Access A Ride review: Service

I Pick up time: 11:58am

Remarks: driver came early and called. I ask to wait for 5-10 minutes since the client still in the bathroom. We just got on time in front of the driver and he left without looking side by side so that he could see us. We’re not even late from the schedule. Called complained department. Calling back again customer service and told us to wait for rescue vehicle. No updates. Keep calling customer service and put on hold until it keep on disconnected. Finally someone get us a ride and supposed to be 2:15pm. Access a ride came around 2:45pm. The moment we will arrive. That’s already our pick up time back. Waited for almost 3 hours. This is not acceptable mostly for senior with a wheelchair. Please please do something about this. The 1st case complain no. Is 0337.4789. This driver cause us very inconvenienced because he left and we are in front of him. And customer service didn’t do anything to help us and took us almost 3 hours of waiting.
