Afrihost review: Mobile data uncapped

My name is Rozaan O'Kennedy
I ordered a package for my daughter Mobile data uncapped plus a router.
Since then I have been trying to get her Rica documents approved.
I have spoken to multiple agents to try and resolve the issue so that the package can be shipped both on whatsapp and over the phone.
Every one has a differenet story.
Eventially I soke to Collin Matlala.
H insured me that they approved the sim on my name since I am the account holder and my Rica documents have been approved.
He told me the package will be shipped to her.
Since then I have not received any news or confirmation that the package has been shipped. I contacede him again and he asked me if I have received both sim cards?
On the client zone it still shows that my daughter's rica documents are outstanding.
I am at the point that I want to cancell the contract because it is a big mess and you speak to a different person each time with a different story.
I asked to speak to a manager on Friday and I wasMy id no is refused.
