Access A Ride review: Working at access a ride

Hello hope this message helps ,I used to work at access a ride it's a horrible company ,were practically trained to lie about everything they whole system is messed up ,the managers and supervisors don't care about anyone ,the passengers or the workers ,if the workers spoke up we would get fired ,were told to lie about the drivers eta ,,sometimes passengers would get stranded it certain drivers didn't show up to the location especially the broker services ,drivers were rude to the clients it was bad ,clients have complained about drivers cursing at them trying to make them pay more the original fair ,drivers not wearing mask around the passengers,it was no consideration here at this company ,,if I had an disabled relative I would never want them to use this services ,I used to always want my mom to use these services before she passed away but looking at it now I would've been pissed off if she would've been treated like this ,I was fired from speaking up it's a lot I can say about this company but they will eventually collapse because how long can you keep treating people bad the ones who really depend on them ,we got paid very low money if we called out after an holiday they would take away our time and a half and we tried to do our job the best way ,this is a bad company keep your disabled relative away from this company or they will be calling you with bad experiences
