Low quality work and terrible customer service
For the past 18 months, we have been tirelessly attempting to reach a resolution concerning the faulty installation and operation of our system. Regrettably, despite our best efforts, the matter remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience, frustration and financial hardships for our household.
We find ourselves consistently directed from one individual to another, or presented with a series of DocuSign Non-Disclosure Agreements/ Non-disparagement agreements accompanied by minimal nominal compensation offers.
It is with utmost respect that I request prompt and sincere intervention to address this matter. The lack of clear communication, accountability, and appropriate action has left us disheartened and disillusioned.
The unresponsiveness of the last AirPros representative we were in contact with, Erin Cooper, has only exacerbated our frustration.
Despite assurances of returning calls and messages, Ms. Cooper has unfortunately not been forthcoming in her communication.
Please consider this as an urgent plea for your intervention and a final attempt to amicably resolve this situation. I kindly request a response at your earliest convenience to discuss the necessary steps to achieve a mutually beneficial resolution.

We purchase this air conditioner when it was called Solar Bear since then air pros is conducting the services unit. have had nothing but touble with this unit. Every time they come out it is something different. About 3 months ago they came out to clean unit. They suggested a UV light put in unit. We paid bill with cash but they did not have light wiith them. Suspose to come out next day and install. We spoke to another company and we decided not to put light in. called and cancelled the service and asked for my refund of $300. To this day I have received. I have made numerous calls but all I get is run around. I get told *** is suspose to call me no response. All I want is my money back I do not recommend this company

I finally, after calling 3-4 times had someone show up at 10pm. they repaired it but they did not recognize that I had a warranty (10 year parts, 5 year labor and maintenance): the system was only 10 months since they installed it. I had a bill of over $1,100 including a service contract, that I did not need. I have called 7-8 times trying to get a refund and one representative of Air Pros told me that it may take 100 days to get the refund. They repaired the ac but I highly wonder about their business and sales practices. It seems like every repair tech is a sales person.

Air Pro has been working on trying to fix my AC unit and has not been able to fix it at all. My unit was covered under a 10-year part and labor warranty with Solar Bear, and they said they would honor the warranty and fix the problem I had after my first Complaintsboard.com complaint. I worked with a representative from Air Pros on February 6th, providing all the proof of my warranty, and he sent a technician out on February 7th who determined that the blower motor and the board were the cause. They replaced the blower motor, and another technician replaced the board on February 12th.
The same error returned a few weeks later, and a technician was sent to my house on March 17th but could not resolve the issue. However, he was able to get my unit working after rebooting it with me. The error codes were still present on the handler and the condenser, so he mentioned he would get someone else with more experience with my Lennox unit to look at it. The next day, a different technician came to my house and suggested various issues such as my duct being undersized and static pressure problems, contradicting the previous technician's assessment. He promised his supervisor would visit on March 20th, but there was no call and no show.
I received a call to schedule maintenance service for April 1st, but after a scheduling mishap, I ended up with another appointment on April 3rd. I explained the history of what's been happening to my unit and my temporary fix of rebooting it to the technician, who then began to imply that Air Pro was not responsible for my unit despite my warranty. I have been persistently rebooting it every time it fails because I am tired of Air Pro's lack of customer satisfaction and inability to find and resolve the root cause of my issue.
My unit failed again this morning, and when I called Air Pro, I was directed to the manager who informed me that I would have to pay a $95 service charge for them to come out and work on my unit. I explained that this is a recurring issue that Air Pros has not yet fixed, but he insisted that it does not matter. Home Depot paid for my previous call, and since they are no longer affiliated with them, I am now responsible for the fee. Despite my insistence that I should not be charged for an unresolved issue, the manager was adamant about the payment, which led to a heated exchange. He then said he would have someone call me back and hung up.
I have never had this kind of issue with any company, and I am pretty sure there are other customers out there experiencing this poor service with Air Pro as I am. I am considering reaching out to WSVN Help Me Howard for assistance with this poor service from Air Pro, as no one should have to endure such an experience.
Called this company for estimate to have my ducts cleaned was told it would cost 5,500 to have them cleaned out I nearly fell on the floor. Was able to get hold of another company they took my ducts down clean them in my garage paid 245.00 dollars. Do yurself a fav and dont use this company they RIP yu off and have the estimate to prove my case
Sold a 40,000.00 system and it is flawed and not correct. This was replacing ducts and units. They are running a 240 volt condensation pump on a 110 volt extension cord. There are sharp screws sticking out of unit where they screwed in UV power supplies. The pipe is leaking and destroying the box they have the unit on. The box was cut wrong and they tried to cut it in place and gouged it. They broke the drain line in the wall. They stuffed insulation in one new pipe to try and control air flow because of design flaws. I was left to program unit. I had to set up and set up app myself. They argued and cursed while working. The house was always left in a mess. I had to clean behind them. They never called. When trying to talk to the lead tech. He proceeded to argue with me. They did not finish their work. When I call someone shows up and takes pictures and then leaves saying someone will be back out later that week. And then no one shows. I am having to get building inspectors and OSHA involved to look at system to document all flaws and dangerous hazards. Be warned. They only want the money and will not give the service to back it up.

We can not thank you enough. Every staff member, I dealt with you was very courteous, professional, and very nice. The service was excellent from the staff that set a crew to come out and do a diagnostic test, from the salesperson and the service crew to the final person to come out and inspect to make sure everything was done to specs. It was a pleasure to have this crew fixed our AC unit.

This company installed a brand new AC unit in Jan 2021. The unit came with factory defects and they have been to my house 3 times to deal with it. Every time I called their customer service people they are nice and all they do is gather your information but no one calls you back to solve the issue. I had to contact the technician diretcly to deal with the situation. One time I even went to their main office to speak with a manager. Today 08/08, I just got home from vacation and the unit is not working once again. I reported an issue last week before I went on vacation and was told I will be contacted by a technician but no one call. I just reported the issue again and we will see what happens next. This company is terrible. DO NOT USE this company if your need to repair or installed a new AC unit.

Next time they come they pull a bait and switch and say that that service does not exist and nobody would ever promise that and say they can put the $1250 towards a new unit for a total of $4-6K? Then they call from multiple phone numbers multiple times a day for a customer service courtesy call even when you explain you are not the owner and say please do not call me, contact the owner they continue to call and harass you.

Air Pros USA advertised on Facebook for an AC tune up service for $19
Air Pros USA advertised on Facebook for an AC tune up service for $19. My AC was working fine, blowing cold air, never a problem, but I thought I should have it tuned up before the summer was in full bloom. I contacted them through Facebook and someone called me and scheduled a service. The technician came today. He asked me to lower my thermostat by 5 degrees to ensure the unit continued to work while he was working on it. I checked the thermostat and saw the temp read as 76 and it was set at 76, so I lowered it to 71. After 30 minutes, he called me to tell me that the capacitor broke while he was testing it. He wanted to charge me $200 to replace it. Since my AC was not functioning, I felt I had no choice, so I agreed to it. He supposedly replaced the capacitor and told me everything was working again. After he left, I noticed the temp read 78 on the thermostat, so I changed the set temp to 75 instead of 76 which was my normal setting. Then I left my house for an appointment. I came back 2 hours later and the temp in the house felt really warm. I checked the thermostat and it read 81. An hour later it went up to 82 at 6:45 pm. Now at 8 pm, it went up to 83 degrees. Air Pros USA broke my AC unit, and still charged me $200. I believe they are either incompetent or outright a scammer to offer a low price tune up to be able to come to your home and mess up your AC so they can charge you for a repair. I'm going to dispute this charge with my credit card company. This is not right. It's a fraud.

I know nothing about AC units but the guy said "my ac unit was old and I should buy a new one." The previous owners did mention that the AC unit was older so I said , sure! Why not! With that , I would have a 5 year warranty and elite customer service. Lets fast forward to the last 2 weeks of my life. I returned home from Europe after spending the early part of the summer there. I come into my home and its warm but I chalk It up to not being used to the weather in Miami. I lower the temp 2 degrees and begin unpacking. About an hour later, I am covered in sweat. I go to check the AC unit and I notice the AC is up 2 degrees . I call Air Pros number and I am told I will be called by the emergency line. This is Saturday evening. Nobody calls me. For 2 days. Monday . I call at 7am in the morning and I am told , someone will call to give me a window. I receive a call but had left my phone in my car. I call the number back about 30 minutes after and I am told "the technician just left my house." (there was NO window given). I ask if I can get them to please come back out. Nobody calls until about 4. (mind you, I am in South Florida! The devil's belt!) The guy comes but he doesn't fix the issue. I call back that evening. They tell me a senior tech is coming in the AM . My window is 9-11. Nobody calls. I call the customer service at 1 pm and say, "hey! nobody has called" They inform me the tech was busy (nobody called me to tell me). They will get someone else over to me. At about 5 pm , some other guy shows who I assume is a "senior tech." He is not. He doesn't even have the proper tools to possibly replace a thermostat which is what I think is the issue. He clicks around a bit and the AC does seem to cool but he doesn't know what is wrong and can't tell me "what he did" to fix It. So, I have NO idea what the problem is. I ask him to call a manager because this is ridiculous! Yes, the AC is cooling but we haven't identified a problem and I am terrified this is going to break again! The manager and I get into a screaming match. He promises me a senior technician will be there first thing in the morning to check EVERYTHING! I cancel my 3rd day of work . Morning arrives. We are 15 minutes away from passing my 2 hour window. BOOM! Phone rings, senior technician tells me he will be arriving later this afternoon after I was promised! They would be here between 8-10 am . The "owner" supposedly calls me . I am NOW off the rails! I am threatening to go to every messaging board and social media outlet to expose them! He is a smoooooooth talker, ***, He calms me down . He tells me how much I am like his wife and I am a woman on a mission and how much he respects my work ethic. I have to admit. I really believed It all. He PROMISES me he will be in Hollywood on Tuesday and can come to house to check the AC. PERFECT! He checks in all weekend. He checks in on Monday. I call him on Tuesday since he DOESNT SHOW and he tells me he has an emergency and cant make It and will send a colleague! I can NOT make this up! The best part! IF I USE ANOTHER COMPANY, MY WARRANTY IS VOID! But what am I supposed to do when I cant get the damn company who installed It to show up? So here we are, a week later...my AC is at 78 degrees and *** - the supposed owner and smooth talker of the century - is trying to buy time by asking me if I feel "cool air" coming out of the system instead of saying "I am on my way ! or calling to justify why the hell he hasnt checked on me in the last week!" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE TRASH!

AirPros performed work at XXXXX *** Sunny *** XXXXX, on October 28, including AirPros installing an incorrect unit that could not provide heat and AirPros installed-swapped out a second system capable of providing heat on December 4. AirPros has failed to resolve a loud slamming thump noise that occurs every time the second unit installed shuts off after reaching a cooling temperature. First unit installed in October had the same identical noise currently experienced with unit swapped out on December 4. Multiple phone calls, emails requesting help to resolve the issue. The AirPros company has not addressed the problem to date (June ).

This company made a purchase. They assumed control of all assets and obligations. However, they are reluctant to fulfill warranty claims or address safety hazards such as exposed wiring. They caused damage to components of my swimming pool. Warranty coverage was denied for all issues, and I resorted to using my own linens to protect my clothing. The workers wore shoe coverings only once and carelessly walked outdoors in them. I incurred expenses for cleaning, yet despite promises from the manager to reimburse me for a valve replacement and my ruined linens due to insulation debris, no compensation was provided. They were responsible for multiple damages, including stepping on the ceiling and causing nails to protrude, which I had to repair myself. They have consistently refused to rectify their damages. Even after intervention from Hillsborough county officials, the company remains unresponsive. The presence of exposed wires, especially in inclement weather, poses a significant fire hazard, but the company appears indifferent. The high turnover rate of their staff is concerning. They charged me $1,250.00 for the fix to my a/c on that day and the following day the repair tech was to return with the parts to fix it. Instead, a sales manager, ***, came to upsell the job. After a couple days of talking back and forth while I was traveling, we decided over the phone to go with a total fix of $5,500.00 to include duct work. I emphatically asked him over and over the total amount for the job was $5,500.00 and that the $1,250.00 would be deducted from that amount. 1/15 - their tech destroyed my property, flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc. due to breaking the sprinkler line. I have been asking to get refunded the $1,250.00 off the $5,500.00 as was promised by numerous people in the company. Now I want to be refunded the full $1,250. plus $5,500. as I do not have ceilings or insulation to do the repairs any time soon.

Had what we thought was a NEW ac unit installed by this company Sept 2019. Since then have had nothing but air flow problems and issues. Have called and emailed them multiple times to fix the issues. This company decievingly put a used unit in our house and played it off as new. No wonder they don't want to show up and honor the warranties they put in writing on our estimate/invoice! My complaint is with the misdiagnosis of my air conditioning system by Airpros on 3/1. I hired them to come fix my unit because it wasn't cooling. They couldn't tell me over the phone if I was under warranty. They came out and changed two parts on the compressor and also filled it up with Freon. They charged me approximately $900 for that. Then he said if we wanted to add a leak guard it would be an additional $600, but he couldn't tell me if we had a leak or not. He said it was up to us and it was optional. So we said no because the cost was already too high at $900. He was at our house for four hours. After the fourth hour, the unit finally started cooling. But he did not fix it properly; it lasted like two months until the Freon ran out again. At the beginning of the warm season is when we noticed the same problem started occurring; the air conditioning stopped cooling again. It only worked for about two months.
I decided to go with another company because our experience with Airpros wasn't the best. This new company came out and the first thing they noticed was that the Freon they added was already low. He said we must have a leak somewhere if the Freon was already low. He found a leak within the first ten minutes of being here. But the leak wasn't on the compressor outside (where the Airpros technician was trying to add another part, the leak guard, to the compressor which would have been an unnecessary $600!). The new company found the leak was on the coils in the air handler upstairs. So this is my issue: I feel I have been taken advantage of by Airpros. They charged me $900 to replace two parts that didn't even need to be replaced. They did a temporary fix and charged me $900. Now, two months later, I'm having the same problem. They lied to me and must have not known what they were doing because they did a temporary fix. I am very upset and would like a full refund for what they charged me for. The refund amount I'm asking for in order to close this claim is exactly $888.00 total. See Invoice attached.

7/6 air pros ocala , i let them know i had a transformer burn out on my a/c . they said they would come out and check the system out for 19 .00 (100.00 off the normal check out) they came out looked ot the part ,it was already off . gave me an est for 296.00 plus any thing else ,i questioned the teck and he said it was high but that was it then he said he would include the 19.00.and would give me an est of any other repairs . he installed the transformer ,tested the system ,told me it needed a thermostat ,but he could not do that , i would need to do that my self , no problem , no other work was done , i never saw a est or bill until a couple days later when he was done he said i owed 579.00 i asked him what happened to the est . he checked his phone then said he would adjust it . i signed his phone . then the est for 296.00 the bill for 579.00 and the bill for 496.00 came to my e mail . i did call .they said it is what it is . i feel they over charged me 200.00 .

Air pros came to my house to diagnose an ac issue. Not only did they fail to diagnose the AC issue-they then tried to sell me $35000 of duct work that was unrelated to the AC not cooling. I spoke to several managers while the AC technician was at my house and they all kept on trying to force me to buy duct work that was unnecessary. When I told them I would report them to the complaintsboard.com they hung up the phone on me.

Both units were installed on April 15th. On July 8th of 2021 the upstairs unit got clogged so instead of the AC turning off when the water level got to the sensors it did not because the sensors were never connected during the initial install. It damage my ceiling below after weeks of contacting them they sent someone to look at it, a total of 6 people have come to my home and no fix for my ceiling and when i brought up the issues with the garage unit one of the techs just used duct take. I told him that the wooden box is not sealed and that I would like for them to put a metal box like the original unit. They promise me that they will send someone but now they blocked all my numbers. I have attached pictures of damage ceiling. This happened on July 8th. I need them to test for mold.

I've called Air Pros 3x and asked for a call back from a manager to no avail. When I made the appt I asked for a call prior to arrival bc my mother is elderly and should not be working with contractors. Obviously, as she signed a 12 month auto withdrawal that I am trying to get cancelled but cannot get a call back. When the service provider came out we asked for a) to check the vents in the attic because the air is not being evenly distributed. We were told we need to trim our doors and replace the returns. He refused to check the airflow from the vents in the attic. b) we asked to order air filters. He told us where to get them. c) he signed my mom up for a monthly plan and now we can't get a call back to have that cancelled. I don't know what else to do as I have left 3 messages. Date of service was 07.30.2021.

on July 4, our A/C failed and I called Air Pros to come out to give us a quote on a new A/C. They looked in my attic and claimed there were major problems with the duct work which needed to be replaced along with the A/C. They emailed several quotes which were quite confusing and on the phone started renegotiating the price without being clear as to the work being done. We understood that the duct work would be replaced in addition to getting a new a/c/ for $13,000.00 which seemed excessive but on a holiday in the heat, we agreed. They also agreed to remove the old fiberglass insulation in the return an replace it. which they did not do at the time. When we called them about it, they sent one of their inspectors out who went into our attic and said there was no new duct work and in fact it did not need to be replaced. Also, that the fiberglass insulation did need to be done. They did return to replace the insulation, but refused to discuss the duct work and pricing.

I purchased a HVAC system for $7,250.00 from Air Pros. The sales person, *** indicated that they were based out in Florida, but here in Texas doing business. After HOURS of asking him questions, though he seemed to want to rush me into a decision, I was not to be rushed. Fast forward, April , a new system was installed. Now, we're in September and the system stopped working. Brand new system. 9/4 @ 2p, I start calling Air Pros to send a tech, but I was told by 6 different people that they were only receptionists and that they would relay my messages to a dispatcher. The dispatcher, in turn, would notify a tech. Was promised on today 9/5 @ 8a, then 10a, then 10a-2p, that a tech would be calling me. Their chat feature wants to charge a fee, DESPITE the fact the system is brand new and under a 5 year service (per Shawn, but the contract showed 2y, even after I emailed questioagreement! Frustrating to say the least. Going into day 3 and no call, no text, no email...nada!

I recently paid for a brand new indoor/ outdoor air conditioning unit from Air Pros around July 22. I paid *** for the system which included insulation and a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I got an error code after the first day of install. I was stood up 3x by the company. I lost A/C to the point to where it wasn't blowing cold air at all and they did not seem to care. One of their technicians turned on a breaker that was tripped without investigating what caused the outdoor unit to trip which caused a loud pop from the outdoor unit which may have compromised the unit. I called and had technicians come out multiple times due to the brand new unit taking longer then it should to cool. After dealing with this company for over a month without resolve or fixing the issue I called another company to repair their mistake. They found 3 code violations and a fire hazard from the initial install from Air pros that cost me *** It cools better but am still not satisfied with it

This company came out diagnose my a/c that was not cooling. I had just gotten out of the hospital and the house was hot.. Apparently it was improperly diagnosed by the 1st tech that sent out. After he replaced the motor, it finally came on but was very loud and whistled. We asked him to come back because it was so loud, although he was very professional and SEEMED knowledgeable he couldn't fix it and was at our home for more than 4 hours diagnosing. The 2nd tech (***) that was sent out seemed like a used car salesman. He told us the entire unit needed to be replaced. The 3rd tech was outrageously rude to my husband when we asked for a second opinion after he told us all of a sudden the entire ductwork needed to be replaced. I then called the manager and explained our distrust in his company and at this point we needed a refund of the maintenance fee we paid in advance to the 1st tech plus a partial refund because we had another company fix a minor leak. I contacted this company to resolve a leak coming from my AC unit. I told them over the phone about this leak and they scheduled an appointment to have it resolved. An employee came to my home in October this year to look at the unit and told me he could not get it fixed because he did not have a vacuum pump to get rid of the leaking water. He said I still needed to be charged $119, but he did not do anything that day. He called a coworker to schedule for someone else to come. He asked me the time I was available and made my new appointment. But no one came the next day. I contacted the company again to have the AC unit fixed, I again scheduled another appointment. This new employee called me before the appointment to inform me he also did not possess the tools and that basically he was not going to come to my home. I have called so many times to speak to a supervisor. The employee that came to my home did not even touch the AC. At this point, I'm trying to get my money back for a service that was not provided on their part.

On September 8 Air Pros LLC serviced my air condition unit. Before I gave them the permission to commencing the work I explained the issues I was having which was the unit was not cooling properly and the vents had condensation around them. Air Pros LLc assured me that they can resolved the issues by replacing the plenum, insulate the attic but about three weeks after did the work I was still having the issues with the condensation around the vents and the unit was still not cooling properly. I reached out to Air Pros LLC and notified them of the issues they sent a Technician on October 7th, to seals the vents but this still did not stop the condensation so I tried reaching them a second time but to no avail when I called the office I was told that they cannot find my information in the system so I reached out to the finance company who told me that they will open a case with Air Pros LLC on my behalf however, I did not receive any follow up regarding this matter from the finance company until January 23. They informed me that they are going to close the case because they were unable to resolve this matter with Air Pros LLC and informed me my rights as a consumer that I could file a complaint with the complaintsboard.com and the State Attorney's Office. Another major complaint is Air Pros LLC refused l to provide me with pictures of the insulation they did I ask numerous occasions for the pictures but to no avail. Since I don't have access to the attic I wanted to see some sort of proof that the attic was insulated as per work order but as of today I still have not receive the photos as requested .

service requested was not performed according to my request. On 01/09, I contracted with Air Pros, LLC to come to my home and perform a coil cleaning service of my air conditioning system. My A/C system shows that this service was last performed on 06/24. This service entails unsoldering the A/C coil from the air handler, evacuating the refrigerant, taking the coil outside and its cleaned with an acidic solution and then hosed with water. The coil is re-soldered and the entire system is put under a vacuum and then refrigerant is put back in. This service takes from 3-4 hours depending on easy/difficulty to remove the coil. On the date of the service a lead tech came in conformed that I need a coil cleaning. Once he confirmed that I need what I requested, I asked him about the service and he confirmed how it was done accruing to what I previously described. He quoted a price of $650.00 and I said no problems. I gave him my card and he charged for the service. He then contacted a tech that came in to actually perform the job. This tech sprayed the coil with a solution (still installed in the air handler) and cleaned the outside of the unit and was done in 30 minutes. When I asked the tech about the service I requested he said he performed the service he was told to do. I told him I was very displeased and this is not what I wanted; he said that a *** from customer service would call me to make it right. When I spoke to *** I told her I wanted my money back and she said she was only authorized to credit my account back 300.00 dollars which she did. They did not provide the service for the goods and services that I requested and ripped me off. I am requesting a full refund for this service as it was not performed.

I paid for the priority service which is supposed to give you first access to appointments. After I bought this service they made me an appointment for my first A/C maintenance check. The tech was to be here between 6-8pm. At 8:30pm I called to inform Air Pro that no one had showed up yet and they said to just keep waiting and someone would be here. At 11pm I called back because no one still showed up. They said someone would call me back but I never got that call and no one ever showed up that day. I called back the next morning and Air Pro gave me another 2 hour window for the next day. No one ever showed up for that appointment so I called back. Finally someone came out and did the maintenance check and said I needed all new duct work. They said that my A/C would work perfect after the new duct work since my A/C was only a couple years old. I paid for the duct work which was over $2400. They said it was a big job and would take half the day. The techs came out and were done in 2 hours which surprised me since I was told it would take half the day. Before the techs began my A/C was at 78 degrees. After the techs were done the A/C got down to a whopping 77 degrees. The techs said give it a couple hours and it would reach my desired temp of 72 degrees. I waited all day it stayed at 77. I called back and they scheduled me another appointment and again no one ever showed up. I called again and made another appointment which no one showed up. I called again and they said that my A/C would not work properly unless I paid another $200 to have the box insulated. If that needed done why didn't they tell me that in the beginning so that I knew what the total repair would be? The maintenance check was originally done to diagnose any repairs that the A/C needed. Why wasn't I informed of needing the box insulated from the start? I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are a major rip off.

I'm writing about my parents' costly experience with Airpros for an expensive job
I'm writing on behalf of my parents who proceeded to contract this company Airpros for an expensive job. My parents contacted this company because they were having issues with the air conditioning system not working as well as the insulation in the attic. They started a contract with them, with a quoted price over 24k in September. My parents got a loan, recommended by Airpros, from Concord. The loan was approved and work began the next day. Since completion, the work has failed all city inspections, the rooms remain hot, and the new AC unit installed has leaked, requiring my dad and me to intervene. My mother has repeatedly requested a Spanish-speaking representative to discuss the issues, but no follow-up calls have been received. Only two people, claiming to be managers from the local office, have attempted to assist since September, both of whom have since quit. They noted the issues, but it's unclear if the information was relayed back to the office, as we've had no communication about a resolution. I've taken the initiative to call daily since Monday, June 20th, only to be promised callbacks that never happen. We even had an inspection scheduled for today, 6/24/22, between 8-9 am, but by 10 am, no one had reached out or arrived. I've requested all documentation and permits since September, but nothing has been provided. The job remains incomplete and is causing further damage to the home, with Airpros showing no willingness to address or take responsibility for the issues.

I feel totally violated
I feel totally violated. I am traumatized! I purchased my townhouse 6 months ago. From the first day the house was not cooling properly even when I turned the a/c down to 60 degrees. ART Plumbing and Air Conditioning sticker is on the a/c unit so I called them. They gave me the run around and defrauded me out of approximately *** I tried to get the issue resolved by calling other A/C companies. I told them all that there had to be a leak somewhere that it appeared that the air was escaping because it was not coming through the vents. I came across Air Pros -rep, *** came out and told me that cutting out the ceiling would be costly for me and the best thing to do would be aero seal. He showed me a you-tube video and in the video the process could take up to 4 hours. He said that would be the best thing for me to do and it would cost me less. He says the techs would come out and do the work and if aero seal didn't work then I would have to go the other route of cutting the ceiling to gain access to the ducts. I financed the aero seal *** The cost to cut out the ceiling would be *** and so they would deduct the *** from the *** and I would pay or finance the difference. It seemed legitimate so I went with it even though he seemed eager to get it done, and he was fast-talking I thought he was honest and was really trying to help me but all along he was just trying to line his pockets. I'm a single mom and paying *** a month for electricity was getting old fast. The Techs who came to do the aero seal weren't even in my house for 2 hours. A few days later, I had an FPL Home Services tech come out and check the work that Air Pros did. The FPL Home Services tech told me that he doesn't know what they did but there is no air going to my ducts/vents. I called Air Pros to come back out and re-do the aero seal. They sent out a Tech named Raul. Raul checked majority of the vents with his little fan/analysis gizmo and saw that the air flow
