Horrible customer service, due to the alarm malfunction I’ve got charged $800 from the police department and no one reimbursed me as they promised in adt. I sent an email like they requested on the October 27, I paid in September, until now I don’t have any response. Customer representatives can’t find any information, they are telling me to keep calling them and waiting for an email that was sent and never received. I’ve been told that the process will take 10-15 days, now the person on the phone changed their mind and said it’s about 60 days. The manager iabinad mieses is not helpful, rude, and provides completely different information from what previous managers have. I can’t find the way to get my $800 back even tho every single person in the company agrees with me that I supposed to receive it already. The lady was shocked to hear that I wait for so long but after being on hold she changed her mind. Since the day one of getting adt I had nothing but issues with the system working bad, false alarms, extra billing charges etc. as a customer I can’t find the end to it and looking for a help.
Claimed loss: $758 false alarms from police department $20.47 fee to pay it
Desired outcome: I want my money back asap!
