payment refund and poor customer care
Air Blue is one of the most Pathetic + [censored]tist service I have been through. You do not treat your customers right, first you guys miscommunication and the you guys do not admit your faults. You should close your services as this air line has no ethics.
I Payed for my ticket through card at that time I was not told about the procedure of the refund at all. After my flight was cancelled by the company, I was told that your payment will be proceeded and will be refunded after 30 working days, I mean his is bullsit, when you people charge you instantly take the money from our accounts but when it comes to refund you guys do not have this much ethics that you should at least tell your clients or mention this on ticket.
My ticket was cancelled on 5th March and now its 5th April still I did not got my refund back. My Reference No is (NVKEKH).
My request to the company is that if you can not properly deal with your customers and provide good services you guys should close your company.
I Strongly recommend that no one should travel through Air Blue as there services and customer care sucks.

Repected Sir I wanna mention here an issue, I booked my ticket online from KHI tO LHR through my Standard Chartered debit card on 26/11/18 at 9:15 pm but due to some reason I cancelled my ticket on 27/11/18 at 3:32 am. Airline issued me a refund reciept which is attached here. I was told tgat my amount will be refunded in 15 days as airline policy. After 15 days I called airline but they said to wait me for more 15 days. After 1 month I contacted Airline Helpline again but I could not get any positive response. Then I called again and they told me your application is under process wait till 01/01/19. I have called Airline so many times but now after 55 Days I could not get back my amount so please I request you to resolve my issue ASAP. It is also against rules of Airline not to issue refund even after 55. They are committed to refund my amount within 1 month as per rules n regulations of AirBlue Airlines. I hope you will take notice of my issue.

Based on the above details, I am seeking the fixed compensation as specified in EC 261/2004.
I booked 5 tickets for travel to Madinah from Islamabad. Booking was done online on 13/10/18. Airline sent me E-tickets via email. When I visited Airline office on Islamabad airport on 21/12/18 to check possibility of early check in, Airline informed me that flight was cancelled 2 months ago as they are no more operating flights to Madinah. They said they tried to contact me on my mobile. They never sent me email or a text to inform the flight cancellation. They could not show me any evidence that they tried to inform me about flight cancellation. They offered to take a flight to Jeddah on 25/12/18 which was no good for me as I have non-refundable hotel reservation in Madinah for 5 guests. I then had to take another flight (Etihad Airline) on 23/12/18. and have to pay £1600 for 5 tickets. The fare difference was £700. I also lost one day of our trip and one night rent for two rooms. £400. This resulted in huge economic loss, stress and emotional trauma for the whole family. Airline has not given me any compensation. They are only taking responsibilty of full refund of ticket fares and even that has not been received yet.
Airline did not make any reasonable efforts to inform me about cancellation of the flight and this costed me loss of £1100 and one day of the trip.
I look forward to a full response to this letter within 14 days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response I intend to pursue my complaint further, which could mean taking it to court.

Today I had to go to pakistan urgently I was traveling from dxb t1 to isb airport but was late for 10 minutes dubai airport t1 staff told me go to airblue office to request they will help you, I went to airline office rude ignorant lady staff sitting in dubai airport terminal 1 office did not cooperate and I swear she told me I did mistake for buying airblue ticket, I lost 600 aed for rebooking and my family was waiting for me, security even took my bags cause I was requesting lady staff at 2:50 pm to 3:30 pm, she said cry or do whatever you want you cannot go to this flight, this your customer service? I was about to cry requesting she said sit cry we don't care, she was on phone for long time but did not care for me, I promise you airblue me and my family will never buy airblue ticket in life. Thank you so much for your good customer service.

[protected] 1- air ticket booking #wkgwdu lahore - sharjah 4 october 2015 (11-30pm -1-45am) 2- air ticket booking #iloelz dubai-lahore 29 november 2015 (5:00pm -9:15pm) 3- air ticket booking nlxcku dubai-lahore 29 november 2015 (5:00pm-9:15pm) I bought on 10/08/2015 air tickets one and two above by using my visa debit card, but my card expired on 08/2015, on 24/08/2015, seb band took my visa card, cut it into two pieces, kept the pieces and gave me a master card instead, seb bank informed me that they stopped issuing visa cards and now all new cards are issued in master cards. On 4 october at the time of travelling from lahore to sharjah, airline asked me to show the original card, I explained them the circumstance, they allowed me to travel and there was no hassle. On 29 november, for return journey, I went to airport and airline asked me to show original card and I explained them the same that my old card expired and the bank issued me with a new card, I showed them all the proofs too, that both cards belong to me and one expired at the end of august 2015, I submitted the card expiry date at the time of payment that card will expire end of august, at that time airline knew before issuing the tickets on 10/08/2015 that card will expire in august and journey will take place in october and november. The airline refused to take me to plane asking for old card in original and refused to accept all the proof I presented, the only solution was presented that they will refund my old card payment if I make a new payment for the ticket, the old payment for ticket no.2 was only €96.66. After having two tickets for the same plane, at the same time, I was using only one seat, I was under lot of pressure and harassment from the staff of the airline and fear of missing the plane, so I agreed to make the double payment and make a payment from my new card and airline will refund the old card payment. I arrived at lahore airport at around 22:00 hours on 29/11/2015 and arrived at my destination home at 1am on 30/11/2015.in the morning I checked with my bank and noticed that a debit entry in favour of bank is pending for €229.35. I straightaway sent an email to mark this payment as disputed and please cancel it as forced, illegal, and without my free willingness to pay. I would like to submit that on the same old card payment I took a flight with the same airliner on 4 october 2015 without any problem. On 29 november 2015 on my return route the airliner illegally refused to take me on and they pressurised and harassed me through their staff to pay for second time for the same journey. Payment with the old card was only €96.66 and with new card they took €229.34 the old payment was made on 10/8/2015 and seat was reserved, for the same plane, there was no need for the second payment with the master card quoted above on 29-11-2015. This payment of €229.34 is without any purchase, without any reason, is illegal, with pressure, under harassment, forced without my free willingness to pay. I therefore complaint to both airblue and seb bank to investigate the matter and please cancel the second payment of €229.34 made on 29-11-2015 paid to airblue due to being unnecessary without any purchase. To much disoppoint from the service of airblue very bad response. today 27 dec 2022 i booked the ticket from dubai to isb the timing of flight is 3:45pm then they asked that flight delayed 2 hours and now flight will be on 6pm then we wait 2 hours extra then they asked flight delayed again half hours and now flight is 6:30pm
