Then we had to wait another week for the maintenance man to get back from summer vacation to give us a quote to hang it.
When we finally opened the package on the day of the installation, we were shocked to discover that the product was damaged, as shown in the attached pictures. We immediately contacted Digital Buyer's customer service, but they informed us that they only accept returns within five days of receipt. This was extremely frustrating as we had waited for two weeks to even open the package, and now we were stuck with a broken and defective product.
As a result, we now have a huge hole in our wall where we wanted to hang the whiteboard. It's a real shame that Digital Buyer shipped us a damaged product, and now we are out of money and a whiteboard. We will never use this company again, and we can't imagine why anyone would.

Lied about the lead time and pricing on the thousand dollar item. They make-up a price that the item is "discounted" from but the reality is the listed price they sell it for, IS the real price and the same price every one of their competitors sells it from. They also lie about their lead time. They lie and say they have much faster lead times than they do, causing you to buy the part. They then immediately email you saying they cannot meet that lead time. The entire reason you bought the part was because of their fast lead time, right? Wrong, they lied and want to keep your money. They then make it extremely difficult to cancel the order.
