When you got a unit that's got a problem, the tech support is just plain awful. You gotta be ready to stay on hold for what feels like forever, and then they take like two whole days just to review your case. And after all that waiting, what do they do? They send you a RMA, which means you gotta send the unit back to them. Like seriously, why can't they just send you a new unit instead? It's like they don't care about your time at all.

I'm really happy with these guys. I switched my fleet tracking to AdvanTrack from foxtrac, and it has saved me a lot of time managing the guys in the field. Before, I could catch guys goofing off, but I couldn't catch them speeding. Each truck I have has $20,000 worth of add-ons and equipment, so I can't have my guys driving like madmax. Insurance rates are going up for speeders after they get ticketed, and I have to let them go once they're caught. But now, I can correct guys who speed before they get caught by the police. It's a game-changer for me.

I gotta say, folks, you really gotta read the fine print when it comes to AdvanTrack. They got this sneaky little clause that says you gotta cancel your subscription a whopping 60-90 days before your renewal. Can you believe that? I mean, who even remembers to do that, am I right?

So here's the deal, I never even used their product, but I thought, hey, let's cancel this thing after 6 months. Turns out, I had no clue how to install those fancy devices they provide. And guess what? Nobody bothered to tell me that they had to be hard wired in. Talk about a lack of support, huh?

But wait, it gets worse. I'm still stuck paying for this thing after 3 long years. Can you believe it? I tried to cancel, but guess what? I missed the cancellation deadline by a measly 10 days. And you know what they want now? A whopping $150 per device just to cancel on the new renewal. Can you say highway robbery?

Let me tell you, folks, these people at AdvanTrack are just plain horrible. If someone had warned me about how this whole thing would go down, I would've rather broken my leg than ever deal with this sorry excuse for a company. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from AdvanTrack.

I run a small extermination company and recently encountered an issue with the tracker in my vehicle from AdvanTrack. It suddenly stopped working, and after pondering over it for a while, I made the decision that I no longer required its services. Taking this into account, I promptly sent an email to the company on 2/23/22, expressing my desire to cancel my subscription.

To my surprise, they responded by referring to sections 7 and 8 of the contract, stating that I must provide a written notice of cancellation within a timeframe of 60-90 days. Unfortunately, due to an automatic renewal of my subscription in January, I was compelled to wait until November to submit my cancellation request. It's worth mentioning that I never authorized this renewal, but apparently, it's an automatic process unless I comply with the 60-90 days notice requirement.

Despite my attempts to reason with them, they remain steadfast in their position, leaving me with no other option but to express my dissatisfaction through this review.

I gotta tell ya, folks, I've had my fair share of bad experiences, but this one takes the cake! AdvanTrack, or should I say AdvanCRAP, is a total disaster. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!

Let me break it down for ya. These devices they sell? Utter garbage! They don't work, plain and simple. And don't even get me started on their so-called "service." It's a joke! They can't communicate worth a darn, and they're always making promises they can't keep. It's like talking to a brick wall!

Now, here's where it gets really shady. Despite not holding up their end of the deal, they won't let us out of our contract without demanding an outrageous amount of moolah! Can you believe that? It's downright unethical, I tell ya!

I had a chat with one of their reps, and they had the audacity to say that even though they haven't fulfilled their promises, we still gotta cough up over 5 grand to break free. Can you believe the nerve? We still don't have all our GPS units up and running, and they have the gall to ask for big bucks to release us!

Now, normally, I'm all about spreading positivity, but I just couldn't let this one slide. I've spent countless hours on the phone, and my inbox is overflowing with emails, all documenting the problems we've faced. We've wasted so much time and energy just trying to get what we were promised. And guess what? It's still our problem, and we gotta pay up to get out of this lousy contract! Talk about adding insult to injury!

Listen up, folks. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of AdvanTrack. Save your sanity, your business, and your hard-earned cash. There are plenty of other providers out there who actually deliver on their promises. Don't make the same mistake we did. Run, don't walk, in the opposite direction!
