ADCP Disappointing Experience with ADCP: Poor Maintenance and Slow Service

ADCP is an office with a good name, but unfortunately, my experience with them left me disappointed. I recently signed a contract for a flat in Ghayathi and was excited to move in. However, I quickly realized that the water was not working. It took them one whole month to fix the motor, even though I had paid the full rent in advance. I had to wait for the work to be completed.

After the work was finally completed, I discovered that the AC was not working either. This was a maintenance issue that ADCP had neglected to fix, which was a huge inconvenience. They claimed that they were out of funds and couldn't maintain the flat properly. I had to put my own money in to replace the AC.

I would not recommend ADCP to anyone looking for a flat. Their service is very bad and I would recommend thoroughly checking for any issues before signing a contract. It's a real shame because they have a good office and name, but from the inside it's a completely different story.

ADCP Warning: Unresponsive Customer Service and Rude Staff - My Experience with ADCP

So, I have to say my experience with ADCP (adcp.ae) was a bit of a disappointment. I vacated the property and after two long months, I am still waiting for my deposit refund. I've tried visiting the branch multiple times but the customer service is unresponsive. I have sent countless emails, but no response. Every time I try to call, they tell me my request will be forwarded to the concerned team. Every single time this is what they tell me.

To be honest, I had to vacate ADCP because I received some poor service from them. So, I decided to go for a private real estate company and hope for better results. If you're thinking about renting from ADCP, I strongly advise you to reconsider your options and maybe find some other place for living.

On top of all this, I have to mention that the staff is extremely rude to the customers. Every time I visit the ADCP office, I see the employees shouting at the people, and that's not something you want to witness when you're trying to get something done. It's really unbelievable!

Overall, my experience with ADCP has been pretty frustrating. I understand that things don't always go as planned, but it's important to have good customer service and communication. Unfortunately, this is an area where ADCP is really lacking. And honestly, with all these issues and that kind of behavior from staff, I wouldn't recommend ADCP to anyone.

ADCP Unprofessional and Unsafe: My Experience with ADCP in Sharjah

I just had a really bad experience with ADCP. The staff is not professional or competitive at all. They're really bad at handling project maintenance, and their chosen maintenance contractors are always delayed. They keep saying ADCP has to approve everything, which just causes tenants to suffer. The ADCP call center is seriously careless. They don't take your complaints seriously. The safety at their property in Al Nahda, Sharjah is seriously compromised. They clearly don't care about tenants' safety. I've complained three times already and nothing has been done. One security guard has been assigned to work for 12 hours a day for months without getting any time off. He has a camera screen, but no access to check on anything. It's just really frustrating dealing with ADCP.

ADCP Unprofessional customer service and unfair deductions by ADCP in Abu Dhabi

I stayed in the ADCP building in Abu Dhabi and I must say that despite their big name, they are very unprofessional when it comes to responding to emails and calls. I had to deal with them regarding my deposit of AED 5000/- and they seem to be ignoring my requests for its return. I left my house in good condition which was actually better than how they handed it to me on my first day.

However, they still deducted AED 150. + taxes which I think was unjustified. When I asked them the reason, they just ignored my request and didn't respond. It's a shame that they have such unfair employees who are ruining the company's reputation. ADCP should look into this matter seriously as many others like me are facing similar issues.

I had placed my trust in this company and was willing to pay a heavy deposit, but now I'm suffering to get it back. I hope they will take my complaint seriously and work on improving their customer service.

ADCP Disappointing Experience with ADCP's Maintenance Team: Water Leak Complaint Ignored for Over 7 Days

I recently had an issue with ADCP (adcp.ae) and I want to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed with their maintenance team. I had requested a complaint (request no#***) as there was a water leak in my apartment. I had made the call over seven days prior to writing this review and no action had been taken.

The leak was continuously happening, and I was concerned that an electrical short circuit could occur, leading to potential casualties. If this were to happen, ADCP would be solely responsible. I attempted to follow up with the company several times by calling their contact number. However, I was left waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with no response. I then decided to try to register through their online portal, but unfortunately, it stated that the information I entered was incorrect.

Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of response and action from ADCP's team. I hope they will take appropriate measures to improve their services and ensure that future similar situations are addressed immediately.

ADCP Review: Frustrating Experience with ADCP's Customer Service Responsiveness

I've been trying to get in touch with ADCP (adcp.ae) for the past two weeks, emailing them every workday about renewing my account, but I haven't received any response yet. Feeling frustrated, I decided to visit their Mussafah branch twice, hoping to get a positive response, but they just told me to keep emailing them. They gave me an email address to use, so I continued emailing them.

I even tried calling their landline every day for more than two weeks, but it was always busy. Finally, I decided to register and log onto their new platform for inquiry. I eagerly typed out my inquiry and submitted it, hoping for a response. Unfortunately, after a month, my inquiry was still in their new platform, unanswered.

To make matters worse, they gave me two email addresses to use. One email promised a very fast response, but instead, I received an error message: "Undeliverable: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups." How frustrating!

However, I try to be understanding of the situation, as this is a challenging time for everyone because of the pandemic. Maybe they are short-staffed and overwhelmed with inquiries. All I can do is be patient, keep trying to contact them, and hope for a response soon. Overall, I hope ADCP learns to improve their responsiveness to inquiries, especially during these difficult times.

ADCP Avoid ADCP at all costs - terrible customer service and business practices

I had a difficult time dealing with this company, as their customer service was not up to par and they treated me like an animal instead of a human being. I had submitted a request to vacate my rented unit early due to being terminated from my job. However, it took them more than three weeks to clear and return part of my payment. To my surprise, they presented a check that I had given them and paid its amount to the police, which led to my detention in the police station without any right.

It seems that this company has many flaws in its customer service and business practices. They do not prioritize their customers' needs and can even cause legal issues for them. It is frustrating to deal with such unprofessionalism and carelessness.

If you are considering using ADCP, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. It is not worth the stress and trouble this company can cause you. Stay away and save yourself the headache.

ADCP Stay Away from ADCP: The Worst Property Management in Town

If you're reading this, let me tell you, my friend. You better steer clear of ADCP. Now, what is ADCP? Well, it's a part of ADCB. And what do they do? They take over buildings that default on payments. But do they know anything about real estate or managing properties? Absolutely not! In fact, they have the worst management in town. You know why? The office receptionist doubles up as a watchman. Can you believe that?

Let me tell you about my building, Roda 2 in Al Nahda. It used to be the best apartment building in the area. But then, ADCP took over four long years ago. And ever since then, it's gone downhill. In fact, it looks like a cemetery now. The building stinks, and there's no proper cleaning system in place. The proof is in the fact that you can't see through the windows because of the thick layer of dust. They haven't washed the building in four whole years! Can you imagine?

But wait, there's more. The old tenants are forced to pay 25 to 40% more than the new tenants. And surprise, surprise, the agents are more than happy to accommodate moving you to another flat in the same building, where you start paying 30 to 40% less. What the...? It just doesn't make any sense. It's not fair to the old tenants, and it just shows how disorganized and unprofessional ADCP is.

Believe me, there are a thousand more things I could tell you about, but I think you get the idea. ADCB senior management needs to get a grip and take control of ADCP. They're ruining the good image of their parent company. ADCP is a mess. They're unprofessional, and they seem totally confused. They're like a headless chicken running around. So, do yourself a favor and stay away from ADCP. Zero stars from me!

ADCP Terrible Experience with ADCP: Beware of Leasing with Them

I recently had a terrible experience with ADCP (adcp.ae) and I thought I should share it with others who might be considering leasing from them. I left UAE six months before my lease contract expired because ADCP never informed me of the termination process and the person at counter #8 (Vacate desk) kept telling me to send emails. However, the emails were not responded to except to send them proof of my new contract which I immediately did.

To terminate the ADCP contract, I was told to get an ADDC clearance certificate but the problem was you cannot get it until you cancel the ADCP contract. On getting 'to whom it may concern' letter from ADDC, ADCP desk #8 told me I would receive termination paperwork in an email although I did not receive it. The worst thing is that I kept trying to cancel the contract from outside UAE but ADCP did not answer emails and my friends who tried to assist me were told they could not help without a power of attorney from the embassy.

Days after I was gone from UAE, I discovered (not from ADCP) that I had to log into the Smarthub application to cancel my contract. However, it was impossible since you cannot log into Smarthub from outside UAE. I even mailed my UAE phone to friends in the UAE so they could use may UAE Pass to log into Smarthub -- but that could not be done because my UAE ID had been canceled.

ADCP wouldn't even care; I had to pay for the rest of my contract in order not to be referred to a judicial case. After paying, ADCP sends emails telling me to renew my contract and set up a Smarthub account. Like as if it's possible that I would ever consider it!

If you ever have a chance to lease from ADCP, run - do not walk - to the next apartment. ADCP is clearly not interested in their clients' concerns and does not care for them. Any additional fees would be worth avoiding the misery of dealing with such a terrible company.

ADCP Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with ADCP: A Review of Purchasing a 1BHK Flat

I recently reserved a 1BHK flat from ADCP on 23rd FEB 2021 and was expecting it to be in great condition upon arrival. However, to my utter dismay, the apartment was not in proper shape. It required a lot of maintenance, such as painting the entire flat room, replacement of old fridge and washing machine, changing toilet and kitchen ceiling, repairing broken toilet mirror, mapping out hall door wood, fixing broken electric panel, locating missing keys, installing sink stopper, and replacing the toilet seating and the cover, among other things.

Despite being informed by ADCP customer care that I could request maintenance to fix any impending problems upon registration, I have not received adequate room service. Today is 06 March 2021, and no noticeable change has been achieved despite being reached by the maintenance team. I feel mentally drained and upset from all the problems I've encountered from the ADCP guys.

To clean the room, I disconnected the water connection and contacted the ADCC promptly. To my surprise, they informed me that there is an outstanding bill of AED 5818 due to be paid from me, 12k from ADCP's side. The ADCP customer care informed me that once I pay the bill, they would repay me. However, I am skeptical about that and have no clue what the future holds for me.

In light of this horrible experience, I would advise you not to buy any form of property from ADCP. Their customer service and support are not professional, and they take advantage of people's trust. They may have other customers to serve, but what happened to me should not happen to anyone else. I only hope that someday all the problems I'm facing will come to an end.

Unfortunately, canceling my contract is not possible since I have invested significantly in this property. If I cancel the agreement, I would have to pay a hefty cancellation fee of 2 to 3 months' rent, which is not an option for me.

I sincerely hope that this review helps you in making the right decisions and saves you from the trauma I am facing. Best wishes to all of you.

Thank you.

ADCP Inefficient quality of work form ADCP Tawtheeq team.

As a tenant I have renewed my existing contract with ADCP on March 1st week. Till date the Tawtheeq is not available in TAMM application. It's been almost 40 days since I have submitted the cheques. The first cheque has been encashed as well. In TAMM application notification it says Tawtheeq is cancelled. The ADCP team is not having a clear answer why it is cancelled or what is the next step to be taken. I have called the call center many time and went to ADCP office 5 times for this... Whenever I call the call the call center or go to ADCP office they just update me that the Tawtheeq will be available in TAMM the next day, and nothing happens.

Am not able to renew my residence parking because of the non-availability of Tawtheeq. Everyday am spending 15AED for parking. Is there any one who can help me?

Claimed loss: 15 AED per day from April 1st

Desired outcome: Availability of Tawteeq in TAMM application and able to renew the residence parking permit.

ADCP Frustrated with ADCP's Lack of Response to Tenancy Contract Request

!

I've been trying to get my hands on a copy of my tenancy contract from ADCP for over two weeks now, but I haven't had much luck. I've tried contacting them through their portal, sending daily emails to their main address, and even giving their customer service desk a call – but so far, no one has been able to help me out.

It's frustrating to feel like my request is going unanswered, especially since I need this contract for some important paperwork. I'm not sure if the delay is due to an overwhelming number of requests or if something else is going on, but I really wish someone would get back to me soon.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience so far with ADCP. I'd hoped to have an easier time getting a simple request like this fulfilled, but it seems like I'm still waiting with no end in sight. Here's hoping that they can turn things around and get me the information I need ASAP!

ADCP Warning: My Disappointing Experience with ADCP

I gotta tell you, my experience with ADCP was a total bummer. Their call center was a bust, seriously the worst out there. It was tough getting anyone on the phone, and when we finally did, they weren't exactly helpful.

The real kicker, though, was their maintenance. It was totally unpro - not at all up to my standards. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they refused to give us back our deposit. Can you believe that? I've lived in plenty of buildings and never had that happen before.

We didn't have any damages or anything in our flat, but they still refused to return our deposit. It was a real letdown, to say the least.

All in all, I'd warn anyone against taking a flat from ADCP. They just aren't worth the hassle, and there are plenty of better options out there.

ADCP ADCP Maintenance Requests: Tips for Success & Cautionary Tales

i agree with the previous review. ADCP is a bit slow to get on top of tenant maintenance requests. They may even pass on accumulated maintenance costs to tenants when they move out. New tenants should be on guard and ready to send emails with supporting photos to ensure proper attention to maintenance issues. This can be frustrating for renters, but with a little bit of extra effort, it's possible to stay on top of things. In the end, it's up to each individual renter to decide whether the benefits of ADCP's properties are worth the effort of staying on top of maintenance requests.

ADCP ADCP Review: Poor Management Quality and Slow Maintenance Response Time

.

ADCP is not the best management company around. One time, I had to pay for maintenance before shifting to their apartment. It was a pain in the neck and very stressful. The management was poor, and the service wasn't satisfactory. If you need repairs done, then you're in for a long wait - you'll need to report the issue, and they'll take action in about a month. At times, I called them incessantly but received the same answer every time - "I WILL DO THE FOLLOW UP."

If you're looking for a headache-free experience, then I suggest avoiding ADCP for rentals. It's best to find an agency or management company that offers better service and faster response times. Despite these setbacks, ADCP has some good qualities, such as their location and their apartments that cater to families or people who seek a peaceful environment. It's up to you to weigh the pros and cons and see whether or not ADCP is the right fit.

ADCP ADCP: Poor Maintenance Practices & Ignored Complaints - A Review

ADCP is not the best option for anyone who is looking to rent a building. I say this with complete honesty. I have had multiple experiences with their maintenance services, and it has never been good. The power has gone out several times, the AC oftentimes does not work and there are short circuits every once in a while. While they claim that they will handle these issues as a matter of priority, I have found that they treat them as normal occurrences.

I reached a breaking point and decided to escalate the issues to the Head Office officials, but even that did not yield any positive results. They just ignored my complaints as if they did not matter. This is not a situation that anyone wants to be in when renting a building. The maintenance of a building is one of the most important things, and it cannot be taken lightly. ADCP not only takes these things lightly, but they do not even try to rectify any of the problems.

If you are considering renting a building through ADCP, you should be aware of their poor maintenance practices. They do not prioritize the comfort and safety of their tenants, and it is not the type of situation you want to find yourself in. There are far better options available in the market, and you should explore them instead of opting for ADCP.

ADCP Beware of ADCP: Difficult to Vacate, Legal Department Tough to Deal With

on their side already. It doesn't make any sense. It's like playing a game with the referee on the other team.

ADCP is not a good choice for renting in Dubai. They make it very difficult to vacate and as a result, many people suffer. The legal department of the bank is also very tough to deal with. It's easy to rent, but the process of leaving is extremely difficult and usually results in a loss of a lot of money. If you do try to vacate, be prepared for multiple trips to court. ADCP seems to rely on the fact that most people will feel forced to hire a lawyer, but they already have a lawyer on their side which doesn't seem fair or make logical sense. It's like a rigged game where the referee is on the other team. Stay away from ADCP if you value ease of vacating and not getting into legal trouble.

ADCP ADCP: A Real Estate Nightmare with Terrible Service

. Absolutely terrible service!

Let me tell you, I had some major issues with ADCP. This real estate is just a mess. I mean, seriously, the facility management is just the poorest I have ever seen. They took my municipality fee for two whole years and never paid the municipality. Two years! And every time I called or sent an email, they just kept promising to refund my money, but I still haven't received it. Can you believe it? It's been almost three months now and I am still waiting for my money. I wouldn't recommend this real estate to my worst enemy. The service is just absolutely terrible.

ADCP Stay Away From ADCP: Awful Rental Experience, Thieving Company

My experience with ADCP has been awful. They're thieves. I made the mistake of renting with them and now I regret it. To close the agreement, they made me travel all the way from my home country, wasting a lot of my time and money. And now, even after cheating me out of some of my deposit, they won't give me the rest of my money back. This is by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. I would never recommend that anyone rent with them and go through the extreme difficulty that I had to endure. ADCP is not trustworthy and they will only cause you trouble and regret. Stay away!

ADCP Unresponsive and Unprofessional: My Disappointing Experience with adcp.ae

I am pretty upset with the services offered by adcp.ae. I have tried reaching out multiple times via email, but have yet to receive any response. When I went to their office to inquire about the status of my query, I was told that they were yet to begin their shift and that nobody was there to help. The employees present were quite impolite and generally unhelpful.

I am interested in terminating my contract early, but the guy in charge of the department appears to be from Sudan and seems reluctant to help me out. Every time I approach him with my concern, he dismisses me by saying that I should send an email and wait for a response.

All in all, I am highly disappointed with the services I have received from adcp.ae. I wanted the process to be quick and hassle-free, but that seems unlikely given my current experience. It is really frustrating to deal with such unprofessional behavior, and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

ADCP ADCP's Poor Customer Service is Straining Tenants During Pandemic

ADCP is not doing a great job when it comes to customer service. In fact, the delays and unresponsive approach that they have are causing a lot of hardship to tenants. It's not just that they're making it hard for people to get their deposit refunds, but they're also hitting tenants with penalties that they don't deserve.

We get it - it's a tough time for everyone right now. The pandemic has caused a drop in demand in the market, and that can be tough for any company to deal with. But ADCP needs to remember that tenants are struggling too. Many of us have lost our jobs, and even those who still have them are facing salary cuts.

That's why it's so important that ADCP steps up and improves their customer service. They need to be more responsive and understanding about the hardships that tenants are going through. Only then can we hope to avoid further difficulties for the people who rely on them for housing. We're counting on you, ADCP!
