We made a booking in Ho Chi Minh City at Comfortable and quiet apartment by the park-104. The owner told us that Agoda had made a mistake and over booked. (As per attachment ) I explained that we had already paid. We left the premises and owner tried sending us to another location. We asked for a refund. The owner later tried to get us back but we left already. We explained that we will find another place to stay. I asked for a refund several times. Not to be relocated to a different stay. We had already moved on to another location once owner reached back to us. If Agoda had made the mistake as per the owners claim then we wish our refund.
