This company sent brokn materials that were ordered for a school laminator. They also ran three charges on the card they had on file six months later. We're a non-profit school trying to survive month to month during Covid. After going back and forth with many people, we finally got to Account Manager Sean Farrell. We got the past payments settled for supplies received and found an over charge of almost $200. Sean and ACCO Brands LLC agreed to refund the amount due back to the school. It's been over a six weeks after the promised refund with nothing and zero response to emails. I've now resorted disputing the charge and getting a refund through our credit card company.

ACCO Brands Corporation I called this company to ask for a quote to fix a stuck punch machine

I called this company to ask for a quote to fix a stuck punch machine. They told me the price over the phone and said I had to pay with a credit card before they could come and fix it. So, I used my own credit card to pay. Now, a month later, they sent us another bill for "travel charges" for the service call, which is $150.52. The person who gave me the quote on the phone seems to be lying because my notes from the conversation and the receipt from the day of service show a different amount. If they always included that amount in the quote, why did they send a separate invoice for it days later? Don't use this company.

ACCO Brands Corporation This here is about the Daytimer Calendar division of ACCO Brands Corporation

This here is about the Daytimer Calendar division of ACCO Brands Corporation. They got this product with 12 calendars, one for each month. It always came in a strong plastic box with pockets for each month. I've been a happy customer for a long time. But this year, they sent me the calendars in a flimsy paper box, no storage box or individual pockets. I told Daytimers about it and they said they couldn't find any storage boxes. How weird! I keep all my old calendars in their boxes for taxes and remembering stuff. I can't store anything in this "box" they sent. I'm really not happy about it. I guess Daytimers is trying to save money by making the product worse. If I could find something similar, I would've returned it. I checked on Amazon, but didn't find a good replacement.

I bought 5 notebooks in the past year and they all got rips and tears. These notebooks come with a 1-year warranty. I emailed the warranty department on 6/6 and 6/10, but nobody has replied to me yet. I sent them the proof of purchase and pictures like they asked.

ACCO Brands Corporation I bought a weekly planner from ACCO Brands Corporation on 12/28

I bought a weekly planner from ACCO Brands Corporation on 12/28. Got an email confirming my order, but the planner never got shipped. No email to confirm the shipment either. The worst part is that ACCO's customer service hasn't replied to any of my emails or calls. Can't even talk to a real person when I dial their customer service number. They let you enter your number for a call-back, but they never call back, even after trying a few times.

ACCO Brands Corporation I bought something online but got the wrong thing

I bought something online but got the wrong thing. I emailed customer service with all the info like the PO# and item number. They replied saying that the numbers I gave match what I bought. It's really rude to doubt me. Why would I contact them if there wasn't a problem? I'm really let down by how they're dealing with this. I just wanted them to fix the situation, not question the shipping mistake made by someone at their company.

ACCO Brands Corporation I ordered my item in July, 5 months ago, and still haven't got it

I ordered my item in July, 5 months ago, and still haven't got it. At first, they said it was backordered and wouldn't ship for 2 months. Then, they sent it to the wrong address. After that, they sent me the wrong item. And when I told them I wouldn't be home because I work nights, they tried to deliver the right item 3 times. Now they're saying it's not available! The worst part is their customer service reps treated me badly every time I called, which was like half a dozen times. They put me on hold for no reason and argued with me, making things worse. So unprofessional!

I bought one of their Docking stations on Amazon on June 26. The thing broke and needed fixing, so I reached out to their support. They told me the product is discontinued and can't be fixed anymore. They said they'd give me a full refund if I sent the product back to them. I shipped it back to them in March 2022, but I still haven't gotten my money back. They said they moved offices and lost my original refund request. Then they made another refund request in October and told me to wait 4-6 weeks. But I haven't received anything yet. I've contacted them 3 times and every time they said they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours with the refund status, but nothing. It's been 9 months since I sent the broken product back, and still no refund. They owe me $245.73.

ACCO Brands Corporation On May 9, I made an order on ACCO Brands Corporation's website for a total of $84.54

On May 9, I made an order on ACCO Brands Corporation's website for a total of $84.54. However, on May 13, they charged me $6.88. I did receive the order, but it arrived later than the expected delivery time. Since I had only been charged $6.88 at that point, I decided not to pursue a refund as it seemed like too much trouble. But then, on June 27, they charged me the remaining balance of $77.66. I immediately contacted customer service to complain and ask for instructions on returning the order for a refund. They sent me a return label, and I sent back the entire order. I called multiple times to check if they had received the return, but they kept telling me to wait. Finally, on August 17, I spoke to a manager named Shane *** who assured me that if I didn't receive a refund by August 31, he would personally process it. On May 13, I did receive a refund for the initial charge of $6.88. However, as of today, I am still waiting for the remaining amount to be refunded to my account.

I ordered stuff on 12/8 but still no shipping info. I thought maybe it got sent without me knowing, 'cause I got Christmas emails too. I called my 90-year-old Grandpa to check if he got the books. He said no, so I tried contacting the company. I called all the numbers on the ComplaintsBoard.com site and At-A-Glance, emailed, and chatted live. I was on hold for a super long time, like forever. I don't have hours to waste on this. They took my money, so I hoped they'd reply.

ACCO Brands Corporation I've been buyin' the Day-Timer filler pages for more than 40 years

I've been buyin' the Day-Timer filler pages for more than 40 years. On December 2, 2022, I went to the Day-Timer's website to order my 2023 Day-timer filler pages. I always order the two-page per day filler. I placed what I thought to be the filler pages for the year. I got an email sayin' they got my order and it would be shipped on December 9, 2022. On December 16, 2022, I asked 'bout my order. On December 19, I went to the webpage and chatted with someone. They said my order had been shipped and I got it on December 6. When I went to the *** website to look at the picture of what I got, I was shocked. It was a one-page calendar of 2023. I remembered throwin' it away 'cause I wondered why they sent it to me like that. I asked the person in the chat if I could pay the difference for what I wanted and what I got. They said no.

ACCO Brands Corporation I bought a docking station from Amazon

I bought a docking station from Amazon. It was supposed to connect to my laptop and duplicate my display on two screens. It worked fine for about 45 days, but then the right screen stopped working. I tried troubleshooting and realized that the problem was with the docking station. Unfortunately, the Amazon warranty had expired, but the manufacturer (Kensington) offered a three-year warranty. I reached out to them, and they sent me a replacement docking station.

The new docking station worked for only two weeks before completely failing. I called Kensington support again, and they informed me that they didn't have any more replacements available. They said it would take a year and a half to get a new one. Frustrated, I asked for a refund instead. They requested that I send the device back, but I had to pay for the shipping. They also asked for a receipt and proof of shipping. However, despite fulfilling these requirements, I still haven't received my refund, even though it's now November .

I have contacted Kensington multiple times, but each time they give me the runaround. They keep telling me that the refund has been sent, but it never arrives. They blame it on different departments and admit that a refund was never actually sent. In my most recent call, they claimed that they processed the refund in September 2022 (10 months after I returned the product) and asked me to wait for 4-6 weeks. However, it's been 8 weeks, and I still haven't received my refund.

ACCO Brands Corporation I bought a controller from PowerA Products in December

I bought a controller from PowerA Products in December . In January, a few weeks after I made the purchase, my card was charged for the controller. Then, the same amount was credited back to my card, making me think that my order had been cancelled. Because of this, I went ahead and ordered the same item on Amazon. However, weeks later, I received the controller and once again, the amount was charged to my debit card. I contacted *** and they acknowledged my return. They sent me a return airbill and assured me that once they received the controller, I would get my money back. I used the airbill they provided, so I no longer had the controller in my possession. However, I still haven't received my refund. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but I haven't gotten any help. I have attached a copy of my receipt, a Word document with my conversations with customer service, and the airbill they gave me. I have made numerous attempts to get my money back, but it hasn't happened. I don't have the product and I haven't been reimbursed. This is not acceptable. I am asking the ComplaintsBoard.com to intervene and help me get a refund for my purchase. I returned the unused product as instructed and was promised a refund upon receipt. However, this hasn't happened and all I have received are apologies and requests for patience. Please assist me in getting my money back. Thank you in advance
