we were a new snow plowin account this season. jason was efficient with the sign up n payment aspects n he did a good job throughout the winter clearin the snow.
Ive used ACS for 4 years for snow removal
Ive used ACS for 4 years for snow removal. My driveway is very challenging as is the pathway to my garage. They are efficient, expedient, through and respond to texts with in a reasonable amount of time. Literally, they save me because I wouldnt be able to get out on my own. I highly recommend them!

Winter 2022/2023 snow removal contract - $900
Winter 2022/2023 snow removal contract - $900. We signed up for snow removal but he didn't show up during the December 2022 storm. He kept in touch with us during the storm and said he'd come on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. But he never came. On January 10, 2023, he sent us an invoice for an extra 25% charge as per our contract (if over 100" of snow), $244.68. We contacted him to ask if we were exempt from the extra charge since he didn't provide the service we paid for. He said it didn't matter and we still had to pay. He also threatened to not provide service for the rest of the season if we didn't pay.
During the Blizzard of 2022 many contractors were unable to plow snow effectively. Heavy equipment was probably needed. If you were inaccessible with trucks trailers it was probably the reason the provider didn't come on time. Judging a plow company on that storm is probably not a fair assessment.
