Ace Flare Account by Meta Bank review: Checking account

Constantly blocking me from access to my account, saying my cards been called in lost or stole, phone reps are rude and they refuse to transfer my calls to the person who had me follow link and call right back, I've been trying to get this block off since 3/3/24 I called early and did the verification task she unlocked my account, I have to wait for yet another card to take 10;days to get here, if it comes at all. They are refusing to unblock it, nothing's changed and needing updated, nothing, they gave me a list of ok items to send for proof of address and I've sent them everything and more yet they are refusing to let go of my money again. 3 hours today on the phone finally with supposed supervisor and he was just as confused as I am, they refuse to tell me their names, I'm charged 10.00 a month fee now when I was told it was fee free when I opened the account 4 or more years ago. Today this supervisor Jay finally comes up with Ill just get you a check in the, well I stopped him! No I said, where the heck would I cash it? And besides that, heck no! Just take the block off, why is there another one anyway when just a couple hrs ago I'm verified Again! (They do this so much it's ridiculous and all while withholding my money from me) No insulin, no food, I'm going to lose my PO box and then my pension checks will take months to straighten out! No money! It's affecting my health, they send me ridiculous emails sometimes 5 to 7 exact ones in a row like as if to taunt me. Unreasonable blocks refusing to tell me why, service issues, hidden fees, they have me restricted to 400 withdraws making me late paying things and my rent, I got evicted and now they think I'm going to tolerate this harassment about address verification again! On top of keeping my money from me very much being almost sole reason of me being evicted!? My landlord shut off my utilities man it was 20° here I nearly froze to death, cut myself requiring stitches!, because I had no lights to see what the heck I was cutting! I can't send a utility bill, my utilities are included in that rent it states that on one of the receipts I sent yesterday and they are rejecting the things I sent, rent receipts AND BANK STATEMENTS FROM ACE FLARE ACCOUNT! THEIR IWN DAM STATEMENTS AND THEYRE REJECTING THEM AND NOT TAKING IFF THIS BLOCK! KETS SEE, DEPOSIT ISSUES, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR CONSUMER FRAUD, YOU OUCK! REFUSING TO DEVULGE THE REASON FOR THE BLICK OR WHO THEY ARE ON THE PHONE, THEY EMAIL ME CRUELLY TELLING ME ID HAVE BETTER LUCK USING THEIR TOOLS AND SUCH BY LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT!?!?!? REALLY? HOW CRUEL CAN YOU BE, IN LUCKY I ALREADY HAD SOME BANK STATEMENTS PRINTED OFF! I CANT GET THEM A Current 30 day one, AND THEY KNOW IT CUZ I CAN'T GET INTO MY APP ACCOUNT EITHER! THESE ARE ALL MORE THEN VIABLE REASONS FOR ME TO JUST GO FILE THIS LAWSUIT IM PONDERING And have a place lined up to go for it.
