control. They need to get their act together and be more professional. I had to call them multiple times just to get someone to come out and take care of the problem. When they finally did show up, they didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't even have the right equipment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a different pest control company.

tech was real nice and knew his stuff. he had a mask and gloves on which was cool. i showed him where the spiders were hangin out and he sprayed it up again.

josh and andy did a great job with our mouse problem. they listened to our issues and explained how mice live in homes. they gave us expert advice and service. i would highly recommend adams for pest control. they give you peace of mind.

I called Adam's Pest Control for some bugs. The dude on the phone said he'd send me a contract to check out, and the tech would call first. The tech came out, didn't fix my problems, sent me a bill, then sent the contract, all mixed up. I called to talk to someone about it, but no one got back to me yet. I'm gonna call my credit card and tell them this charge ain't authorized 'cause I never agreed to the terms. The contract don't cover much except for boxed elder bugs and ladybugs.

I ain't happy with Adam's Pest Control, Inc. They said they'd trap outside for a week, but they only did it for 4 or 3 days. They put traps on Monday at 5pm and picked them up on Friday before 8am. I emailed and called the office to talk to a manager about the billing, but they haven't responded in 3 weeks. What kind of business doesn't answer billing questions? I won't use them again.

I don't like them at all. They bought East Central Exterminators and now they're doing unauthorized treatments and making me pay for it. They called me to say they were coming, but I didn't say they could do anything. Then they charged me for it! When I said I didn't want it, they said I was signed up for it and they called me. Madison said she'd take me off the list if I wanted. I'm not paying and I'll take them to court if I have to. Be careful!

I used Adam's Pest Control for rodent service at my property in a certain location in fall 2021. I called them to set up the service. The rep came out and placed traps around my house. They were to bill my credit card, but sent invoices to an address that doesn't receive mail. In February, a collection notice arrived at my main home. I contacted Adam's Pest Control to resolve the payment issue. They promised to check the traps and continue the service at my main home but failed to follow through. Despite paying for a year, the service stopped after the initial visit. Now, I have rodent damage and yard holes. Attempts to discuss this with the local office manager and accounts payable were ignored. I've even tried contacting the regional manager without success. I plan to file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint and seek a year of complimentary pest control service. This lack of service is unacceptable!
