Plumber was disrespectful! Trying to intimidate me, complaining in a disrespectful voice! He gives the company a bad name I'm a Christian trying to walk with the Lord!

I had them install a new tub, demo some mortar/concrete and install new tub drain, rerouted some shower water lines, installed new shower set and some valves. Ryan was very professional and does excellent work.

Quick response to desperate need! Great work by technician. Professional and efficient. Water heater was replaced in a jiffy with guaranteed work for 1 year. He even offered to cone back and light pilot if needed. Any need at all. Great company!

I had Advanced Plumbing come out when another plumbing service couldn't get a bathroom clog unstuck. The technician from Advanced Plumbing was so friendly, helpful, and quick. He did an amazing job getting my bathroom unclothed. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.?

I called to replace my garbage disposal and motor and my bathtub faucet, they quickly gave me an estimate and once i approved the work it got done the same day in a few hours, all the work was done perfect, clean and neat. Also carmen was really helpful on the phone, great customer service and helped me coordinate the work on my house.

Advanced Plumbing was a life saver! I had a backed up kitchen sink and washing machine drain. Water everywhere in the laundry room. I called them at 9am and Chris arrived a couple of hours later, assesed the situation and snaked the line. He was done within an hour! I will definitely use them in the future and would definitely recommend to friends.

I had a very positive experience with Advanced Plumbing in repairing a copper pipe leak in a bathroom. The response was quick. The service technician did an outstanding job in a very tight location with difficult access. He worked very efficiently and kept sheetrock disturbance to an absolute minimum. I don't think the repair could have been done any better.

I have been using Advanced Plumbing for many years and you could not pay me to use any other company. Every single employee that I have interacted with has been top notch. Dave, Tina, Carmen, Daniel, Tony, and Chris have been very polite, very professional, very honest, and very efficient. They do great repair work, and I am a very happy customer. I have been a customer with Advanced Plumbing Service for years. I was able to schedule a repair appointment for Monday, after I called and reached the answering service on the weekend. The service technician Chris arrived at the appointed time and I showed him the problem are and identified when it first appeared. Chris discussed how the repair would be approached and provided an estimate. Once approved, Chris took all the necessary steps a completed the repair…the area was cleaned up. Job well done.

I would for sure recommend this company. I actually had a great experience with them and will for sure be using them in the future. I am very impressed with Ryan's customer service! He was out on three different calls and was amazing each time. I felt like he really did care to succeed at what he came out to do. Also his communication was great. He even responded to me when texting on a Sunday which made me feel great about using you guys in the future. Thanks again for all of the help with snaking some lines as well as jetting.

I called with a long list of needed repairs. I was offered an appointment the very next morning. Ryan was able to address each of my items and complete my entire list the same day! His work was impeccable and he cleaned up after himself. I have used Advanced Plumbing Services several times over the years and I have never been disappointed. They are honest and trustworthy folk. They don't disappoint.

The job was done okay. The question is why they wouldn't honor their "new customer 15% off coupon" which they posted on their own website. 15% of the labor charge of a $1789.00 hot water heater job should be way over $150.00 off (don't know the exact amount, because they did not separate the material from the labor charge on both the estimate and the final invoice). Their office even called me before the work to make sure I understood the coupon was good for labor charge only. They ended up only took off a $49 "trip charge". People would have budgeted the 15% discount in upon ordering. Why bother to advertise the coupons online if not willing to honor them. Maybe, to them, a one-time-profit is more important than any repeated business.
