Completely useless the sales guy, however, was great at selling me their services but once I had signed up your business starts to fail. All calls and leads seem to stop. I threatened to cancel my DD on a voice mail after know one pocked up the phone. I got a call back straight away. My advertising costs doubled in a month with no return. After looking into my business I realised that google had suspended my profile so I was not publicly visible for a month and my my costs went through the roof. Add people said that had nothing to with them or their add. If it cant be viewed why am I paying for search? After a bit more investigation they had advertised a dissolved company and google had suspend me because of misrepresentation due to their ad. I cancelled my DD and now they have emailed this supposed contract that someone has supposed to have signed. I never agreed because I said at the time if it didn't work for I would cancel due to the cost. I will take my chance in court. I think that I have legal challenge because of the lost revenue and misrepresentation. They are still pushing for payment the company is a joke. They take your money push your ad fees up and you get less than nothing in return. Thank god they got the wrong business.
