since I started using Drake Lawn & Pest Control. They come out on time and do a good job. I ain't gotta worry about no bugs or weeds no more. They even give me tips on how to keep my lawn healthy. Highly recommend these guys!

I been using Drake Lawn and Pest since 2015. They do a good job keeping my house and yard in check, especially with the MOSQUITO stuff since I live by the River. It's a real game changer. They got good customer service and they're a local company.

Drake Lawn & Pest Control, Inc. been taking care of my lawn since March and my neighbors use them too. Our lawns look amazing and our neighborhood is the best looking in Apopka! The technician treats our lawn like it's his own and we get the best results. I give them 10 out of 5 stars and highly recommend them.

I been using Drake for like 7 years now for my lawn and pest control. My yard is like the best one in the hood. They always come quick when I call for weed help or when I see ants. They fix it fast and easy. I say you should go with them.

I think Drake Lawn & Pest Control is the best for irrigation, lighting and pest control. Drake put in an irrigation system and lighting in our new crib, they made sure everything was working good! Ernesto and Adam were pro, nice and real. They really care about their work. Drake Lawn & Pest Control and his crew are dope!

This company is amazing. I had roaches in my house and worms eating my lawn, so I called Drake. They got rid of the roaches fast, and even gave me free service to re-treat when my wife saw one a month later. The worms eating my grass are all gone, and I have the best looking yard on the street. Every tech that comes is super friendly, and leaves me a detailed list of what they did. I've had them for over 2 years, and now they take care of my termite bond, as well as my irrigation. My neighbors also picked up their services after seeing the transformation in my lawn!

Lawn & Pest Control, Inc. ain't good! I hired them for yard pest control for my new grass, but they gave me the run around. I had to keep reaching out to higher-ups to get anything done. My biggest complaint is that I called for webworms, and the tech came out but didn't apply product because he didn't think it was necessary. I called again, but now I have brown spots everywhere from the webworms. They treated it, but I'm still having issues. I asked to talk to a GM, but it's been over a week, and I haven't heard anything. I spent hundreds of dollars on pest control, and my new grass looks like crap now. Drake did my lawn for weed and pest control. I only had weed problems. When my grass started burning, they kept putting more chemicals until I said stop. They said their warranty only covers sod replacement for bugs. Dates were 4/29, 5/30, 6/10, 6/29. They also charged me on 7/14 and 7/18. I met Chris at the door and told him not to come back because there was no service. I emailed David on 7/23, 8/02, 8/05, 8/11, 8/12, and 8/14 for CEO info. No emails were answered. I sent 13 emails to show the damage. I also called for 71 minutes on 9 days. I got a call on 8/16 after asking for CEO number. They said they only warranty grass for bugs, not chemicals. WHAT A JOKE.

Me and my man put in a lot of work and dough to get our backyard lookin' fly this spring. We thought we'd be smart and hire Drake Lawn & Pest Control to keep it lookin' good. We've been usin' them for 'bout 3 years now.
But now, our backyard is lookin' like a graveyard. It's got me feelin' real sad. And when I tried to get in touch with Drake, they weren't gettin' back to me. So I made some videos to show 'em what was goin' on. I put 'em on *** (unlisted) 'cause they were too big to email and I only wanted Drake to see 'em.
Finally, the GM came over and we set up a meetin' with the District Manager. He came over today and he didn't seem to know what was goin' on. He kept askin' me questions 'bout the plants and interruptin' me. When I told him to stop, he got all mad and called me "ridiculous" and "crazy." He did this all while standin' on MY property. It was real unprofessional and rude. We paid for a service and they didn't do it right. And then they insulted me. It's just not right.

They came and did their thing without even asking me. I told them not to come unless they called me first, but they didn't listen. I lost my job and I can't afford to pay for services I didn't ask for. The lady on the phone said she understood, but obviously she didn't. I won't be using Drake again.

Drake needs to stop billing me for this thing they said they'd do every month but did it less than 20 days apart. I told them my lawn was getting messed up from the chemicals they were using and they just dumped more chemicals on it 20 days later. Then I had to tell the tech not to come back just two weeks after that. They said it was from drought when I got an estimate for $1575 to fix the messed up grass, but I know it was from their chemicals. They won't take responsibility for it and I'm not giving them any more money for something they messed up.

I paid $60 per month on my credit card for Drake Lawn & Pest Control, Inc. but they charged me $50 extra for a service I didn't ask for. My husband said no to it but accidentally initialed it. I told them it wasn't authorized and my husband didn't have my permission to charge my card, but the customer service reps were rude and didn't help. I don't trust this company anymore and can't do business with them if they do fraudulent charges. I just want my $50 back.

Drake Lawn & Pest Control, Inc. did some work for us on the inside of our house and the lawn. We agreed to have them come every 8 weeks, but they started showing up after only 5 weeks and charged us $78 each time. They only came inside the house the first time and after that, they just left a bill on our door. I canceled their services because of this. However, this year we had ants again and I called them for a one-time treatment. They charged my credit card every month without my permission. This company takes advantage of people and nobody supervises them. They force people to get services they don't need and nobody regulates them. The quality of their services is not good. I still have ants and spiders in my house. I had to get a different service. They need to refund my money. It's not fair. Check out all the bad reviews they have.
