I had a prob with Accounts Recovery Specialists, Inc. They won't take off the debt from my credit report even tho I paid it all off in 10. I owed them money for a medical bill after surgery and I did electronic payments like they told me to. They said it would be gone from my credit score when I finished paying. But it's still there. I talked to a boss lady today and she said they can only show it's at zero but not delete it. I wanna buy a house and my real estate person said it's gonna mess up my score. Plz help.

This company just added a collection account to my credit report that's past the statute of limitations of almost 4 years and I want it gone. I don't even know where these debts are coming from. I was part of the last credit breach so it's probably not my debt. I've been working hard to improve my family and build credit to buy a home. Then out of nowhere, without any written consent or letter giving me a chance to contact the agency or research the debt, a supposed debt of almost 4 years was added to my report. I want it gone now.

I had a real bad experience with Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. They went after me for some medical bills that I already paid. They didn't even bother to contact me directly, just sent me some trashy mail. They said I didn't give them my insurance info, but I did, and it was all good with the hospital. Now my credit score is messed up thanks to them. When I called, they just told me to deal with it myself. Not cool, man.

I been payin' $*** per month for like a year or somethin'. My collections balance be goin' UP by $*** every month. Ain't no payment showin' on my credit report. Last spring I owed $*** and change, and I agreed to pay $*** a month. But now I see that my payments ain't showin' up on my credit report, and my collections balance be goin' UP by $*** every month. My current collections balance be $*** and change. That's like $*** MORE than what I owed before, even though I done paid $*** already. Why they chargin' so much interest every month when I only paid a little bit of what I owed? It don't make no sense.

I got hurt at work and didn't have no health insurance. I got stuck with a big bill and then Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. got ahold of it. I never owed them nothing and never signed no contract with them. They're charging interest on over *** dollars that I can't afford to pay. They said if I make minimum payments, I'll be paying till 2070. I'll be dead before then! The payment only goes towards interest. I live in *** and they ain't allowed to charge interest since they ain't the original party I owed. So, I stopped paying and waiting to see if they take me to court so the interest don't get higher. But what they're doing ain't allowed in ***.

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at ARSI Account Recovery Specialists. They're trying to collect on a debt that I don't even owe! I paid everything off in full, but they still sent me a collection notice in May . And get this - they haven't even bothered to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. To top it off, they messed up my credit score by *** points! Sure, it got fixed after I disputed it, but they still left a nasty remark on there that needs to be removed. My insurance EOBs clearly show that I don't owe anything, so why are they still trying to come after me? ARSI needs to get their act together and clear this all up ASAP.
