Spoke to both John and Chase in tech support. Both men were so patient and helpful. I erroneously disconnected parts of AireBeam equipment when disconnecting our dish. They were both so helpful and walked me through reconnecting our router. Thank you John and Chase.
Due to our card being hacked, I had to call in to set up new billing information
Due to our card being hacked, I had to call in to set up new billing information. I was pleased to discover that AireBeam has set up security measures to keep my information secure. And, as the customer service representative was getting all of my new information inputted, she noticed that our current plan was outdated. With her assistance, we were able to move to a faster, updated plan, and it's actually saving us roughly $30 a month! Thanks, AireBeam, for looking out for your customers!

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. Their service is absolutely horrendous on every single level. From the ugly dish installed, the drop in service from 4:30pm to 9:00pm daily, to the complete lack of knowledge from the technical support team. All wrapped up in the most expensive internet plan available on the market. I called yesterday because my internet was out for 6 hours, they didn't know why or when it would be back up. It was finally fixed 2 hours later, with no call back. Then today (the very next day) it went out again. And they don't know why or when it'll be fixed. And then the lady hung up on me. I don't know what kind of backyard operation this joke of a company has, but wow, I've never been so disappointed in a company that charges so much money for something cant provide or even treat their customer with ANY respect whatsoever. Luckily other options have emerged in my area so I will be going to them as soon as they will schedule an install. Especially if you work from home and depend on internet for work, you should absolutely AVOID THIS PLACE!
