The company committed to negotiate 3 credit cards in 12 months or less, since 3 months of paying my installments AFS says that it has already negotiated the first account, I received multiple calls and letters from the bank informing that the balance was going to be sent to Collections, I sent the photos of these letters through WhatsApp and the assistants told me not to worry because they had already negotiated, after 19 months of having my credit very bad and without alternatives I contacted them saying Please check that this debt never disappeared and now they tell me that I have to assume the debt with the collections company. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COMMITMENT? / WHY DID THEY LIE TO ME? I need the company to assume its commitment and responsibility because it has not only harmed my finances, but also my present and my financial future.

This company said they'd help with credit card debt. I asked for the contract, they wanted $1499.00 upfront to start, but only if I signed the contract. They charged $750.00 to two credit cards before giving me the contract. It took them less than 30 minutes to process the charges. After 4 days, I got the contract, read it, and didn't agree. I called them and said I didn't want to do business with them. I demanded a full refund. They said it would take 30 days, but I said no. In 30 days, I'll be charged interest and they'll still have my money. They collected it in half an hour, so they should refund it within 72 hours. It's been over a week, and I'm refusing to pay the fraudulent charges on my credit cards. This company doesn't provide financial solutions, they're a fraudulent business for people who can't read contracts. I'm a businesswoman and I don't want to do any business with these thieves. They should be investigated. Thank you.
