that I can't even put my face near it, much less allow my dog to lay on it. The "memory foam" inside looks and feels like something out of an old couch, and is less than an inch thick. The "faux fur" is some wispy stuff that is already falling off.

That two "pet lovers" would make a company to sell Chinese product (mentioned nowhere on their site) seems incredibly sketchy.

I've already put a hold on my card for the charges, we'll see if they try to make me ship it back to China or not.

Sham of a company. Bed is piece of crap fell apart after one wash. Said they guarantee bed, bull crap. Wrote them several times, they offered me 15 % of off another bed if I buy another one. Bed is made as China, Company said its made in The US. Complete a lie. This company needs to be shut down

Do NOT buy a bed from this company. This company cannot be a US based company. They only respond to emails between the hours of 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. When I purchased the bed they gave me shipping information that would not work. The bed arrived in about 12-14 business days. My dog then used it for less than an hour and chewed a small hole in it. When I tried to get some customer service, they said that they only accept returns in the actual condition that the product was shipped to me (undamaged) and that they could not guarantee the product against "external factors". This product was neither calming or of any real quality. What a waste of $100! If your dog is even remotely a chewer, this is never a company these beds are NOT for you. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR BUYING EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY!

Poor quality bed! The removable cushion is too small leaving a gap at edge of bed. Nothing like picture flimsy and flat! I usually like to do business with small businesses giving them a chance however will stay with the large name companies that back there products .

Horrible bed and even worse customer service. The bed is crappy quality and they sent me a totally different color then what I ordered. They told me the only thing they can do is offers me a 20 discount on another purchase?

Why would I buy anything else from them?

THE COMPANY AND PRODUCT ARE THE WORST. BE WARE!
