On December 10th I called to schedule a medical appointment for December 12 with a Neurologist which took me three months to get. Sentry sends me a text telling me the driver, car brand and licence number of pick-up car and tells me he will be by me at 1:25. At 12:45 I called AAR was told they were trying to get a car. (my appointment was at 2pm)

Therefore, I missed my appointment and had to reschedule for May 2nd 5 1/2 months from now. This happened to me many times. What is the sense of calling 2 days ahead and telling them it's medical.

Nothing is ever done, if you would hold the car service accountable for this maybe it wouldn't happen so often. I am also taking this to the next higher power. Someone has to be accountable.
