BEWARE! Technicians are great, management is horrible! I was so disappointed after reading all of the reviews. Sorry for the long review, but much had happened. I originally messaged the company on yelp regarding for repair for wall microwave/oven combo with possible replacement. Actual yelp screenshot attached. I made it very clear what I was looking for. I also asked about their rates. That is also attached. They never would quote me installation fees.

On the day of appt, Roman came out to look at the oven. The only thing that Roman did was place a digital thermometer in the oven to test temperature. His equipment was frayed pretty badly towards the body of the thermometer and did not look like it was in good condition. After explaining to him everything was wrong, he said that he never heard of those issues before. After he left and did research, they are common issues when something is wrong with the temp sensor. He never looked at the temp sensor. I asked him about possible replacement, he said that he could not give me a quote, but someone would call me the next day. He said that he could do it and would only take him an hour with another person with him.

No call was placed the next day. The day after, I finally was able to get a hold of the owner Rom. Rom is rude, unprofessional and degrading. He interrupted me multiple times as I tried to explain what was going on. He actually told me that if I was having problems with my oven, just to change the temperature! How can someone say that?! I have been baking for over 20 years and have never had to just "adjust" the temperature to something else. This is actually the first oven that I have had difficulties with and it is a kitchenaid. To be honest, I don't think they know how to work on a kitchenaid, but I'll get back to that. He then said that he would replace the temp sensor. So, you want for me to pay for a temp sensor, but your techs won't even look at the sensor to diagnosis it.

After the rudeness from Rom, I then asked about the replacement. He said that they were too busy with service calls that they don't like to do installations any more. Whaatt?!?! Why would you send someone out to my house when I specifically inquired about installation. He then said that Roman didn't even do installations, which is odd since Roman said he did the day he was in my home. He then quoted $300-400 for an installation, which is way higher than most of the people that I had researched. Most were charging between 185-240. He couldn't even give me a straight answer on a quote. It was then decided that he would send another person to look.

Danny came to look at my oven. He was very nice and understanding. Right away, he said that my complaints were sounding more like the control board than the temp sensor. He still didn't test the temp sensor. He again, just used a digital thermometer in the oven. He couldn't officially diagnose the oven and said he wasn't sure what was wrong. He wondered why the convection fan was going during preheat. That is very typical of Kitchenaids with convection settings, which still led me to believe that they do not know the brand. Danny said that Rom then quoted $400 for installation. He apologized for all the problems I was having, including with Rom. He said that he was going to offer me a refund on the $69 service fee, since they couldn't solve the problem.

The next day, I texted Danny regarding the refund and he said that he spoke to Rom and agreed to the refund. Said it will be there in 2-3 days. I then rec'd another rude voicemail from Rom stating that he didn't know why I asked for a refund and that he wasn't going to be giving me anything. I called him back and he started to give me the same attitude before. I tried to explain to him the miscommunication with Danny and it was Danny who offered the refund, but he kept interrupting to get the complete story. Again, rude, unprofessional. He said nothing is wrong with your oven and I'm not giving you your money back. Again, he mentioned replacing the temp sensor, but still, now 2 techs had yet to actually test the temp sensor. Overall, a horrible experience.
